Mo Yichen scratched his head, “There has been more and more custors since I ca to the dessert shop. So would talk to , but I just ignored them.”
“Yichen, don’t you really understand Gu Yan? Or you just pretend that you don’t know her mind? The problem is so obvious but you still can’t find it.” Uncle Mo then laughed.
“What do you an? What should I know?”
“You are really foolish. Gu Yan didn’t want to drive you away. She was just jealous. You fool. How couldn’t you recognize that?” Uncle Mo said.
“How do you know Gu Yan was jealous rather than angry? She even asked to get out.” Mo Yichen was a little pleasantly surprised after hearing what Uncle Mo said.
They clinked the glasses and drank another glass of beer.
“Think about it. There were so many custors who went to the dessert shop every day because of you, and so of them even chatted you up. Now, if Gu Yan were accosted, would you be jealous?”
“Won are always unwilling to express their true thoughts. Even if she asked you to leave, what she really hoped was that you could stay. I think Gu Yan still loves you, but she just doesn’t say it out for so reasons.”
Mo Yichen thought about it carefully, and felt that what Uncle Mo said made sense. His depression suddenly disappeared, so he said, “Cheers. Thank you. Now I understand her thoughts.”
Mo Yichen had a better mood now. After drinking off the beer, they ordered another two crates. Mo Yichen was in high spirit tonight. It seed that he wouldn’t get drunk no matter how much he drank. Gu Yan got lost in thought, and forgot that she was cooking. She didn’t realize it until the water in the pot boiled and scalded her.
She imdiately turned off the heat and blew her scalded fingers.
“Mo Yichen, it is all your fault. Because of you, my fingers were scalded.” Gu Yan blad Mo Yichen audibly. If Mo Yichen knew that Gu Yan were scalded while thinking about him, he would feel heartbroken.
Gu Yan struggled to finish the cooking despite the pain from her fingers. She was about to have the al when her phone rang.
“Who would call now?” She thought.
She picked up the phone and found that it was Manla. “Hey, dear. What are you doing?”
Manla said affectionately.
“Well. I ca back ho, cooked for myself, and scalded my fingers.” Gu Yan pretended to be pitiful.
“Why were you so careless? What happened? Is it serious? Did you apply dicine?” Manla asked worriedly when she heard that Gu Yan was scalded.
“I’m all right. You finally get ti to call today, my little busy bee?”
“I just finished the eting, so I can get off work early today. I rembered I haven’t contacted you for a long ti, so I called you. How are you doing? Have you contacted Mo Yichen?” Manla began to gossip.
Gu Yan beca angry after hearing the na and complained, “Don’t even ntion him. Otherwise, I would get angry.”
“What’s the matter? It seems that you have contacted each other recently.”
After Gu Yan told Manla what had happened during Mo Yichen’s stay, Manla thought that Mo Yichen was so devoted to Gu Yan.

“He ca to chat up other won in my dessert shop! Since he stayed in the dessert shop every day, the turnover had doubled. Many won ca to see him and chatted him up.” Gu Yan pouted, talking about her unhappiness.
“Isn’t that good?” Manla joked.
“I really couldn’t stand it anymore, so I asked him to get out. But he really left and didn’t co back again! Don’t you think it is annoying?” Gu Yan said, full of anger.
After hearing what Gu Yan said, Manla also felt that Mo Yichen was not easily understandable. She said, “This is the first ti I have heard such a person. His emotional quotient must be negative. Otherwise how couldn’t he understand such an obvious thing!”
“That’s right. He simply lacks a sense of romance. He never followed my words before. Why did he beco so obedient this ti? I asked him to get out and he really left. He hasn’t co back again since then.”

In order to get rid of the thoughts, Gu Yan hurriedly finished the al and tidied up. She went to bed after washing, because she was tired with these thoughts. She was really exhausted every day because of these things.
