“It’s slightly above the standard for an Early Level 1 Stage Wizard, but not by much…”
A very ordinary value, just like every Official Wizard who has just learned First Rank Magic.

This is simply the best Ice type auxiliary Magic Tool.”
Ronan grasped the Ice Ring and murmured appreciatively, just for this Magic Tool’s strong amplification effects on Ice Magic alone, his switch to practicing Ice Spells was well worth it.
The only downside, probably, was that the Ice Ring Necklace was styled more for females, and he dared not wear it visibly, instead keeping it hidden within his Magic Robe, which inadvertently also concealed its magical mystery.

On the part of his neck and under his chin, white rune patterns quickly lit up…
“Frost Whirlwind!”
The second spell took shape, and a fierce gale spontaneously erupted within the Magic Training Room, whipping up tiny snowflakes that were both piercingly cold and blinding.
Deep in his consciousness, the Frozen Soil Seal flickered for the second ti.
“Frost Spear!”
As the third spell was cast, a bitterly cold ice crystal spear rapidly materialized at Ronan’s gesture.
After three instances of “Anchoring,” the effects of the now fully activated Frozen Soil rune shone brightly.
In an instant, an indescribable intense chill emanated from Ronan’s body, and the white rune patterns affected by the Frozen Soil rune that appeared on his skin quickly turned a shade of ice blue, “growing” up his neck, chin, and cheeks along the neckline of Ronan’s Magic Robe!
It added a mysterious and noble air to his entire being.
Terrifying coldness spread rapidly from under Ronan’s feet to the surroundings, covering the floor with layers of ice frost as the temperature plumted and snow ford, the chill piercing to the bone…
The vast Magic Training Room seed to welco the onset of a harsh winter in an instant.
In the hazy snow, Ronan’s white hair and robe fluttered slightly.
He walked forward through the wind and snow, a large amount of cold air swirling around him, shifting along with his movent.
With his neck and chin covered in ice blue rune patterns, he looked as stunningly beautiful as an elf born from the midst of ice and snow, exuding an innate sense of nobility.
He casually walked towards the magic test wall at the other end of the room; he was the source of all the coldness in the room.
As he approached, the Energy Absorption Crystals on the test wall lit up one by one.
When Ronan finally reached the wall, gently placing his pale, nearly transparent palm against the surface, the light from the Energy Absorption Crystals on the wall nearly reached a climax.
“One, two, three, four, five….”
Ronan quickly counted and concluded that the result was—just barely close to the standard strength of a Late Level 1 Stage Wizard.
