The notification repeated itself violently across the panel.

[The story is rejecting the summoned...!]

[The story is rejecting the summoned...!]

[The story is rejecting the summoned...!]

However, the rejection had not proceeded with taking action yet as the system still calculated the scale at which the Oga asured.

[Scanning... Oga-class entity detected]

[Calculating threat level...]

[Processing dinsional weight...]

Stellar stretched her arm forward and waved it, commanding the beast to advance.

「 Eat your fill, O beast of chaos. 」

The Oga shook itself, its seven wings unfurled completely.

At first, it moved at a slow pace then suddenly...

Whoosh!

Despite its size, it tripled its speed as it began its movent.

ROOAAARRR!

The sound didn’t feel like a sound at all. It was the absence of sound and the death of vibration.

The end of noise.

It reverted back to the massive jaws of the Oga, creating a massive black hole.

The black hole sucked in everything that ca in its way: fleshy limbs, the infinite forever of the space, the concept of reality which this dinsion resided in.

The visual was the most terrifying thing Morena had ever seen in her entire existence.

Wherever the beast’s mouth passed, reality was gone.

『 S-Stellar... 』 Ophelia’s voice was cut short as she trembled, watching from above. She held Acheron tighter in her arms. This was the first ti she ever witnessed such primal terror.

Morena watched as the beast turned its gaze towards her. Her billions of copies had already been consud along with the space they occupied. The only one left was her.

She began to float in the opposite direction at her highest speed.

However, the Forgotten Oga moved through the void it created and cancelled the distance between them effortlessly. Its chaotic flas blood as it neared Morena, who felt the heat.

She could feel herself unraveling and her existence being sucked in just by its approach. She tried to speak, to shout, to plead.

Stellar was having none of it. She looked down at Morena with a pitying gaze.

Morena looked back, realizing she could not outrun what was coming.

The beast glided through reality and Morena was gone, swallowed into the endless nothing of the Oga’s belly.

The beast continued its terror, sucking in the remaining layers of reality that remained, including the side which Stellar and Ophelia watched from.

Then the system notification flickered back.

[Oga scale completed]

[Sealing X-level entity...]

[Initiating forced regression to origin world...]

A force beyond the comprehension of the Oga gripped it by the scales. This force was not made of mana, nor any divine power.

This was the story of the world, an absolute authority of the layers of pages Acheron had written to block such entities from descending from the higher realm.

*KRRRRAAAAGGGHHH!*

The beast roared in defiance. The sound erased the concept of gravity, leading everything left to float towards the void.

It resisted constantly, trying to wiggle its way out of the hands of the story.

But slowly and agonizingly, the Forgotten Oga was dragged backward into the rift from which it ca. Its seven wings thrashed violently but it was futile.

The rift sealed behind with a silent clap... Then burst out into a gigantic implosion that began to destroy even the void, erasing all concept of the existing space and beings.

「 Ophelia, now! 」 Stellar shouted.

『 On it! 』

The both of them, along with Acheron, vanished in a ball of light just as the Hollow’s Womb crumbled into nothing. Erased forever.

Deep down, in the depths of Acheron’s mind, her unconsciousness moved around like a fading shadow waiting to be recalled to consciousness.

It spoke no words or perford any movents other than just floating.

Around her was a vast adow that went in all directions, short grasses moving according to the wind’s direction.

The sky was plain white, no sun or moon.

She wore a long white gown that flowed across her skin and fit against her curves perfectly.

She slowly ca to the realization of her being unconscious.

"Where am I...?" she said, barely able to hear her own voice.

She closed her eyes and stopped floating. The ground attracted her and she bent down, laying herself on the green grass, letting it cradle her.

"You seem to be enjoying yourself..."

The voice called out from nowhere and everywhere at the sa ti. It was a familiar voice similar to Acheron’s.

Acheron did not open her eyes. Instead, a smile ford on her face. "It is fun... For the anti."

