Xavier inhaled deeply, grounding himself before responding with conviction. "Don't worry, Mr. Stephen! I'll do a great job, I won't let you down!"

He understood that this was a golden opportunity; if he didn't seize it now, he might regret it forever.

"Good!" Mr. Stephen replied with a hint of a smile as he turned to address the rest of the team. "As for filling these departnts, feel free to select individuals from your respective teams and consider hiring professional artists to enhance our art and design departnt!"

He scanned the room with determination in his eyes. "Are you all ready to make our publishing house the biggest in the country?"

"Yes! Mr. Stephen!" they shouted in unison, their voices brimming with excitent and fighting spirit.
