Chapter 379: Chapter 184: “Umbrella,” Long Ti No See, Grace.
“Bang!” “Bang!”
Every step taken by the giant Magic Box with golden legs caused the ground to tremble fiercely, and the vast tal square collapsed even more rapidly.
It was as if the entire chanical Heart was quaking, swaying.
Ronan snapped out of his brief shock, hastily grabbed two collapsing Square Stele Tower fragnts, and swiftly retreated.
During his retreat, he witnessed countless sawtooth cracks forming on the surface of the giant Magic Box with legs, and then…
“Crack crack crack—”
Accompanied by a grating tallic tearing sound, a massive maw soon erged at the center of the Magic Box, its shape as terrifying and penetrating as shark teeth, deep within like a Black Hole, faintly revealing rows of sharp teeth.
Ronan’s scalp tingled slightly, the key being that this terrifying giant Magic Box seed to be charging straight at him.
With no ti for other thoughts, Ronan grabbed Dudor the Third by the neck, Living Steel covered his body, and leveraging the effect of Space Silvering, he rapidly dashed away from the direction of the Giant Magic Box.
It was also during this escape that he realized, whether it was because the Giant Magic Box within the Golden Dwarf Statue had Awakened, as if triggering so mysterious chanism.
At this mont, the entire sprawling city-state of the chanical Heart Ruins was no longer serene.
Everywhere there were collapsing buildings; ancient tal Puppets still capable of operation walked out from the buildings, their remaining Rune Light Paths emitting red light, giving off a dangerous vibe from afar.
And those wandering tal Elent Life forms also appeared to have collectively entered a frenzied state, attacking wantonly in all directions, with so even charging towards Ronan as if intending to coordinate with the Giant Magic Box Monster to intercept them.
“Buzz—buzz—”
Wave after wave, like swarms of bees and flocks of birds erging from nowhere, resembling dark tal clouds, emanating unsettling energy fluctuations, quickly swooping across the sky.
It was like a drop of water falling into a boiling pot of oil.
The entire chanical Heart “exploded.”
Ronan rushed through the tumultuous tal surge, waving his arms, mirror-like short daggers without handles and fine Ice Crystals spawning out of thin air, as they shot swiftly in all directions, exploding and creating intense waves of magical fluctuations.
Those tal Summonings conjured by the Mirror Soul Spell also faced the tal Elent Life and Rampage Puppets blocking or attempting to block the way under his command, but most were instantly subrged by the frenzied wave.
The Giant Magic Box with legs continued to pursue from behind, the dull footsteps following one after another.
Although it had not launched any effective attacks on Ronan, the natural pressure brought on by its massive size made Ronan feel like he had thorns in his back, as if he was being chased by a terrifying steel tsunami.
“Strength is definitely above Level 3…”
Ronan’s eyes flickered rapidly, making judgnt in his mind.
As for whether it had reached Level 4 Dawn, that was unknown, as Ronan had not felt the pressure of a Dawn Level up close.
Dudor the Third clung tightly to Ronan’s legs with its four small sheep legs, still wearing that innocent and bewildered look, probably still wondering why it hasn’t received Ronan’s reward and praise, despite clearly finding a “very big” box as per Ronan’s request.
Ronan looked at the chaotic surroundings and felt a bit of a headache.
It seems that he had just told himself that the chanical Heart Ruins were not very dangerous, and reality had slapped him hard.
However, Ronan did not bla Dudor the Third, instead, he felt a vague sense of anticipation.
Could the Thunder and Fla Hamr, so highly treasured by the Dwarf King of the chanical Heart that he even sought the Legendary Wizard Spielt for help to securely preserve it, be hidden inside this huge Magic Box Monster behind him?
This possibility was quite high.
Only, this Giant Magic Box Monster had formidable strength; how to open it… was a big problem.
“Bang!”
Not far away, a burst reminiscent of the explosion from a High Energy Crucible burst into Magic Fla, with broken tal fragnts clanging as they fell to the ground, signaling the destruction of Ronan’s last Mirror Soul Summoning.
Ronan had no idea how far he’d run, but he had left the Giant Magic Box Monster far behind.
Yet the crisis was not completely resolved; there was still a throng of tal Puppets and tal Elent Life converging towards him.
Ronan soared higher, avoiding so of the tallic Puppets’ attacks that could not ascend, while turning his head to look back at the position of the Giant Magic Box Monster.
That guy was still bearing its gaping maw, laboriously chasing after Ronan with its thick golden small legs, clearly indicating Ronan hadn’t left its “range of malice.”
Ronan had plans for this creature and wasn’t willing to give up so easily.
He stood still, pondering his next move.
However, just then…
“Boom!”
“Boom boom boom!”
A succession of roaring sounds traveled from a distant direction.
Ronan sharply looked up, his senses—many tis more acute than an ordinary Wizard’s—catching several unusual energy fluctuations accompanying the roaring sounds.
“Fluctuations of Elental Magic that are not of the tal category…”
“And there’s more than one kind.”
Ronan narrowed his eyes, the light flashing beneath his silver mask.
“It seems… there are other Wizards in battle.”
