"I'm ho!" Our bored gar called and he took the first steps into his house. It was almost dark and the day had been one of success.
He did his job well in the pill pavilion that he managed and he could not ask for anything more. The world was practically at the palm of his hands already strength wise.
Thus, asking for the stars would be a bit too greedy of him. Not that it was beyond his ans of course.
"Welco back, master! Are you famished? The chefs had prepared a lovely dinner for you." Tian Xun greeted warmly. Alas, our good gar's wife was nowhere to be seen at all.
Clark knew that Zi Ling was out there training like a girl possessed even at this late ti of the day.
"Yes. I'll be out after i change, Xun'er. Thank you." Clark smiled at his beautiful maidservant.
"It is my pleasure to serve you, master!" Tian Xun happily replied. After that, she could be seen singing a happy tune as she did what was asked of her.
This woman was rather a simple one indeed. Clark ate to his fill with only his maidservant to accompany him. That night, he slept on his bed alone.

"Hahh..." Zi Ling was panting heavily due to fatigue. Abundant amount of sweat cascaded all over her skin and this had made her clothes stick to them quite nicely.

If our bored gar would have summoned her in his place then Zi Ling would have no choice but to obey. This was one of the golden rule of an arranged marriage.

"I have not received any word from him or his household, young miss." Yan Huan replied.
"Did he summon other girls or frequent the love houses in the city?" Zi Ling asked and this was not triggered by jealousy at all.
Since there was no love between them, any feeling of jealousy was absurd. She was rely curious on what man her husband was.
"No, he has not. Su Wen's life only circled around work and ho. He also does not gamble nor does he spend his free ti on partying or drinking until stupidity.
I think Su Wen is an average man, young miss." Yan Huan comnted. She really could not see any impressive features in our good gar.
"..." Zi Ling stopped in thought for a full minute before concluding with these words,
"Let's go ho tonight, Yan Huan. I need to rest for a few days." Zi Ling said at last.
"I'll prepare the carriage, young miss." Yan Huan replied.

Thirty minutes later and the pair of master and servant arrived in a luxurious courtyard.
"NEIGHHHHH!" The sounds of stopping horses marked their arrival.
"Welco back, Lady Zi Ling. My master is waiting for you at the dining hall." Tian Xun bowed towards the newly arrived pair.
"Hmmm..." Zi Ling only nodded at Tian Xun's invite. Her thoughts was preoccupied on how her husband has got details on her arrival.
A sa occurrence happened before which also struck her strange. It was when her husband knew all the nas of the guests as they toasted to them during their wedding.
It would not have been Senior Fan also since only a Golden Physique Realm Expert could borne about a spiritual sense inside their bodies.

She was still as beautiful as ever. Though our bored gar had seen better but alas, there was no need of him to be petty. Comparison was the thief of joy after all.
"I have been training." Zi Ling replied. Her gaze lingered for a few precious seconds on the face of our avid gar and she could not help but agree to one thing about her husband.
Su Wen was indeed one of the most handso n she had ever seen in her life so far. Although there was a slight attraction but that was all there was to it.
Zi Ling was a cultivator while her husband was only a re mortal. They existed in two extrely different worlds.
"I'm sure you are. Let's eat." Our bored gar invited and before long, the two of them began eating in silence.
Two maidservants stood on the sides and they were the only audience in this lavish dinner. A little while later and soone could finally not stand this deafening hush.

From the information that she got, her husband was trapped inside his body for all these years.
