The teacher soon ca in and began the lecture while Zaiyila's mind remained filled with thoughts of Everett.

"It's break ti, baby Aiyi. Let's go and buy food together," Elizabeth suggested.

"Um... my food will be delivered soon," Zaiyila responded.

"Can't you skip today's ho made al? Let's go buy sothing outside instead," Elizabeth insisted, gazing at Zaiyila with pleading eyes.

Zaiyila opened her mouth to reply, but just then, the familiar male guard entered. "Your Highness, this is your lunch," he announced.

Elizabeth imdiately sat upright and looked at Zaiyila's bag with a pitiful expression.

"Um... thanks," Zaiyila murmured, taking the box from him.

The guard bowed and exited.

"Sorry," Zaiyila glanced at Elizabeth, who was feeling a bit sour. "How about we share it? Just take it as a thank you for teaching earlier," she offered.

"That's great as well!" Elizabeth's expression lit up instantly. "Very well, I won't be polite then." She eagerly helped Zaiyila open the box, and the food was split between them.

"Zaiyila!" a voice suddenly called, distracting both girls.

Zaiyila raised her head and looked toward the caller, spotting an average-looking girl wearing glasses. She stared in confusion and swallowed the food in her mouth.

"Hi," Zaiyila greeted.

The girl blushed and handed her an envelope with a red heart. "Can... can you please help deliver this to your bodyguard? My... my na is Gloria," she stamred.

Zaiyila and Elizabeth exchanged glances before turning back to Gloria. "My... my bodyguard?" Zaiyila repeated in disbelief.

Gloria nodded in confirmation.

Zaiyila smiled awkwardly and placed the letter inside her school bag. "I'll definitely deliver your ssage," she promised.

"Thank... thank you so much," Gloria mumbled and quickly ran off.

After Gloria left, Elizabeth began to chuckle.

"Stop that," Zaiyila chided. "Don't let her think you're mocking her, that's not nice."

"I'm not mocking her," Elizabeth defended. "It's just surprising. Actually, I shouldn't be surprised. Everyone in your family is just too hot. You're exceptionally beautiful, and your brother—"

"All right, eat sothing and stop ntioning him. If the food's thirty minutes late, I won't be able to eat it anymore," Zaiyila interrupted, already munching away.

"Ah, let's eat quickly then," Elizabeth bead, and the two of them finished their al in no ti.

"Baby Aiyi, I want to invite you to my birthday party. Will you co?" Elizabeth asked, blinking repeatedly.

Zaiyila hesitated for a mont. "I..."

"All right, I know you'll definitely co. It's next week—I'll keep reminding you," Elizabeth cut in and kissed Zaiyila's cheek, even though it was masked.

Zaiyila nodded. I'll ask Eve first. If he agrees, then there's no problem, she thought.

Everett sat regally in his chair, his mobile phone gripped tightly in his hand as he stared at it unblinking. Many wondered what he could be looking at so intently, but if one dared peek, they'd see it was a picture of Zaiyila. But attempting such a thing would surely cost them their neck.

"The Queen is slowly regaining her powers. That's a major step forward. Congratulations, Your Majesty!" a handso young man declared as he dropped to one knee before Everett.

Everett smiled brightly and gently placed his phone on the table. "It's indeed worth celebrating. She shattered the screen, and Girlin also inford of her anger—that's trendous progress," he muttered.

"In no ti, the Queen will finally rember everything."

Everett chuckled. "Stand up, Luke. This king is in a good mood," he announced.

Luke rose and gazed at Everett, who was still smiling handsoly. "Your Majesty, what are you planning next?" he inquired curiously.

"To celebrate the Queen, of course," Everett responded. "The party I want to throw for her on Saturday—expand it. It must be the most glorious celebration ever for my Queen."

"Right away, Your Majesty," Luke acknowledged and turned to leave.

"Wait," Everett added, "invite all the workers as well."

"Yes, Your Majesty," Luke bowed again and exited.

Everett picked up his phone once more, continuing to gaze at Zaiyila's photo. Then the door opened, and a strong feminine scent filled the room.

"M-M-Mr. Everett... I-I have a report to make," a female voice stamred.

Everett's warm expression turned cold in an instant, and he glanced toward the entrance.

Standing there was a very fair and beautiful lady in a red thigh-length dress. Her short, neck-length hair was brown, and she wore glasses that slightly obscured her eye color. She clutched several files and tried her best not to look too nervous.

"You have a report?" Everett repeated, his murderous gaze settling on the woman.

The lady trembled, clearly terrified. "M-Mr. Everett, I-I misspoke. What I ant was... I-I want to resign," she stuttered.

"Drop the files and see yourself out. If you ever dare look back at this company, I won't be lenient," Everett replied coldly, returning his focus to his Queen.

"Th-thank you, sir!" she exclaid and quickly dropped the files before rushing out.

Once she was outside, she let out a heavy sigh of relief.

"Mohini, how did it go? Did the boss look at you?" a female voice whispered.

The woman called Mohini turned to the speaker and burst into tears. "Jolly, I'm finished! I went in to seduce the boss but ended up firing myself!" she cried, throwing herself into the woman's embrace.

"Ehn?" Jolly's expression froze in disbelief. "I don't get it. I completely don't understand you."

Mohini looked at Jolly with teary eyes. "I went there like you instructed, but when I got there, I was so scared I felt like the boss was going to kill . So I just told him I wanted to resign—and he actually agreed!" she wept harder.

Jolly facepald. "Can soone truly be this foolish? Looks like I'll have to get the boss myself. Besides, the boss is throwing a party at his house—it's the perfect opportunity," she thought.

"Jolly, how about this? Can you help beg the boss? Maybe he'll consider how loyally you have worked for him and forgive ," Mohini pleaded, her tears now dried as she looked at Jolly like she was her last hope.
