After exiting through the back of the boss room, the first thing I saw was Kohaku. She was wearing a super confident look that showed she had no worries at all.
Now that I thought about it, once you had cleared the boss room, you could just skip through it. So did she use that shortcut and wait for ?

Taking a breath, I changed my weapons from the gauntlets back to teor Impact.
I was convinced after that last battle. Unard combat really shone during boss battles, but really, it was supposed to be a skill where the aggro wasn’t focused on .
From the weight of its attack, teor Impact was better against normal monsters. And if I were to tell the truth, I also wanted to have a one-handed mace as well.
「Tria should soon be within sight. It’s Sukuna’s first ti at Tria, right? I’m sure you will be surprised.」

When we had walked to a point where we could see the forest’s exit, Kohaku suddenly said sothing like that.
Since Rin-chan hadn’t really said anything about it, I was curious: what was in the 3rd town, Fias?
When we got out of the forest, I could see a town several hundred ters away from us.

For so reason, it was bizarrely friendly or way too attached to . However, I was sowhat able to pry off the mysterious creature licking my face.
The creature that was called a water dragon, rather than a western dragon, it looked more serpentine and had a long and narrow body. Just as I had finally removed it, it once again coiled around my body. There was no display of HP or level, which ant that it was not treated as a monster.
「Water dragons are really wise, they are quite well-known creatures in Tria. At the very least, they don’t attack people and are gentle creatures.」
「Aren’t I being attacked right now?」
「No, that one is just playing with you. It might also be hungry, too.」

The water dragon cried out as if it were answering, which was sowhat cute. I tried petting its head.
Its scales were really smooth. When I pet its head, the water dragon felt really good and narrowed its eyes in happiness.
I tried bringing out the Magical Take that I had gathered in the Forest of Magic and showed it to the water dragon. It flicked out its tongue to taste it and then devoured the entire mushroom.
The water dragon coiled around as if asking for more, and just as I was about to run out, it seed to beco full and satisfied. It stopped coiling around my body and dove back underwater. Even though I had twenty of them at the beginning...
「It went away....」
「Kyu!」
「Uooh!?」
Just as I was thinking that I should at least see it off, the water dragon imdiately ca back. Holding sothing in its mouth, it threw it at , and after energetically crying out once it suddenly disappeared back to the bottom of the lake.
Looking at the thing that I caught, I saw a big, blue, glass-like sphere.
「What’s this?」
「That is.....That’s a water dragon crystal. And it’s also a rather big one.」
「Dragon crystal?」
「It’s a crystal that forms inside of a dragon when they are born. It gets bigger as they grow, and its purity also increases. With this size.....it took around one hundred years, I’d guess. It’s most likely that it’s from a water dragon that died and then that water dragon child gained possession of it.」

「Depending on the person, since you can use it to add attributes to your equipnt, it’s convenient. But I think that they are sothing important to dragons, who like shiny things and collect them as so sort of hobby. That’s why it probably gave it to you as thanks.」
A baseball-sized crystal....Rather, a water crystal, I guess? Looking at it closely, I could see sothing like a liquid rippling around inside it.
Using all that Magical Take was quite a loss, but I might have gotten sothing good from it.
Even so, it might be my first ti experiencing an animal getting playful with . I had a bit of a regretful feeling left inside my chest.
It was not just pets. For my entire life, I had never gotten the chance to play with animals. For so reason, they would all just run away.
Maybe if it was inside a ga then I could play with them. And regarding the water dragons, they weren’t even monsters, after all.

Before I entered Tria, while lining up for the inspection, I felt like the surrounding gazes were on us.
Being called a Fortress Town, Tria did a proper inspection.
