Chapter 851: Chapter 432
“Why are you here?”
Molli’er looked at Ronan with a strange expression and asked.
After a few years, she seed to have grown taller, and her figure had beco more slender.
Ronan still rembered the first ti he t Molli’er—at the chanical Heart Ruins, with the Ash Witch.
Back then, Molli’er’s face still had a bit of baby fat, which was now completely gone.
“I…”
Ronan hesitated, answering, “I ca to the Realm of Departing Fire to find so things.”
He looked at Molli’er, and the sa question erged from his mouth once more.
“Why are you here?”
“You break into my ho without reason, and you ask ?”
Molli’er, holding her staff, replied with an amused face.
“Your ho? The Realm of Departing Fire is your ho?”
Ronan was montarily stunned by Molli’er’s words.
“What did you think this place was? A Land Without Master for anyone to explore freely?”
Molli’er scoffed continuously.
“A lineage possessing the Phoenix bloodline, occupying the Fire Elent Ranch left behind by the deceased O’Brien as a resting place, is quite reasonable…”
Alazan whispered to Ronan, “It’s impossible for this place to remain vacant forever.”
Alright…
“I truly didn’t know this was Phoenix Family’s territory…”
Ronan thought for a mont, then simply took out the golden stone slab which recorded the ‘Songlin’s Hamr,’ and said candidly, “I followed treasure clues all the way here.”
“Let see.”
Molli’er quickly said.
Ronan hesitated slightly but then handed over the golden stone slab.
Molli’er stared at the golden stone slab for a while, then looked up and threw it back to him without expression.
For so reason, Ronan clearly felt that Molli’er’s attitude towards him had suddenly cooled.
The smile on her face completely disappeared; she seed to have a trace of unique anticipation before, but now her gaze appeared extrely disappointed and indifferent.
“This place has long ceased to exist.”
Molli’er said in a flat tone, “You’ve made a wasted trip. Leave before I strongly dislike you.”
Confronted with Molli’er’s “eviction order,” Ronan couldn’t help but frown.
“Do you know this place marked on the map?
Could you show ? I still need a piece of Fire Dragon Marrow.”
He tried to communicate with Molli’er in as calm a tone as possible.
To be honest, Ronan really didn’t like dealing with Molli’er; she was capricious and temperantal, possibly charming in one mont, and turning unfriendly in the next, which often gave Ronan a headache.
And due to their past soul symbiosis, he found it difficult to harbor genuine hostility towards Molli’er.
If given a choice, Ronan would rather encounter an ancient malevolent spirit in the Realm of Departing Fire, engaged in a life-and-death struggle.
Instead of standing here having an awkward conversation with Molli’er.
“You don’t believe what I say?”
Molli’er spoke to him quickly in a sowhat impatient tone, “Do you know my family despises uninvited intruders the most, especially soone like you, reeking with a strong ice frost scent…
If they find you, you’ll probably be tossed into a magma fissure and burned to a crisp.”
“Given the relationship between us, I believe you wouldn’t let them treat so badly.”
Ronan replied calmly.
Molli’er froze for a mont.
Monts later, with her eyes flashing, she spoke softly, “Do you really think so?”
Ronan nodded.
Molli’er lowered her head as if pondering and weighing sothing.
After a while, she lifted her head and said, “Alright, co with .”
With that, she turned and walked in a direction.
Ronan relaxed his gaze and slowly followed her.
Molli’er was like that; you never knew when you might inadvertently offend her, nor which word might suddenly upset her. She was like a fla ever-changing, sotis violent, sotis gentle.
“Are all Phoenix Family mbers like this?”
Ronan walked behind Molli’er, ntally exchanging thoughts with Alazan.
“I rarely deal with Phoenix family wizards, but I’ve heard many tales of their arrogance…
Phoenix family wizards always consider themselves ancient and noble, very picky about all aspects. If they choose to reside in a rundown pet ranch at the Upper Ring, their strength shouldn’t be very strong.”
“The fallen aristocrats of the Phoenix Family?”
“Best not let them hear you say that…”
As Ronan walked silently, he often stared at Molli’er’s back, lost in thought.
It wasn’t Molli’er’s figure that was particularly enchanting, but his thoughts kept returning to his prophecy of death.
The flas, the abyss, and Molli’er, foretold in the prophecy, were appearing one by one.
And in the prophecy, it was also Molli’er who personally pushed him down the abyss of fire…..
He had the impulse to leave the Realm of Departing Fire at once, to get far away from here.
But whether it was the communication Prophet Eve specifically asked him to co here for or a voice within him that kept telling him—running away won’t solve any problem.
“Man’s greatest fear is the unknown…”
Ronan took a deep breath, his gaze gradually firming up, his expression calming down once more.
“What is this place?”
Returning to his senses, Ronan realized that Molli’er seed to have led him down a path entirely different from his expectations.
Everywhere here was a strange golden-red dandelion, like glowing Little Suns.
The peaceful magma river andered through the stretches of dandelions, and when the hot wind blew gently, those golden-red umbrella-like flowers floated everywhere, accompanied by a sound as pleasant as wind chis.
