Chapter 372: OLD MAN’S WORDS
COMMANDER ABRAM POV
The jet landed at Bratislava in the wee hours of the morning and Zeeb had already organized for us to stay at the Radisson Blu VIP wing. We settled and after four hours we received word that Boris Jern sent a word to Lucian and wanted to et him.
" Finally the wolf has co calling, " Aspen chuckled.
" I have a feeling you will cause trouble " I huffed and Jerusha chuckled while Oliver shook his head.
" He will cause trouble, " Graham nodded.
Two hours later we left the hotel and the cars drove us to Allianz Limited. The palace was like a fortress and filled with guards. It seed impenetrable and when we walked in Lucian was so majestic and did not even bat an eyelash. Boris Jern stood at the center of the large room that we walked in on the seventeenth floor. His eyes darted to all of us and spent a few minutes next to Commander Abram but when they landed on Conri Dolf his hitched breath was noticeable.
" Oh my, I bet he did not expect to et such a powerful wolf " Oliver whispered.
" Boris, why did you call us here? " Lucian demanded.
"CEO Lucian Freki. I have heard so much about you. When one walks into my territory I am notified imdiately. That is the nature of this business. " He boldly responded.
" Nature? " Lucian raised an eyebrow.
" Please have a seat " He pointed at the chairs around the room.
I was the first to move and sat down and listened to the chuckled reactions from my mates. Aspen was so shaless, he walked over and sat on my lap unbothered and from the corner of my eyes saw Lucian smile while Conri’s face remained passive.
Lucian was the last to sit and then he spoke up " Speak up Boris, what do you need ?"
" Why did you co to Slovakia ?" Boris asked.
" We ca to accompany my family for a personal matter," Lucian spoke up. " Why do you care ?"
" You brought the Battalion to my territory, should I be worried?" His eyes landed on Conri Dolf.
" This is my husband Conri Dolf and the Alpha of the golden shifter pack " I introduced Conri.
Conri never acknowledged him and sat back looking bored.
" And that is Aspen Hemming. The mate of Commander Abram, Jerusha, Oliver, and Graham. But I bet you know that since Annerlisa already inford you" Lucian stated.
Boris’s eyes flashed in anger for a minute and then he covered it up with laughter " You seem to have taken a keen interest in "
Conri snickered and I responded before he could answer " I have no interest in you Boris"
" You have twenty-four hours to do what you need to do and leave. Having you in my territory is not good for business " Boris’ face was laced with anger.
" No one can dictate where I can go and what ti I can spend in any territory" Conri growled.
" You have no right to speak " Boris responded to Conri.
" You are way in over your head " I spoke up. " Since you summoned us here, it ans that you have the old man in your hands and Anerlisa nearby. So just bring it over so that we can get this over and done with.
Boris’ eyes widened and I heard Oliver chuckle. " Oh Commander, you always were blunt and delivered news the best way possible for a reaction. "
"No need to fake it, " I responded.
Boris raised his hand at the guard and in a matter of minutes Anerlis walked in pushing a wheelchair and the old man was seated in it looking frail and about to die. My body froze and Aspen’s arm held
down as I felt rage rake my body.
" Why the fuck is the old man in a wheelchair?" Lucian asked.
" He has been ailing for years, " Boris answered.
" I don’t believe he asked you " Conri interjected.
" He was poisoned years ago. His bones have deteriorated for the past three years and the doctor says he has little ti. That is why I ca to you" She shrugged.
I looked at Pa and nodded the purple lips and fingertips and knew that it was Anerlisa who had been poisoning him slowly.
" Fine. I would like to spend ti alone with Pa" I stated and Aspen Stood up from my lap.
" We shall give you all the ti you need, " Lucian stated.
" No," Boris shook his head.
" I did not ask for your permission " I growled at Boris and Anerlisa seed shocked at the power that ca from .
" Let us all step out," Conri commanded.
" Yes Alpha Conri ’’ They all responded and Anerlisa’s shocked face was priceless while Boris seed to have realized that Conri was the one with power.
When they left the room, I moved to Pa and pushed my magic into him. The poison had corroded his bones and there was no cure for him. But when I pushed the power into him, the hypnotic trance he was in seed to evaporate. His eyes beca clear and he gasped for breath. He turned to look at

" Abram? You ca ?" He whispered and struggled to speak.
" You summoned . I am here. What do you need?" I snapped.
" Summoned? You do know that has never been my thod. How could you fall for such a trick? " He muttered.

" Why did you let her?" I snickered.
" I discovered it too late," He answered.
" What is your plan ?" I retorted.
" She wants the wealth and secrets that I have. And the only way she could make
give her all her wealth is by getting you to co. " He shook his head.
" Futile " I snickered.
" You don’t understand. The day I realized my mistake and the fact that she was having an affair, I transferred all the properties and wealth to you. The docunts and all the missions, evidence, and testimonials are in your house in Moscow. She must know I would tell you this and deduce that you would go to Moscow. "
" Why the fuck did you do that ?" I demanded.
" You are my son after all. But Anerlisa is not your birth mother. We committed an atrocity years back and sold you. But I regretted it years later and decided to keep track of your missions. I never knew she was the one who leaked out information every ti you went out and she aid to have you killed. But Abram you have outperford yourself over the years. You have excelled and made her envious. My love for you never wavered and she beca jealous every ti I praised you. Before I die, I beseech you to forgive . "
" No need to get sentintal. Why don’t you just give her all the wealth?" I asked.
" Because she does not deserve it" He snapped. " And because she had a new lover"
" Sigh," I huffed out loud.
" Boris has a plan to kill you " Pa hurriedly spoke up.
" I know. That is why I ca to Slovakia with the King of Wolves" I chuckled.
The old man’s eyes widened and she said " You know where to find everything. "
I nodded walked to the door and yanked it open " We did"
When I turned back, Pa’s eyes were closed and he seed to have fallen asleep. Anerlisa rushed in and knelt before the old man and then turned to
eyes blazing " What the fuck did you do ?"
" What can I do to a dying man? " I raised an eyebrow.
" He is asleep, why are you telling? " Aspen snapped at her.
She stood up and her hand trembled as she stepped back.

" This is not your territory " Boris snickered and stepped forward as guards walked into the room and surrounded us.

" I have no idea what you are talking about " She rubbed her neck.
" Do you think the old man is a fool? He knows everything that has been happening." I chuckled and Anerlisa’s eyes flashed with anger and then she moved towards the Old man but Aspen was faster than her and slapped her so hard she landed on the floor bleeding from her mouth.
" How dare you? " She screeched.
" I can and will dare. If you open your mouth again, I will slap you again" Aspen growled.
" You fucking brat" Boris growled at Aspen.
" What? Are you standing up for your lover? Do you think that we blindly walked into your territory? " Aspen demanded and raised his eyebrow.
Boris chuckled and snickered " No one is leaving here alive "
" I beg to differ" The voice from the door rose and we watched as Yakuza leader Isamu walked in with Lobo Aria. Behind them stood Seth and Steve the Aria twins looking nacingly angry.
" You are late, " Conri spoke up to Isamu.
" It’s good to see you Alpha Conri " Lobo chuckled.
" Who the fuck are you ?" Boris snickered as the guards in the room realized that the people who had walked in had taken everyone in the fortress down.
" Isamu Aek, Leader of the Yakuza." Isamu stood strong and his voice bood in the room as Boris Jern stared at him in shock and disbelief.
