"It seems we all misjudged..."

Above the Spirit Lake, at a place imperceptible to anyone, three grey-robed figures looked down with an air of superiority at everything below.

"The water of the Wisdom Pool has cleared quite a bit..."

The leading grey-robed figure sighed softly. Although it was good news, his tone seed devoid of much joy.

He turned, his gaze falling upon one of the grey-robed figures wearing a deep-sea emblem, and said quietly, "You don’t seem surprised at all?"

The latter remained silent for a while before slowly speaking, "Many things have ons before they happen; we just ignored them."

A hint of vague reminiscence flared in the leading grey-robed figure’s eyes, and he nodded, "You’re right, we’ve been misled by common sense.

But at this point, many rules no longer apply."

The third grey-robed figure, who had been silent, suddenly spoke, "You must have heard the news from the Life Court?"

The two raised their eyes, and a slight stasis seed to wrap the atmosphere between the three following these words.

"What should we do?"

The third grey-robed figure asked again.

After long silence, the leading grey-robed figure finally spoke.

"Let’s wait... until we see the situation more clearly to decide."

"What if we never see clearly?"

"Then follow... those who can see clearly."

Having said this, the leading grey-robed figure raised his hand, and the grey wood magic wand in his hand descended, producing dense mist that quickly enveloped the three figures.

.....

Ronan sat alone in a quiet, old-fashioned room.

The room was fairly clean, with a classical aesthetic to its decor. He noticed Keldim Empire-era decorative patterns on the peeling walls, imdiately understanding his current location.

——It was probably within the ruins of the fallen Keldim Empire, in a relatively well-preserved corner.

The chipmunk he deed the new prophet vanished without a trace after leading him through the golden light gate.

Opposite Ronan was a small door, which could possibly lead him out of the room, but he had no intention of leaving yet.

He needed to sort himself out first.

The sudden disappearance of the new prophet was likely intended to leave him with so personal space.

Examining himself, Ronan couldn’t help but frown slightly.

Logically, everything should have ended, but the sealing power constituted by the golden gear and the Stone of Destiny still existed, firmly shackling Ronan’s flesh, making it impossible for him to activate the power belonging to [Ascetic Body Refinent].

This feeling wasn’t good.

It was like soone accustod to walking with two strong legs suddenly losing one, capable of running and walking but persistently feeling uncomfortable, unadapted, and uncoordinated.

"Need to have that guy lift the seal on ."

Ronan thought, then reviewed his character panel.

Battles had always been the best nutrients for his growth. Confronted by the machinations of fate at its final stage, he fought fiercely, pushing himself to the limit, raising proficiency levels in his frequently used spells.

The improvent in the [Golden Fire] system was likely the greatest, with all five magical proficiencies now exceeding a thousand points at Master Level, the highest on the verge of breaking through fifteen hundred points.

So deeper insights into spells erged frequently, though Ronan didn’t have the ti to sort them now.

[Instinct Grip] and [Forbidden - Black Hole] had advanced several points at Grandmaster Level proficiency, while Ronan focused more on [Secret Chrysalis].

[Magic Transformation - Void Butterfly] only beca activatable within the [Secret Chrysalis], being a derived skill from it without proficiency at present, but now [Secret Chrysalis] displayed a progress bar currently at (1%).

Ronan’s eyes brightened.

Looks like [Secret Chrysalis] might have another phase of evolution?!

Incredible.

The power it had shown was already strong enough, yet it was not the end.

This must be the legacy of the Legendary Wizard Heramus indeed!

Ronan carefully observed the [Secret Chrysalis] cocoon in his mind.

The pure black cocoon surface was woven with nurous purple lines, resembling the [Magic Control] runes sowhat.

Once activated, the entire cocoon opens, spreading throughout his body like added ridians, a spider web.

This kind of empowernt was sothing Ronan had not seen before, quite intriguing, akin to a process of enchanting runes onto a magic tool embryo.

Even more amazing was this "enchantnt" could be "freely contracted," unfolding into a magical body woven with rules when activated, retracting into a plain-looking cocoon when retracted.

Ronan gently rubbed the space magic ring on his finger, his eyes flickering in curiosity about what kind of "Magic Transformation" Juventus, who also practiced this secret technique, had received.

"True Intent level... What kind of True Intent level offensive ans did he gain?"

In this "Stone of Destiny" trial, Ronan’s greatest gain was likely the insight into two "True Intent level" spells.

One was [Mara’s Cry of Grief] while in the "Ancient Mara’s Body" state.

The other was [Void Butterfly] under Magic Transformation.

Both ans truly touched upon the application of "Rule Power," although the forr was now sealed.

As Ronan’s opponents gradually reached the elite top level of Level 5 Wizards, ordinary Forbidden Domain Level spells could no longer serve as trump cards.

Just like Alazan said before, the practice of Dawn Rank Wizards is about "permission."

The battles between Dawn Rank Wizards essentially are "permission" against "permission."

With Ronan’s strength lagging a major gap at Level 5, achieving victory in battles depended solely on the crushing at the level of "permission."

And "Rule Power" was the most direct representation of "permission" hierarchy.

"A spell’s true intent, mastering Rule Power, is a realm completely transcending ordinary Forbidden Level spells.

It should belong to the category of Grandmaster Level proficiency; it’s just unknown where in Grandmaster Level proficiency it is stuck..."

Ronan pondered, compiling his own trump cards.

Besides the two previously ntioned, the contrasting ancient heritage laid by the Ancient Frost Multi-Headed Snake Heikarto called [Crimson Ice] should count as one, then there’s [Erosion Mont] under double [Magic Control] empowernt.

It’s hard to imagine, while a top genius at an ultra large wizard force like Salanqi with his own ancient inheritance, possessing strength already at Level 5 Late Stage, approaching Level 6, still lingering outside the gate of rules unable to enter.

Ronan already grasped a total of four "True Intent level" spell ans.

If said out loud, it would likely shock many Level 5 and even Level 6 wizards.

"Pity [Crimson Ice] is untouchable, the Dead Sea is sealed, [Magic Control] arm bracelet is not for easy display before others...

What I truly rely on is only the newly comprehended ’Void Body’."

Still better than having none.

Ronan exhaled lightly, slowly standing up from the room’s floor, then headed towards the small door ahead.

Ti to have a proper talk with that mysterious prophet who claid to have chosen him early on.

The small door was unlocked, and Ronan gently pushed it, easily opening it with a "creak."

As the door opened, Ronan imdiately saw the "new prophet" standing at a small oak round table.

This ti, she assud the appearance of a raccoon with black and white fur, wearing beautiful crystal glasses on her snout, staring at him with a cheerful grin.

"You’re here."

The cute raccoon with crystal glasses greeted Ronan as though she owned the place, casually motioning him to sit while delicate porcelain tea sets flew from one side, lightly landing on the oak table.

"I thought you’d take longer."

Ronan scanned the surroundings, choosing not to sit, instead fixing his gaze steadily on the little raccoon before him, calmly saying, "So, can I formally start asking you questions now?"
