And so, the two exchanged hundreds more blows in just a few seconds.

A flurry of claw and fist, shadow and bone. The floor beneath them cracked, the air between them vibrated.

But at the hundredth strike, a powerful and massive aura erupted from Prish.

He had waited long enough; it was ti to act.

He took a step back, dodging yet another of the skeleton’s blows without apparent effort.

"Take this!"

Leaping high into the air and spreading his arms, a rift of dense darkness ford around him.

Space fractured, and the devil vanished, swallowed by the darkness. A soundless implosion followed, as if reality itself had been consud.

"...??"

Drae’mon stared at the spot where the devil had disappeared for a few seconds before turning to his master with a questioning look.

"..."

Needless to say, no one— not even Jeremy— expected sothing like that...

Had he escaped?

The boy did not think it was possible to escape his domain that way, and yet the devil had done it.

And just as he was about to rise and use his power to understand what had happened and where the devil had gone, a deep pressure swept through the entire Osseoth Cathedral.

And before he could react, his domain was destroyed, engulfed in endless darkness.

"Oh, so that’s what was happening—"

Jeremy did not even have ti to finish the sentence before he found himself in a different space.

He was no longer on his throne, that was certain.

However, he did not know where he was.

"Well then, now I’m in charge."

Prish’s voice echoed all around Jeremy.

"And this, my friend, will be your tomb."

Prish was nowhere to be seen, yet his voice was everywhere.

The space around Jeremy was dark, but not so dark as to obscure vision.

It was as if everything were lit by a faint and dim light.

His senses were functioning; he did not feel any limitations.

However, he sensed a strange feeling he could not quite put his finger on.

"Strange... what is this feeling? It’s like every mont spent in this place is stealing a part of ."

All around him was deserted.

The most surprising thing of all was exactly that.

He was alone.

Drae’mon and SuperCannon were nowhere to be seen!

His strongest weapons vanished... he was no longer a ruler, but just a boy in enemy territory.

---

"What are you staring at? It’s not my fault your master did not choose you. Try to be more useful next ti, understood? Otherwise, you’ll be replaced by the new ones."

Cambela’s voice struck like a bolt from the blue.

Not loud, but sharp enough to cut pride.

Well, not literally. After all, the whole world had turned dark for so reason, leaving only a faint light to illuminate the area.

Cambela was speaking with Leo’sol and Hero.

They had been left behind by their master, as had the entire Osseoth Legion.

Did not that an they were on the sa level?

They, two powerful generals, discarded without reason.

All they could do was stare at Cambela with dissatisfaction, the only one responsible for their discomfort.

---

"Afraid, human? Now that you’re here alone, without your summons, what do you think you can do to ?"

The devil appeared just a few ters from Jeremy, as if he had always been there.

He had changed.

He no longer looked half-dead.

He had been reborn.

Covered in a shroud of limitless darkness, Prish looked imposing.

"I never thought I’d use my Stellar Skill for a re human like you, but I was wrong."

Well, it’s not that Prish had not wanted to use it earlier; it was just that his skill was very particular.

---

[Stellar Skill: Obscura Singularity]

Create Obscura Singularity by refining the cores of stars.

Envelop your body with one of your Obscura Singularities. Your entire being becos shrouded in darkness. You can move through shadows, and your power becos proportional to the amount of darkness within the Obscura Singularity.

Within your Dark World, if enveloped by Obscura Singularity, your presence is everywhere and nowhere at the sa ti.

---

The use of this ability had a cost. Refining stars, after all, was not easy.

Moreover, to create an Obscura Singularity, refining just one was not enough.

In general, this was Prish’s last resort. He would not have used it if the situation were not so urgent.

After all, he could feel it.

The little skeleton was preparing sothing big.

He would probably die.

And that made him terribly uneasy.

How could he continue to feel this sense of death when facing a re EX-Rank human?

So, he decided to isolate him within his Dark World and end it.

"Now that I’ve used my power and you’re alone, what are your final prayers?"

