Chapter 124: Chapter 82: Ice Cold Domain, Magic Anchor, A Flashing Future!_2 Chapter 124: Chapter 82: Ice Cold Domain, Magic Anchor, A Flashing Future!_2 Three days later.

“Ah…da…hah!”

In the vast Magic Training Room, Ronan emanated strong waves of spiritual power fluctuations, uttering brief syllables from his mouth.

Quickly, a large amount of Ice Energy Particles in the air congregated, emitting bursts of cold air, and in an instant, an Ice Crystal Spear exuding an intensely bone-chilling aura materialized out of thin air…

Then, following Ronan’s pointing gesture, it shot forward like a bolt of white lightning.

“Bang!

Crack crack—”

A muffled sound, followed by the explosion of a white Ice Frost cold mist, and then the noise of large chunks of ice forming or shattering.

The Magic Tool testing wall directly ahead lit up with the glow of nurous Energy Absorption Crystals.

“One two three…”

Ronan quickly counted the number of glowing Energy Absorption Crystals, a subtle glint in his eyes.

“It’s slightly above the standard for an Early Level 1 Stage Wizard, but not by much…”

A very ordinary value, just like every Official Wizard who has just learned First Rank Magic.

“Then let’s try…

this way!”

Ronan’s spiritual power surged, and the second [Frost Spear] was brewing, but this ti, just as the Spell was about to take shape, a faint light flashed by the neckline under his Magic Robe.

“Whoosh—”

In an instant, Ronan’s spell, which was about to stabilize, suddenly received a large influx of Ice Energy Particles, doubling the cold blast and the spell’s power in an instant.

A clearly thicker and more powerful Ice Crystal Spear slowly erged, shooting towards the Magic Tool testing wall ahead!

“Boom!!”

A swath of Energy Absorption Crystals lit up, Ronan counted carefully and compared it against the chart, realizing that the power of this [Frost Spear] was nearly reaching the burst strength of an Interdiate Level 1 Stage Wizard.

“Amazing…”

Ronan’s eyes sparkled, and he couldn’t help but let out a soft sigh.

He subconsciously reached into his neckline and pulled out a beautiful sapphire necklace, hidden underneath his Magic Robe.

Dangling on the necklace was a deep blue Ice Ring that shimred with a mysterious glow under the light of the training room.

Alrice’s Ice Ring Necklace.

It was the mysterious rune within the Ice Ring of the necklace that, once activated, doubled the power of the [Frost Spear] Spell released by Ronan!

This kind of effect is almost comparable to the power enhancent of those top-tier wizard geniuses with single attribute energy affinity!

“I’ve found a treasure…

This is simply the best Ice type auxiliary Magic Tool.”

Ronan grasped the Ice Ring and murmured appreciatively, just for this Magic Tool’s strong amplification effects on Ice Magic alone, his switch to practicing Ice Spells was well worth it.

The only downside, probably, was that the Ice Ring Necklace was styled more for females, and he dared not wear it visibly, instead keeping it hidden within his Magic Robe, which inadvertently also concealed its magical mystery.

“Practice is also almost done…”

Ronan casually opened his character panel, and in the Skill Bar it displayed the fruits of his effort over these three days.

[…

Cold Ice Armor (entry-level 12/100)

Frost Spear (entry-level 20/100)

Frost Whirlwind (entry-level 9/100)

…]

All three spells had officially entered at the entry-level this morning, and Ronan had intensified his training to solidify and deepen his understanding.

“Finally, I can try the effects of the [Frozen Soil] rune.”

A faint sense of anticipation erged in Ronan’s heart.

He took a deep breath, activated [Clear Sky Realm], replenishing his spent spiritual power while also waiting for the Magic Tool testing wall to reset itself.

Once everything was ready, Ronan began to read the spell incantations rapidly.

Waves of spiritual power surged out, and the energy particles roaming in the room were continuously drawn in.

“[Cold Ice Armor]!”

The first spell ford, and a layer akin to thin ice, or perhaps like white frost on glass, a faint light film appeared around Ronan, exuding a light chill.

At the sa ti, a Mysterious Rune resembling an iceberg nestled deep in his consciousness flickered slightly.

On the part of his neck and under his chin, white rune patterns quickly lit up…

“Frost Whirlwind!”

The second spell took shape, and a fierce gale spontaneously erupted within the Magic Training Room, whipping up tiny snowflakes that were both piercingly cold and blinding.