"Do you even have ti to slack around?" the voice said. "That ’Event’ is drawing closer and closer and you don’t want to accept it... But you are losing your mories of the original world, aren’t you?"

Acheron opened her eyes as she stared at the pale sky. "You are right... I am losing them... So of them."

There was a slight pause, then the voice spoke once more.

"Do you miss the old world?"

Acheron heard the question right. Distant mories of her mother flashed before her eyes. Although she didn’t rember most of them, she still knew she had them.

Then she rembered her relatives, her cousins, her aunts and uncles... But anything past that was a blur.

She did not rember anything about her school, nor of the people she t during her life.

The mories were going away slowly and painfully.

Acheron had used a spell to lock her deepest and most important mories in the depths of her mind, this space which she rested in.

The voice was a bit of her consciousness from when she ca to this world with her mories.

It was a reminder to herself to never forget the things she loved the most.

"Yes... I miss it very much..." A tear dropped from her eyes as her smile slowly faded away.

Then her own system notification ca through in front of her.

[You have cried the tears of a lost mory...]

[Your pain is shared with all that is associated with you...]

[You have received a calming gift from the system: Astral Logic]

[Rank: ???]

[Description: ???]

’The system doesn’t want to lose hope...’ Acheron’s smile ca back on her face, this ti it was the smile of joy.

[ :) ]

The system smiled at her, an action it did for the first ti.

"Thanks." Her smile was wider as she cleaned the tears.

The voice that spoke to her faded away, leaving her alone once more in this adow. The wind continued to pass over her skin, and for that mont, she allowed herself to rest... Just for that little mont. She closed her eyes and fell into a deep slumber.

[The original world, Earth...]

"Acheron! You’re going to be late for school... Hurry up!" Her mom called out, tossing eggs up and down on the frying pan.

Acheron ca down the stairs in a dash but as she reached the foot of the stairs... She felt liquid fall from her eyes.

She touched her cheek and looked in the mirror in the hallway.

There were tears... Tears were dropping from her eyes.

She didn’t cry nor had the intention to... Then why was she crying?

It poured out constantly as Acheron ran back upstairs.

She wiped the tears clean. She wasn’t sure why but she began to feel this pain... One she could not describe.

She stopped the tears and went downstairs, turning to the kitchen. "Mom, I don’t think I feel so good..."

Her mom turned in a daze. "Is there a problem, sweetheart?"

"I feel this pain in my chest..." She clutched her chest.

Her mom ca over and looked at her, noticing she had been crying. She hugged her and said:

"Go to your room and rest. I’ll call your teacher and say you stayed ho sick." She kissed her daughter’s forehead and watched her as she ascended the stairs.

Acheron removed her clothes and laid on her bed. She still felt the pain but this pain sohow made her fall asleep... Into a deep slumber.

...

Outside, just about five hundred feet from Acheron’s house, along Mark Alley Road, a strange notebook laid on the side of the road.

A young middle school girl ca hopping up and down as she sang along the way.

"I love a Christmas tree... I love Santa Claus!!! Ouch!" She stumbled over sothing.

She looked back to the area and saw a strange-looking notebook covered in blood, its pages half opened.

She picked it up in curiosity and opened through the pages.

"This is a... Story?" she noticed as she inspected each page closely.

"Whose is this..." She turned to the back of the book then the front... No nas were written on it.

She turned back to the front page and began to read while she walked.

...flip...

「 On a very chilly night, on a high sea near Grimore Island... A ship sailed through the storm.

Inside was the sound of a mother screaming.

"Arg... It hurts!" she called out.

A man stood in front of her. Behind him was another older-looking man.

"It’s ok... You’ll be fine... Now push!" the man said.

"Arghhhh!"

The baby ca out... Faint white hair and a very small stature.

Her mother took a breath of relief, resting back on the bed.

The father held his baby in his hand and smiled as the storm raged on.

"She’s so beautiful... I am going to na you... Emm..." He took a while before finally finishing his sentence.

"I will na you... Nieves. Evergreen Nieves." 」