Even though the devil had spoken those words, he had no intention of giving the human space to fight back.

After all, his power was real.

And if he managed to escape his domain? He would lose an important part of his power.

He could not allow that.

And so, the devil threw a punch in front of him, which manifested directly on Jeremy’s frowning face.

The blow was like a teleport.

Needless to say, the attack landed full force.

The boy’s body was sent flying for hundreds of ters and, after tumbling on the ground for a few seconds, finally ca to a stop.

The devil did not continue his assault. He was curious.

Sure, it was a simple punch, but he expected much more damage.

"Interesting. Your body is made of the sa substance as your undead and the Cathedral, am I right?

If I’m not mistaken, you called it Osseoth. A very interesting concept, no doubt."

As Prish spoke in puzzlent, Jeremy’s face, swollen and covered in blood, was regenerating.

After all, after his Rank-up, his body had been remade. He was not at Drae’mon’s level, who had unlocked new forms and abilities, but he was no slouch.

After all, his Skill was clear. Jeremy could do whatever he wished.

"Nice punch for a girly girl."

The boy’s voice did not sound the least bit frightened by the current situation.

Even though he was alone, his power was not to be underestimated.

Not now that he had beco one with his Thalgriths.

A cold grin appeared on Prish’s face at the boy’s words.

Being mocked by a lower-ranked human? He had not expected that.

Needless to say, it made him slightly angry.

But, ironically, despite his instantaneous movents within his domain, he could not react to what he saw.

"Osseoth, Let It Be Bone!"

A simple phrase, but there was nothing simple about it.

From Jeremy’s body, a disturbing mass of shining bones erged.

A mont later, all those bones fused with Jeremy’s body.

Monts after the bones fused, a strange being stood before the devil.

His appearance was otherworldly.

A brilliant white armor, which seed to reflect even the surrounding darkness, covered every inch of the boy’s skin.

He had beco taller, bulkier.

The armor exuded a far more threatening aura.

If there had been doubts about the boy’s strength before, they were gone now.

His helt resembled that of a wolf, with a pair of terrifying fangs inside.

His arms were adorned with infamous claws, while his legs ended in three hook-shaped blades.

On his back, a pair of wings, several ters wide, made the atmosphere searing.

The re presence of this figure changed everything.

"Let introduce you to my combat form. Or rather, my ’current’ combat form."

Jeremy looked like a fusion of himself with his two Thalgriths.

Which made it clear what he ant by ’current’.

With the addition of more Thalgrith Aberrations, his combat form would beco ever more powerful.

He was no longer just a secondary piece that needed to be defended.

Well, not that he ever really needed it... or maybe he did.

Now he had beco the strongest of his Osseoth Legion.

And, of course, his new form was not just for show.

It embodied absolute power, all the strengths of his Thalgriths.

So, without wasting more ti on talk, he decided to use SuperCannon’s signature move.

An Arkhéon energy blast.

Raising one arm and opening his hand, showing his palm to Prish, Jeremy smiled with satisfaction before saying:

"Good luck!"

The devastating energy beam did not even have ti to form before being fired at incredible speed.

Rather than fast, the blast appeared instantly.

Not to ntion its power.

Needless to say, Prish was hit full force.

Even though Jeremy had not intended to destroy the devil in a single blow, his firepower was many tis stronger than SuperCannon’s had been before.

But Prish was not an idiot.

The mont the boy raised his arm, he had already slipped away.

What remained and was hit by the Arkhéon energy beam was rely a residual image.

A cold sweat ford on Prish’s forehead. He had not expected sothing like that. Out of the frying pan and into the fire.

Inside his domain, he could be everywhere and nowhere, so, at that mont, he could not be perceived by the boy.

But that did not make him feel any better.

"Well then, let’s see if this works..."

Prish muttered before using one of his most powerful attacks. He was tired of using his body to attack. He did not need to.

And so, with the Dark World ready to accompany him for this assault, an incredible amount of energy filled the domain.

There was no room to escape.

He would use the entire domain to give rise to one of the most devastating attacks ever used.
