Chapter 690: Chapter 657: This Strike Pierces Through Stars!

Lincoln felt he was wrongfully blad for this.

This was the first ti his important announcent was overshadowed.

What’s even more outrageous is that his own controversial topic suppressed the popularity of the announcent!

He and Mavis worked hard all afternoon to make the necessary changes and, with a professional attitude of “finish today’s work today,” sent out an announcent for the ga’s update.

But as soon as the announcent was sent, the ga crashed.

For a mont, he even doubted himself: Did I really cause so BUG?

But soon enough, he snapped back to reality: What does it have to do with ?!

The update had just finished uploading, and he hadn’t even clicked the “Confirm Update” option yet!

Don’t try to put the bla on !

But all these details aren’t important. The real concern is to quickly find out where the problem is and fix it.

Otherwise, if they rush to bring the ga back online, there might be another crash.

So he didn’t have ti to deal with the bla online, and he was working with Mavis to quickly review the system’s records and look for the problem.

With Mavis’ help, they didn’t spend too much ti on this.

They locked on to the key ti node, then eliminated all duplicate data that had ever appeared and searched for anomalies in the remaining data.

This simple and crude thod would have been extrely difficult without Mavis’ help.

Even Mavis, with her face flushed while she worked, began to steam out of her pink head after a while, making it clear that this wasn’t an easy task.

Fortunately, Mavis was as reliable as ever, successfully locking onto a world and extracting the scene with her red face.

It was Stanley and his group of friends.

*

Stanley and his friends had been working hard on their “accelerator” project.

The task was more complicated than they had imagined, especially when it ca to the circuitry setup.

The Redstone expert encountered several Teleportation Gate malfunctions while implenting his ideas.

At first, the gate failed to function properly several tis, sending Stanley skyrocketing and crashing into the “World’s Do” ti and ti again.

Each ti, Stanley felt like his “liver and brain were sared across the sky,” rather than the ground.

But the suggestions made by his friends earlier were all successfully implented – potions, equipnt, more dummies… everything.

There were even a row of dummies set up along the exit, ten in total.

This allowed Stanley’s single-hit damage to break the 10,000 mark, with his DPS skyrocketing to over 100,000!

The peak reached 138,217!

This number would astonish Terraria players around the globe.

But they didn’t stop there.

As the circuitry kept malfunctioning, the group of bored friends continued to stack dummies all the way up to 100.

In their minds, even if they couldn’t get the circuitry working in the end, multiplying their DPS by 100 through the dummies would break the one million DPS barrier!

This was an unimaginable level of damage, even more extre than the limit itself.

Even if it couldn’t be used against a BOSS, achieving that number itself would be an incredible accomplishnt.

Fortunately, the Redstone expert and Terraria Circuit Master, Vincent, finally made the last adjustnt.

Stanley, whose mind was almost turned into mush, drank the Underwater Breathing Potion again, and with a valiant mindset, slowly sank into the water through the long, long pipeline.

If they didn’t succeed this ti, he was really going to give up.

He wasn’t sure why, but he felt like he couldn’t hold on much longer.

He watched as the mouth of the hole shrank, eventually becoming just a small speck of light.

Finally, he landed on his feet at the bottom of the tunnel.

He took a deep breath – underwater breathing did feel strange, but he was used to the magic of the virtual world.

Gathering his emotions, Stanley gripped the improved Riding Spear, the Shadow Lance, that his friends had helped him acquire, and prepared himself for the final attempt.

“Ready.”

His teammates outside the tunnel received the signal. “Got it! Launch countdown!”

“3!”

“2!”

“1!”

“Ignite!”

“Fucking ignite.” Stanley muttered, equipping the [Floating Ring].

As always, he began to ascend rapidly and quickly reached the speed of sound!

He felt his mind turn to mush once more.

But after so many attempts, he could control the Riding Spear at the right angle without thinking, brutally piercing through a row of dummies!

Damage numbers erged rapidly, and his damage per second instantly exceeded a million!

But this was just the beginning.

Once the Riding Spear pierced the last dummy, Stanley was instantly teleported back to the bottom of the tunnel by the activated Teleportation Gate.

And then – the second round of acceleration began!

After lengthening the tunnel, Stanley’s previous maximum speed was 553m/s.

But after just one second of teleportation, his speed soared to 973m/s.

This was already 2.8 tis the speed of sound!

But this was far from the end – it was followed by three tis the speed of sound, four tis, five tis, six tis, eight tis, eighteen tis…

As the Teleportation Gate was triggered over and over, Stanley was teleported back to the bottom of the tunnel, accelerating each ti.

At first, the players on the ground and at the bottom of the tunnel could see the working flashes of the Teleportation Gate. Still, they could no longer see them after just three seconds.

Because, in their eyes, the indicator light of the Teleportation Gate was no longer flickering – it was a continuously shining state.

In other words, the Teleportation Gate was operating relentlessly, and Stanley was also being teleported without pause!

His speed was too fast to be seen by the naked eye as he traveled from Hell to space in an instant!

Moreover, this instant was getting shorter and shorter!

Stanley had completely lost his sense of the outside world, and his consciousness beca chaotic. He could only barely focus on the numbers at the edge of his field of view:

Speed: 1284m/s Damage per second: 1821184

Speed: 4977m/s Damage per second: 3715663

Speed: 33744m/s Damage per second: 14823391

Both numbers were rising exponentially, reaching a terrifying –

Speed: 80467m/s!

Damage per second: 382647751!

But this was still not the limit.

After a long second, all players in this world suddenly witnessed an unforgettable scene in their lives –

The world crumbled.

All matter, centered around the world-piercing tunnel, began to shatter and disintegrate from afar and vanish into nothingness and darkness in the blink of an eye.

They were kicked out of the world.

Stanley was kicked out of the world a mont later than the rest of them.

At the final mont, all the computing power allocated to Terraria, including Cloud Dream’s server power and the enormous fuzzy computing power provided by countless players, was concentrated on him alone.

At this mont, he was undoubtedly the World’s Child of the entire Terraria!

Even if only for a brief mont.

In this short mont, Stanley did only one thing: cling tightly to the Riding Spear in his hand.

And, he glanced at the data –

Speed: 321338m/s!

Damage per second: -1736826638!

– At that instant, his speed reached 944 Mach!

This was 19 tis the solar system’s escape speed and –

One-thousandth the speed of light!

With this lightspeed hit, he directly penetrated Terraria’s nurical system, dealing a negative 1.7 billion DPS!

He not only penetrated Hell and space in an instant but also utterly shattered this world with a system-breaking blow, leading to the complete collapse of Terraria.

With just this one hit, he pierced the worlds of tens of millions of players!

With this single blow, he could go down in gaming history.
