The next morning unfolded like any other: Arthur rose early and went for his usual 1km run around the mansion before hitting the gym for so exercise and training in combat with Silvester.
After taking a refreshing shower and enjoying breakfast, he called his uncles, aunts, Ashley, and others into a small conference room adjacent to his study.
Seated in the conference room were Julian and others who wore smiles as they looked at Arthur.

"Alright everyone," Arthur began as he tapped on the table to capture attention. "Today's eting has two main objectives: First up is an update on each of your progress reports; we'll tackle the second matter afterward."
"Second Uncle Nathaniel, you're up first!" Arthur gestured toward him.
Nathaniel nodded seriously and cleared his throat before speaking. "For Osborn Real Estate and Construction Group, comprising nine subsidiaries, we received 50 billion Unicreds from Osborn Holdings. With that capital, I acquired ten small companies on the verge of bankruptcy across our subsidiaries and rged them into one cohesive entity under our group." He concluded confidently.
Arthur nodded appreciatively before turning his gaze toward his first uncle Julian for his report.

Arthur chuckled softly, pleased with the progress, before shifting his gaze to his second aunt, Emily.
Emily flashed a charming smile at Arthur before diving into her report. "Osborn dia and Entertainnt Group also secured 50 billion Unicreds. Following in the footsteps of Julian and Nathaniel, I purchased several entertainnt companies, news outlets, and TV stations that were on the brink of bankruptcy and integrated them into our subsidiaries."
Ashley chid in next. "Brother Arthur! Osborn Fashion and Costics followed suit, using our allocated funds, I acquired ten bankrupt companies and rged them into each subsidiary under our brand."
Philip stood up with enthusiasm. "Osborn Capital took a similar approach! With our funding, I acquired ten private banks that were struggling along with securities firms and other financial entities to strengthen our subsidiaries."
Richard added his own update with confidence. "Osborn Supply Chain also mirrored this strategy by acquiring supply chain companies facing bankruptcy and rging them into various subsidiaries under our banner."
Arthur listened intently to each report, nodding in satisfaction as he realized they had exceeded his expectations for their readiness tiline. "It seems everything is falling into place perfectly," he said warmly. "Our Osborn Family can finally showcase its strength!"

Nathaniel looked bewildered at Arthur's words; confusion spread across the faces of those present.
"What do you an?" Margaret asked curiously.
"Well," Arthur said with a mischievous glint in his eye, "what I'm about to reveal will blow your minds!"
"Co on brother! Just tell us already!" Ashley urged excitedly.
Arthur glanced around at everyone's eager faces before revealing the bombshell: "I have insider information, the city governnt plans to develop an astonishing 1.08 million square kiloters of land right where my father bought property, the very land that has attracted all that attention from the Sterling Family!"

The conference room erupted in a chorus of loud gasps and soft screams. Julian, Nathaniel, Richard, Margaret, Emily, Philip, Ashley, and the rest of the cousins stared at Arthur with their mouths agape and eyes wide like copper bells.
Shock and astonishnt painted their faces as they struggled to process what they had just heard. For nearly three minutes, they were left speechless, caught in a daze.
"Ar... Arthur, are you telling the truth?" Nathaniel's voice trembled as he spoke.
"Of course it's true! Just yesterday I visited the Urban Developnt and Construction Bureau to discuss this," Arthur nodded confidently.
"Hissss!" A collective intake of breath filled the room as realization washed over them.
Excitent bubbled beneath the surface; they understood the magnitude of having 10,000 square kiloters of land right in the heart of a governnt developnt zone.
If they managed that land wisely, it could beco a money-printing machine!
Just thinking about it sent adrenaline coursing through their veins, it felt like a heavenly pie had been slapped right into their laps!

"But don't worry, no one will target us directly or pose any life-threatening danger,"
Arthur reassured them. "What they'll aim to do is find ways to hinder our developnt plans. However, I've already secured part of the governnt project for our Osborn Family!"
He paused dramatically before continuing: "We, the Osborn Family, are in charge of building transportation and road networks across this massive project! The governnt wants to construct 13 subway stations throughout Neo-Luminara along with six highways and dozens of high-speed railways connecting more than 600 major cities across the country. This is our responsibility!"
Julian and the others exchanged excited glances with Arthur; anticipation danced in their eyes.
They were on the brink of sothing monuntal!
"Arthur, this is...," Julian stamred, struggling to find the right words.
It was hard to believe that this was the best news he had received since the tragic loss of Arthur's parents.
Who would have thought that the Osborn family, once on the brink of despair, could be revitalized by Arthur in just a few months? Emotions swirled within him, relief, joy, and a hint of disbelief.

"Arthur, this is huge! But will we really be able to pull it off?" Margaret asked anxiously. "I an, we're talking about developing 10,000 square kiloters of land alongside a governnt project. Isn't that a monuntal task?"
"Don't worry, Aunt," Arthur reassured them with a confident smile as he took in their worried expressions. "I'll handle everything."
Curiosity sparked in Emily's eyes as she chid in. "By the way, Arthur, what exactly are we planning to develop on all that land?"
"A comrcial plaza," Arthur replied simply.
"Huh? A comrcial plaza?" Emily and the others were montarily taken aback.
They had envisioned luxurious villas or upscale apartnts, not a bustling comrcial hub!
"Yes!" Arthur confird enthusiastically. "We're going to build an ultra-modern ga-scale comrcial plaza !"
