"It’s very beautiful."

Ronan gave a soft sigh of admiration and looked at the girl, asking, "It seems Fuming Ge treats you really well."

"Of course."

The girl answered without hesitation, "The teacher dotes on like a father. He fulfills almost whatever I ask for.

Except for one thing..."

The girl sighed, expressing dissatisfaction, "He doesn’t allow to leave here, not even to places a bit further away.."

"Father?"

Ronan caught the word in the girl’s speech, as if it reminded him of sothing, and his eyes glead slightly.

"So you’ve always been here. Alone?"

Ronan looked around the Secret Realm Space before him.

He spotted a corner of the space, suspecting it to be Fuming Ge’s experint field.

He flew over in that direction and saw a few Arrays in operation, one of which had hollowed gold spheres hovering within, constantly emitting a buzzing sound.

One contained rolling lava, and another was a small gray-white pool with so decayed white foam floating on its surface.

Yet another was crafted from Obsidian, consisting of nested circular rings, each inscribed with a plethora of mysterious runes of unknown aning. The center was deeply sunken like a deep well, exuding a strong aura of energy, with so cracked traces at the well’s edge.

"Fuming Ge’s Inheritance Array...."

Ronan sensed the aura emitted from the Arrays, his eyes flickering, but he did not speak.

The girl, Daisy, ca to his side, talking to herself, "Most of the ti, I pass the ti by reading books and... the toys the teacher brings back for ."

"Toys?"

Ronan spread his spiritual power, examining every corner of this area inch by inch but did not find what he wanted, so he turned to look at the girl.

"Yes, toys."

At this mont, the girl displayed a cruel smile that was entirely incongruous with her inherent innocence, as if confiding a secret to Ronan. She leaned close to his ear and whispered, "They’re actually so Wizards who had disagreents with the teacher, and after extracting their value, he gave them all to as toys...

Did you see them?"

The girl took out a few little monsters with human heads and pig bodies from her bosom. The pretty boys’ heads extended their tongues, licking the girl’s fingers greedily, making her giggle.

"I broke quite a few to finally make these, and now they’re much cuter than they were as humans...

If you like, I can give you one."

The girl generously told Ronan, "You’re the first person besides the teacher to talk to so much.

We can be friends, provided you promise to visit often from now on..."

"Friends..."

Ronan looked at the girl’s eyes filled with innocence and sincerity, and he smiled silently.

He turned his head, muttering quietly, "Let’s talk after I find what I’m looking for."

"What exactly does the teacher want you to co back to get for him?"

The girl asked, puzzled, looking around, "Besides these Arrays, nearly everything here is mine."

"A person, a woman."

Ronan hesitated for a mont, then softly described Kosti’s appearance.

After speaking, Ronan looked at the girl.

The eyes behind the mask showed no emotional fluctuation, and the tone was unusually calm.

"Hopefully, you haven’t completely ruined her yet."

The girl tilted her head, lost in mories and thoughts.

Soon, her eyes lit up, "I rember which one you’re talking about."

She quickly took sothing out from her Space Ring and placed it in front of Ronan.

"Is it this woman?

Is she still of use?"

The girl pouted, muttering, "I find her extraordinarily ordinary, aside from being a little pretty.

When I dismbered her body, she didn’t even make interesting pleas or screams of pain...."

The girl’s words were already inaudible to Ronan, his gaze completely captured by the object in front of him.

It was a transparent Crystal Ball.

Inside it were so delicate, intricate decorations like Silver Sand and seaweed, even with a beautiful base at the bottom.

The thumb-sized Kosti sat quietly inside, like a delicate doll.

Ronan reached out, his fingertips slightly trembling when he touched the Crystal Ball.

"You should hold it more steadily."

The girl thrust the Crystal Ball into his hand, chiding in a playful tone, "If this thing is really important to you and the teacher,

it’s more fragile than you think."

Ronan gave the girl a pale smile and gently said, "Thank you."

He picked up the Crystal Ball, carefully examining Kosti’s soul sealed within by the Spell.

After a mont, he gently released his hand.

"Snap—"

With a surprised "Ah" from the girl, the Crystal Ball shattered, and a thick Soul Smoke slowly rose from the scattered fragnts on the ground.

Kosti appeared completely in front of Ronan.

She was wearing the sa robe that Ronan rembered when he left, her beautiful face unchanged, albeit excessively pale.

But...

From the knees down, there was nothing but a hazy void of smoke.

Kosti, released from the Spell Crystal, was like waking gradually from a long, lonely dream. She slowly raised her head, the emptiness in her eyes reflecting Ronan’s figure.

"Sherby..."

Kosti looked at Ronan with a dazed expression, her voice low, as if crying, "Is it you?"

Ronan stared fixedly at her.

The na Sherby was one he had heard from the talkative parrot Borbi, Kosti’s brother, who had left long ago and never returned.

"It’s ."

Ronan took a step forward, extending his hands, gently enveloping Kosti’s soul state in his embrace.

"It’s , I’ve co back... Kosti."

"You.. you.. you.."

The girl Daisy was sowhat stunned by the scene before her. Suddenly reacting, she stepped back abruptly, pointing at Ronan and stamring loudly, "Aren’t you the teacher’s friend? Are you?

Who exactly are you?"

Ronan held Kosti tightly, as if cautiously holding smoke that might be blown away by the wind at any mont.

He didn’t turn around, speaking softly.

"No matter what, thank you, dear Daisy."

"To express my gratitude...."

"I will now take you to see Fuming Ge. I promise, from this day forward, he will always be by your side to accompany you.."

"Just like a truly responsible father would."

......

Dark night.

Ronan sat in a high-backed chair, his entire figure engulfed in dense darkness.

In front of him, a mirror conjured by Spell floated.

On the misty mirror surface, the scene within the Minotaur Maze was displayed.

——

In the never-ending mist-filled corridor, the girl Daisy was running, tears streaming down her frightened face.

In the long corridor, the Wizard Monsters, ford from years of tornt, crawled out from every gap on either side. Fuming Ge, enduring the excruciating soul pain from four Soul Nails, raged like a berserk beast, frantically stopping every fiend craving the tender and delicious body of the girl.

This process would continue until Fuming Ge could no longer protect the girl.

Then, Ronan would lock them in a separate space.

"...When hunger accumulates to a certain point, the instinct to eat overcos reason."

"Alazan, who do you think will beco the other’s food between these two?"

Ronan murmured lowly, "Either result... is very interesting, isn’t it?"

So black smoke emanated from beneath Ronan’s Magic Robe, intensifying the surrounding darkness.

As the shadows spread, gradually swallowing the moonlight casting through the window, Alazan’s voice echoed in Ronan’s ear.

"Damien!"

The Magic Silver Mirror silently shattered, halting the spreading shadow.

Ronan closed his eyes, hearing Alazan’s voice like a morning bell or evening drum.

"Don’t let hatred consu your heart, that will only make everything worse."

Under the Dawn Mask, Ronan’s low murmuring voice sounded.

"Alazan, you know? The words you speak are things I always heard in stories happening to others. I never thought there would co a day when I would be admonished by similar words..."

"Heh heh..."

Ronan opened his eyes, his azure gaze clear, drawing all the darkness and malice around him back into his body.

He completely returned to calm.

Just as if nothing had ever happened.

"You should hurry..."

Alazan let out a soft sigh, "The impurities settled within your soul are subtly influencing you in ways you can’t imagine."

Ronan inhaled lightly, "I know."

He refocused his mind on the "Void Mirror" within, but this ti, he pondered another question.
