"Alright, start the heating," Aric said, looking at the glass furnace that they had built. He stood there with Treshan, Ron, Pentharis, and Quadoris. It had taken them a while, but they finally finished the furnace.

Treshan nodded and walked behind to the point where he would start heating from. He stretched out his eyes and began pouring the flas.

He watched closely, wanting to make sure that everything would go well, and there would be no leaks or breaking.

"Is this really how glass is made?" Pentharis asked.

"Yeah, it’s this way, but that aside, do you know glass?" Aric asked.

"I’ve seen it once, a brittle transparent material. A human rchant passed through the forest once and they had it, back when I was a lesser spirit.

I thought it was so magical creation, I didn’t think it would be made this way," he said.

"I see. Well, I don’t know how they make it in other places, but this is the best way to do it," Aric said. He walked over to the furnace and looked over at them.

"I’m going to infuse Mana now as your glass takes shape." The furnace was not like any one from Earth; it was different because of the thods that were used here.

He placed his hand on what looked like a magical circle at the side of the furnace. The blueprint said that it was a conduit to transfer his Mana evenly over the glass. He didn’t know how it worked, so he simply did what the instructions said he should.

He began slowly infusing the Mana into the furnace, and it started mixing with the liquid glass and pulling everything together.

After a few minutes of standing there and working carefully, the first sheet of one-inch thick glass was created. Ron and Quadoris carefully set it out, and after it was fully dry, they all ca to observe it.

"So this is glass?" Ron asked, a look of amazent on his face. He had never seen sothing solid yet see-through; it was like his kind was open to a whole new world of possibilities that he had not seen before.

"This is the simplest form of glass, the base, and from it, there is an infinite amount of potential—things that we can do and create.

From windows to cups, plates to sculptures, this glass that all of you have witnessed today is only a start," Aric said. He walked to the glass and placed his hand on it.

"And you guys here are the first team that has to experint and get better with it. I will provide you with everything you need, but you all will have to start thinking of new and better ways to make glass better and more useful," Aric said.

"Wait, us?" Pentharis asked.

"Oh yes, you. We heavily lack manpower in this village for the kind of developnt we are taking on, so everyone has to take on a lot of tasks for us to get by," Aric said and began walking away.

[Achievent unlocked: Create glass – 200,000 gold]

Aric smiled when he saw the notification. If things kept going the way they were, he would be about to make a lot of changes in the coming days.

The shocking thing was that it wasn’t up to two months since he ca to this world, and yet they had created so much in so little ti. But now that they had started to grow and develop more, the speed was slowly reducing, and the jobs were getting harder.

He couldn’t control everything like he did with only the first few goblins. Now there were more than five hundred people under him, and he had to make sure that their lives were good.

As he crossed the stream and made it to the main, Elisa ran up to him. "Aric," she called out before even getting to him. He stopped and faced her.

"Elisa, what’s up?" he asked.

"We finally made colored clothes. I spent a while learning about the dyes that were detailed inside the book you gave , and most of the flowers and materials used for dyes can be found within the forest.

So yesterday, I sent so of the hunting squad out to find the flowers, and I worked with a team of goblins and ogres through the night, and we finally created dye," she said. Her eyes lit up as she spoke, the happiness from her was like light from a candle.

Aric was imdiately shocked by this news. He looked at her with wide eyes. He wanted to doubt if she was pulling his leg, but the system said otherwise.

[Achievent unlocked: Dye created – 20,000 gold]

He got a reward for it. He couldn’t believe it. The very reason that they had gone to that town was to buy stuff like dye, yet Elisa had managed to create it without his help.

’I think I’ve heavily underestimated everyone here. First Ron made a heating system, and now she has made dye.

Could this an if I only provide the starting point for them, they will be able to innovate and create new things?

I guess that makes sense. Humans were able to advance that way on Earth, after all.’

His lips curled up into a smile. "That’s great, Elisa. You are really aweso," he said, sounding completely genuine.

Her face imdiately flushed when she heard his complints. She looked down shyly. "It’s nothing, I was just doing a little to help you," she said.

"It’s a great help, Elisa. You deserve a reward for it, but we will talk about that later. For now, let’s see what you have made," he said.

’Aric is going to reward ? For just making dye? I wonder what more I could get if I make a lot of good things,’ she said in her mind. Her eyes flashed with determination. She clenched her fist and made a silent promise.

"Alright, it’s this way," she said and led him to the new storehouse. They walked inside, and he saw stacks of fabric and clothes on the floor. She had made different types of clothes, for warmth and for daily use. He even saw so leather coats there on the ground.

"Leather? How did you do that?" he asked.

"The animals we kill for food—where did you think their skin ends up?" she asked.

"I see, so you learned how to make this as well. I’m shocked at how much progress you have made in the clothes, Elisa," he said.

She smiled hearing more of his praises. She felt eager to try and do more.

"We need to expand the farm though, and also start rearing so of the beasts. There are a lot of races like the hogs, rabbits, and sheep that remain beasts all their life, incapable of evolution, and they roam this forest," she said.

"That’s a good idea. You should have the hunters gather as much as we need. I’ll inform Ron about building a place for the animals. As for the farm, I’m sure you are already on top of developing it further," he said.

"Yes, I already have plans to expand the forest more. Oh, and that reminds —one of the ogre won possesses spirit magic.

She is a rare case; she can commune with only plant-based spirits. With her help, growing plants will be easier. We wouldn’t need to call on you whenever we need to grow plants," she said.

"Oh? Is that so? I’m not really complaining about you calling , but I guess it’s fine. Being here to keep later, I should at least get to know her," Aric said. He looked at the clothes for a bit and turned to leave.

"You should start mass-producing the clothes for everyone. You can ask the help of whichever spirit or person you need.

Oh, and I’ll make a request for so specially designed clothes for certain uses. I hope you’ll be up for it," he asked.

"Definitely," she replied. He nodded and stepped outside, only to see that the goblins and ogres had started clearing up the roads.

They were using tools like shovels and hoes to clear up the road, making it level, while so followed behind with a wooden stick that had large flat wooden bases attached to them.

They used them to compact the grounds that were getting cleared up. They moved at a steady pace, making sure that they did it properly before moving on.

This sa scene was happening all around the village—from the new houses up to the gates, through the smaller alley gaps between the houses and more.

"It seems they have already started the road. This is pretty good," he said with a smile, watching them. He wished he would be able to observe the whole process till it was completed, but he would be leaving to see the wolves tomorrow, and he didn’t know when he would co back.

"Tsk, either way, I’m sure they’ll do a great job."