Deep in his consciousness, the Frozen Soil Seal flickered for the second ti.

“Frost Spear!”

As the third spell was cast, a bitterly cold ice crystal spear rapidly materialized at Ronan’s gesture.

After three instances of “Anchoring,” the effects of the now fully activated Frozen Soil rune shone brightly.

In an instant, an indescribable intense chill emanated from Ronan’s body, and the white rune patterns affected by the Frozen Soil rune that appeared on his skin quickly turned a shade of ice blue, “growing” up his neck, chin, and cheeks along the neckline of Ronan’s Magic Robe!

It added a mysterious and noble air to his entire being.

Terrifying coldness spread rapidly from under Ronan’s feet to the surroundings, covering the floor with layers of ice frost as the temperature plumted and snow ford, the chill piercing to the bone…

The vast Magic Training Room seed to welco the onset of a harsh winter in an instant.

In the hazy snow, Ronan’s white hair and robe fluttered slightly.

He walked forward through the wind and snow, a large amount of cold air swirling around him, shifting along with his movent.

With his neck and chin covered in ice blue rune patterns, he looked as stunningly beautiful as an elf born from the midst of ice and snow, exuding an innate sense of nobility.

He casually walked towards the magic test wall at the other end of the room; he was the source of all the coldness in the room.

As he approached, the Energy Absorption Crystals on the test wall lit up one by one.

When Ronan finally reached the wall, gently placing his pale, nearly transparent palm against the surface, the light from the Energy Absorption Crystals on the wall nearly reached a climax.

“One, two, three, four, five….”

Ronan quickly counted and concluded that the result was—just barely close to the standard strength of a Late Level 1 Stage Wizard.

“The chill emanating from , the source, can barely reach such a level of spell power.

The further away from , the weaker the chill.

At the ‘Domain’s’ edge…”

Ronan released his spiritual power and briefly sensed to make a judgnt, “It’s roughly close to the strength of an Interdiate Level 1 Stage Wizard…”

The “Domain” wasn’t very large, with a radius of about ten ters or so.

To tell the truth, this distance was too far from the safe casting range of a Level 1 Wizard.

“With the ‘Alrice’s Ice Ring Necklace’ enhancent, both the potency and range of the Ice Cold Domain will double in strength!”

Considering that the three spells currently serving as “Anchors” were only at the entry-level of Proficiency, the power wielded by the Ice Cold Domain ford through the Frozen Soil rune was quite remarkable.

However, the drawbacks were also clear—

“It needs three ‘Anchorings’ to fully activate, and the preparation process is indeed a bit long….”

“The spell power data on the panel looks good, but the effect isn’t an instantaneous burst, so the panel data is mostly for reference…”

In summary: the release process is complicated and lengthy, and there’s a lack of instantaneous lethality.

At this stage, it can probably only be used as a powerful way to control the battle and not as a trump card.

These drawbacks are quite consistent with the Frozen Soil Seal being of only a “Rare” Grade.

“Once the Proficiency of the spells used as Anchors improves, these flaws should be greatly alleviated…”

Ronan could only comfort himself with this thought.

“If I can train one of the Anchor spells to a Master Level and derive an Extraordinary Magic Realm,

the entire effect of the Ice Cold Domain should undergo a qualitative Transformation.”

Ronan still held great expectations for the future of the Frozen Soil.

Just as he was about to dispel the Domain effect and grind more Proficiency, as he was preparing to close the panel, Ronan caught sight of a spell in the Skill Bar that he had nearly forgotten— Ice Ball Skill!

In a flash,

as if a bolt of lightning struck through Ronan’s mind,

he suddenly froze, staring fixedly at the words “Ice Ball Skill” on the panel, completely entranced.

After a mont, an unprecedentedly strange gleam rapidly blood from the depths of Ronan’s eyes.

He nearly couldn’t resist slapping himself hard!

“I’m such an idiot!”

“Anchor points, anchor points!

Why must I use First Rank Magic as the Anchor points for the Ice Cold Domain!

Zero Rank Magic can serve the purpose too!”

“With three Zero Rank Ice Magic spells, all at Master Level, deriving an Extraordinary Magic Realm as Anchor points, entrapped the Domain created…

It would surely be at least ten tis, if not a hundred tis stronger than a Domain constructed with three entry-level First Rank Magic spells!”

At that mont, Ronan seed to see a brand-new future slowly unfolding before him, shimring with light….
