61: Chapter 9: Undercurrent_1 61: Chapter 9: Undercurrent_1 Guoguo was also throwing her weight around, chirping and stomping on Richard’s head like a shrew at a tantrum.

Everyone on the ship was stunned.

“Vulgar Beamon ritual!” The rmaid Princess sneered disdainfully, her eyes full of outright hatred.

Her golden hair shone in the sun, and Richard felt a strong urge to shave it bald.

The Banilou warriors and Magic Shark warriors were all looking at Richard with anger.

The red embroidery on the iron anchor in the Whale Warrior’s hand was being twisted so hard it was fraying, the red fibers mixed with the seawater turned it into a blood-like color as it dripped down.

Richard t their gaze fearlessly.

His lazy eyes suddenly turned into a sharp streak of lightning.

Like a candle fla in the night, it may seem weak, but it can suddenly burst into sparks and light up the dim night.

Old Man Xu and Ning Yu both noticed Richard’s instantaneous transformation.

They secretly redefined their views on him.

The Banilou warrior’s gaze was fearso due to his strength; but this Beamon priest, judging by his performance just now, was rather ordinary.

Yet, at this instant, he exuded a completely different temperant and gaze, which made them realize that his previous display was rely a facade.

Could he really be a Sub-dragon priest?

The people on the ship wondered.

“Humans!” The rmaid Princess coldly declared to Old Man Xu, “We Sea Clan can only be out of water for up to an hour.

You must decide now!”

“To give…or not to give?” Avril’s face, like the undercurrents of the sea, emanated bone-chilling cold.

“Didn’t you say you’d spare us yesterday?” Helen was angry.

“Hehe…” Avril let out a string of ethereal laughter, “Dear Fox Tribe girl, last night I only promised to ‘spare’ you.

That didn’t include if soone would present you as gifts to us…we wouldn’t refuse.”

“This rmaid is petty,” Richard comnted to Helen while shielding her behind him, unsure if the sailors would use them as offerings to quell their own disaster.

Guoguo, standing on Richard’s head, urinated, spraying a beautiful arc that fell on the bald head of Banilou warrior, Figo.

“Roar~~” Humiliated, the Whale Warrior could not hold back anymore.

Like a berserk beast, he wielded the iron anchor in his hands and threw it towards Richard’s forehead with a tumultuous roar.

The sailors from the Panta Clan let out a low growl, and their fishing spears were released in unison.

All the tower-like burly n put in all their strength.

The spear tips whistled through the air, piercing the atmosphere, and smashed directly into the incoming iron anchor.

“Clang~~~” With a burst of sparks, all the fishing spears found their mark, stabbing into the iron anchor.

The iron anchor was forcibly knocked back into the sea.

Helen’s body was violently shuddering.

Even with the combined strength of many burly panda warriors, who were stronger than the Beamon, they could only manage a draw against the Whale Warrior.

How overwhelming was this Banilou warrior’s strength!

Helen’s mind went blank, and she involuntarily let go of Richard’s hand.

The Banilou warrior let out a full-throated roar, grabbed the iron anchor, stood on his mount, and went to the front of the ship.

He stood five or six ters tall, leveled with the ship.

His massive head lood in front of everyone, bobbing up and down with the movent of his mount below.

“Sir Whale, I surrender!” With one foot on the edge of the ship and the other drawing up, Richard approached the nose of the Whale Warrior, his face full of fawning smiles, nodding and bowing incessantly.

Richard held his hands behind his back.

Everyone behind him saw a stone anchor in his hand.

The anchoring stone was tied at the end of the hemp ropes on the ship, each about the size of a piece of cheese and made of top-quality basalt.

Their function was to secure the ropes and prevent them from being blown away by the wind; a big one would weigh at least seventeen or eighteen pounds, a small one at least ten pounds.

Nobody saw when Richard picked up this anchoring stone; their attention had been captivated by the clash between the iron anchor and the fishing spears.

The Banilou warrior’s gaze was wild, filled with savagery, brutality and bloodlust.

He was not the type to forgive easily.

Many were already imagining a torn figure appearing in the sky in the next mont.

Helen bit her silver teeth, her fiery tail shaking nervously.

Clam Girl Ning Yu turned her gaze away, unable to bear the sight, and looked at Ferguson Xu for help.

Only the rmaid Princess looked the most pleased, her charming face displaying a hint of vengeful pleasure.

Even her golden hair seed to reflect her mood, radiating joy.

“Hero!” Richard suddenly fell to his knees, crying, “I have an eighty-year-old mother and young children waiting to be fed at ho, please spare my life!”

The little fox’s blood was boiling.

The honor and humiliation of being a Beamon priest made her forget about death, and she felt heart-wrenching pain for what Richard was doing.

The osprey circled in the air and let out a mournful cry.

It was an expression of reluctance to die, yet ready to charge into battle.

Everyone probably learned what shalessness and lack of integrity was in their lifeti, and they were all taken aback.
