Although he was not under any kind of slave spell but he doubted that he could escape far if he wanted to.
The Wizard King was fully subdued the mont our bored gar uttered his true na.
It was either his masked master was way older than the Wizard King was in this world or that his master was totally capable of reading the entirety of his mories.
Both possibilities bode no advantage and hope unto him. This was why the Wizard King could only follow his master's commands for now.

They did not dare leave since they were also expecting to know the result of the battle.

One should know that they have just been so close to death and in instances like these, an extre urge to procreate and release stress was only too natural.

"BANG!" A golden light descended from out of nowhere and it bound the hoary wizard completely. A half breath later, the hoary wizard turned into little golden dusts on the ground.
There was no screaming or pain manifested whatsoever. That poor wizard just died. One could see the difference of power between a level 8 and a level 9 wizard.
"Do I hear anyone else who wants to contradict my words?" The Wizard King asked but he found only silence thereafter.
