Chapter 56: Chapter 56: God Burning Potion, Soul Seal Chapter 56: Chapter 56: God Burning Potion, Soul Seal Watching the excited and agitated Wandering Grey Robes crowded around the bulletin board, Ronan suddenly recalled a sentence Old Wells had once said to him— “What cos next, that’s when the real dying starts.”

Ronan remained silent and suddenly worried whether Old Wells, who was short on money for the ship ticket, would also be tempted by the gleaming Magic Stones and rashly take on those high-risk, high-reward tasks.

After all, Big Mouth Jacob had once told him that Old Wells, having lost his daughter at a young age, had always cared for the equally orphaned Vinicia as if she were his own, and later, there was also Cheryl…

For the sake of his “daughter” and “granddaughter,” it wasn’t impossible for him to take reckless risks in his old age…

Ronan quickly went to probe Old Wells about it.

Fortunately, it turned out that Old Wells’s mind was much clearer than he had thought.

Having experienced the invasion of Black Witch Land once, Old Wells was more aware of the risks behind these tasks than anyone.

He indeed accepted tasks from the bulletin board, even encouraging Vinicia and even Cheryl to do so, but only the most ordinary and simplest tasks of material processing and collection.

The reward was ager, but at least it was another source of inco, which was just enough to get by in the town.

Only then did Ronan feel relieved.

On the fifth day after the Recruitnt Order was issued, Barry and his son left Hoddam by boat with the Official Wizard and Potion Master they spoke of.

It was also on this day.

Ronan finally managed to crack open the last Waist Storage Bag from the Advanced Apprentice Black Robe Wizard that he had.

In a cold and dark little house, the windows were tightly covered by thick curtains, letting in only a faint light.

Ronan sat at the table, examining a pile of items in front of him, illuminated by the light from the crystal on the table.

A pile of Magic Stones.

A badge representing the identity of a mber of the Forest of the Undead.

Several books.

Several Potions.

A pile of bones treated with special Potion, unclear if from animals or humans.

There were no Spell equipnt or other miscellaneous items to be found, and the inside of the Waist Storage Bag was much cleaner and tidier than Ronan had expected.

Ronan speculated that this Advanced Apprentice Black Robe wizard, who had died by his hand, might have sold all his outgrown Low-level magic items for Magic Stones and Potions, as well as equipped himself with Advanced Magic Tools.

Ronan still rembered the White Bone Wand held by his opponent during that battle, and the Protective Magic Items capable of activating the Advanced Zero Rank Magic Shield…

Alas, all were destroyed by his Particle Torrent.

Even so, the loot before him was enough to make Ronan rejoice.

Putting aside everything inside the bag, the bag itself was quite valuable.

It was obviously an Advanced Magic Tool of the Apprentice, with a storage space more than three tis larger than the previous two Black Robes’ bags.

If sold in a Magic Tool shop, it would be worth at least a few dozen Interdiate Magic Stones.

Three Waist Storage Bags were also enough for Ronan to pack all his belongings and carry them with him, with room to spare.

Ronan had spent nearly two months contending with this last Waist Storage Bag, even delaying his ditation and magic practice, all to avoid damaging the bag so he could keep it for personal use.

Now he finally got what he wanted, truly his own, and he couldn’t help adoring it in his hands.

Back to the matter at hand.

Ronan began to formally inventory the items.

He counted the Magic Stones, a total of twenty-two Interdiate Magic Stones and forty-seven Low-level Magic Stones.

Five potions, among them two are interdiate spiritual power recovery potions, one interdiate healing potion, one advanced spiritual power enhancent potion, and one more…

The color is fiery red, stored in the most beautiful crystal bottle, unknown as to what it is.

There are four books, three spellbooks, and one private notebook.

The spellbooks include two advanced zero rank spells—[Bone Spear Skill] and [Bone Warrior].

One interdiate zero rank spell—[Corpse Explosion Skill].

These three undead series spells Ronan has seen before, each with formidable power, especially the advanced zero rank spell [Bone Spear Skill], which once gave Ronan a strong sense of a life-threatening crisis.

Regarding undead series spells, Ronan has always had a very ambivalent attitude.

On one hand, he feels that such powerful advanced spells are a waste not to practice.

On the other hand, he worries that practicing them will result in being caught and branded as a Black Robed Wizard by the academy.

He simply couldn’t help but to secretly train, yet didn’t dare to delve too deeply…

truly a dilemma.

Fortunately, the three undead series spells he currently has are all offensive types, with the master level [Energy Missile], Ronan’s offensive ans are not weak, so there’s no need to learn sothing else.

He casually opens the notebook that’s placed with the spellbooks.

The notebook details the experience and insights of the Black Robed Wizard from the very beginning of training as a Level 1 Apprentice for every spell they practiced.

It also includes plans on how to step-by-step enhance one’s strength, filled with a lot of bloodshed and conspiracy, as well as lessons and summaries from both success and failure.

Ronan flips through page by page, utterly thrilled, as if he’s reading the rise of a “mafia boss”.

One can tell that this Advanced Apprentice Black Robe who wrote the notes is ticulous in thought, extrely goal-oriented, and well-planned in action.

Also a “predator type” wizard, he hardly engages in any secondary profession witchcraft research, dedicating all his ti and energy to ditation and spell practice.

“Extraordinary Magic Realm..

why is there no ntion about the Extraordinary Magic Realm..”

Ronan flips through the notebook, murmuring to himself quietly.

He actually wanted to know more about the “Extraordinary Magic Realm”, clearly, the Black Robe knows sothing, but it seems that they did not record this bit in the notebook.

Ronan flips another page—

[Finally Level 9, can begin preparation for the advancent to Official Wizard..]

[To reach the Qi Hua stage with spiritual power to consu God Burning Potion is still a bit short, just one God Burning Potion is not enough…]

[War has started, killing Grey Robes can exchange for rewards…

This is a good opportunity for .]

[School choice after advancing to Wizard—

Bone Spear Stream direction—Soul Seal choice: [Malice], [Penetration]…

Summoning Stream direction—Soul Seal choice: [Fury], [Enslave]..

Corpse Explosion Stream direction—Soul Seal choice: [Plague], [Shock], [Corrosion]..]

Ronan looks at the contents of the notes, and when he catches a certain word, he’s slightly surprised.

The next second, he picks up the bottle of red potion, the most elaborately packaged among the bunch he didn’t know the effect of, and inspects it back and forth, his face gradually revealing a hint of trance and disbelief.

As if…

hit dumbfounded by an unexpected and sudden surprise.

“God Burning Potion?..

God Burning Potion..

This thing is actually a God Burning Potion?!”

Ronan mutters to himself, then his heart starts to beat faster, rapidly thumping for a while before gradually calming down.

Now looking at the mysterious potion in his hand, his eyes are full of sheer surprise and excitent.
