After officially stepping into professional boxing, Jason Luo’s life surprisingly beca calr—his days now revolved entirely around intense training at the gym.

Raul began arranging professional sparring partners for him, and through Brown and Rod, Jason learned that the only requirent for advancing to a Level 2 Boxer was simple but brutal—he had to be able to fight at full intensity for a full six rounds.

Unwilling to back down, Jason challenged one of the sparring partners the very next day. The man was fully geared up, but even so, Jason couldn’t last four rounds before calling it quits.

The difference was staggering.

On paper, two extra rounds didn’t sound like much. But since each round now lasted three minutes, the actual ti in the ring had doubled.

Only now did Jason truly understand the harsh reality of boxing. The World Championship bouts went twelve rounds—at his current level, he wouldn’t just lose; he’d collapse from exhaustion long before the final bell.

Realizing the gap, Jason stopped rushing blindly ahead and threw himself into building endurance.

Twenty-kiloter runs, stair sprints with weights, stone ball lifts, sandbag resistance runs… “Exhausting” didn’t even begin to describe it. By the ti he finished each day, it felt as though his soul had been trained right out of his body.

Thankfully, his father now drove him to and from training. Otherwise, Jason might not have been able to walk ho at all. Every night, Henry would prepare an enormous al to help his son gain weight—but Jason could barely look at the food. All he wanted was to collapse onto his bed and pass out.

Still, Henry wouldn’t let that happen. Under his father’s relentless prodding, Jason forced himself to eat, half-asleep, barely aware of what was going into his mouth.

This state lasted for two full weeks before Jason finally began to adjust—he could at least stay sowhat alert after training.

Since the System hadn’t reactivated yet, he had no way to gauge his progress. The only visible change was his weight—it had climbed to 79.3 kilograms, still far from Brown’s target.

Good grief…

At this rate, when would it ever end?

That night, Jason lay in bed, his entire body aching, sleep refusing to co. Everyone admired the glory of a boxer holding up the Gold Belt, but who ever thought about how much sweat and pain went into earning that mont?

Then—

“Ding! Global data collection complete. Greedy Wolf Boxing King System successfully reactivated. Major system updates detected—please review carefully.”

“Ding! System activation complete. Rewards: 3 Free Attribute Points and 1 Interdiate Reward Draw unlocked. Please claim.”

“Ding! During system dormancy, host demonstrated exceptional physical improvent through training. Stamina 4. Please review.”

A surge of icy clarity shot through his entire body. Jason had to cover his mouth to stop himself from groaning aloud—the sensation was pure bliss, almost addictive.

When the chill finally faded, his exhaustion disappeared entirely, replaced by renewed vigor.

Overjoyed, he opened his System Panel.

What a massive upgrade! There were even shared attributes now—aning he could grow stronger in other combat disciplines too.

Still, those numbers were pathetic. He’d never trained in anything outside boxing and had no ti to start now. How could he ever improve those?

There were also two new boxing stats: Willpower and Vitality. Vitality was clearly useful—he’d experienced the importance of that firsthand. Willpower seed to be a ntal attribute, but how much would it affect a real fight?

And Recovery—he’d once asked Coach Pedro about that one, but even the old veteran had no idea how to train it.

Forget it. I’ll figure it out later.

What mattered most now was the Interdiate Reward Draw. His first ever! What would he get?

Just before clicking, Jason rembered how Raul had washed his hands before doing his own draw. Better safe than sorry.

He snuck out, washed his hands multiple tis, then quietly returned, locked the door, switched off his phone, and sat down solemnly. He was one incense stick short of a prayer ritual.

“Alright… let’s begin.”

His heart pounded as the screen flashed wildly—too fast to follow. Then suddenly, it stopped. A burst of radiant violet light filled the room.

“Congratulations! You’ve drawn the Interdiate Rare Talent — Absolute Evasion! Lucky you! Keep it up!”

Jason blinked in disbelief. This ti, he’d actually hit sothing incredible.

Absolute Evasion—the na alone scread power.

Talent Description:

Absolute Evasion (Interdiate Rare Talent – Basic Level): Must be manually activated. Grants a 100% chance to dodge any single-target physical attack for 40 seconds. Consus Stamina. Best used when energy is high. Cooldown: 24 hours.

Jason was stunned.

This… this is broken!

Absolute Evasion? That was basically a god-tier ability—invincibility for forty seconds!

He even wondered—if soone fired a gun at him, would it count as a “physical attack”?

Forty seconds might not sound long, but that was just the basic level. What about when it advanced? Too bad Talent Points were so hard to earn.

Still, Jason knew that from now on, it would be hard not to show off. The best mont to trigger this ability would be right when the opponent launched a fierce combo—imagine smiling as you effortlessly weaved through a barrage of punches while your opponent couldn’t even touch your sleeve.

Jason couldn’t help but laugh to himself.

A mid-tier rare talent that powerful—it was almost too good to be true. If this progression continued, becoming world champion wouldn’t just be a dream anymore.

All the fatigue from half a month of brutal training vanished. Jason Luo was now brimming with confidence, ready to begin his true professional journey.
