This was Erian's main change ever since he migrated. No matter how much he achieved, he would never lose himself in power. The arrogance he showed before was to reach his main goal.
Erian stared at Grand Elder and the latter had extrely complex emotions as he struggled to choose.
After a long ti, he let out a breath: "Since you don't want to give up the Blood Symbiote Bio-Reactor, I can only take you in but you are not my disciple yet. Of course, if you're unwilling, you can take other Elders as your ntor too or you can change your wish. I've done the most I could."

Erian understood how Grand Elder felt. Her favourite disciple had died due to learning the Blood Symbiote Bio-Reactor and she had promised to never take another disciple.
However, she had promised Erian a wish and the latter's wish wasn't unacceptable.
Therefore, Grand Envoy stepped back and told Erian that if he gave up the Blood Symbiote Bio-Reactor, she would take Erian as a disciple. How would he be willing to see the sa situation happen again?
But the problem was Erian was too similar to his previous disciple. After struggling for a long ti, Grand Envoy
could only promise to take Erian as an Outer disciple.
"We will talk about it another ti."
Martha's master imdiately smirked and the students started gloating at Erian's arrogance. If he had just lowered himself a little then he would have being under the protection of the grand elder. Sadly, Erian was just too arrogant for his own good.
"Ok, the reward has been given, now cos the punishnt. Reward and punishnts can't be mixed together."
Martha's Master suddenly spoke.
"That's right, Erian has indeed contributed a lot to the academy , but his actions in the trial needs to be punished." Ninth elder piped in.
"Although Erian took first, he had also destroyed the chance others had." Another elder added Master said coldly.
Two Elders were supporting Martha's master.
The sudden turn caught the people off guard. Sixth elder granny Nun was neutral and she helped no one. Grand Envoys eyes beca sharp and the atmosphere beca tense.
It was obvious that the three had plotted this together. Martha's master would call for punishnt and the two Elders would support him, which ant that even grand envoy might not rebuke them.
After all, no one person had the power to control everything.
"The will of the students I earn from are weak! They couldn't even last a few blows from , what makes them think they are situable to participate in the trial? I really think that people like them would only drag everyone back." Erian said expressionlessly.
"Erian! Don't you dare humiliate us!"
Bradon and Vorton were full of anger.
Erian laughed coldly in his heart – Do you think I'll argue with you over the 'truth'?
These people must have already plotted together against Erian. After hearing, Erian's 'explanation', everyone was stunned. It was because that they were useless, they had their entire kill points and blood points stolen.
"Dammit! This guy's too arrogant."
Many people were angry.
From the looks of it, what Erian had done in the trial was very likely to be dismissed by the higher-ups of the Clan.
The students Erian had stolen from all had unwilling looks on their face.
Right at this mont, a powerful wave of the half stage disaster category appeared.
"Youngster Erian, don't be arrogant! The federation has their own laws and our academy is no exception! With Elder, I, here, no matter how big your contribution, you'll still be punished."
A thunderous, old voice sounded which made the Elders' look towards the halls entrance.
Before the words finished, an old man wearing a black shirt, holding a staff appeared in the air.
"Regulations Elder!"
A few of the students exclaid and they lowered their head in respect.
The Regulations Elder held a unique position within the academy . He wasn't as strong as the Grand Envoys, but he had the authority to kill and controlled the laws of the academy.
Even if the Pri Envoy had broken the academy laws, the Regulations Elder had the right to stand up and question him. Furthermore, the Regulations Elder had a Nuclear IV weapon, which gave him greater strength than other normal Elders.
"Great! Master's here now. Even the Grand Elder can't stop him!"
Extre joy appeared on the student's dim expressions all turned to gloating.
Seeing the Regulations Elder, the grand elders eyes flashed.
If the forr wanted to punish Erian, no one would be able to stop him.
Regulations Elder, why not co down and witness the highest score that the Falling City Trial has ever recorded?"
Grand Envoy's voice was calm and it seed like an invitation and an order at the sa ti.
At this mont, the other Elder's were all silent.
"Fine, I shall co."
The Regulations Elder was obviously wary of the Grand Envoy. Grand Envoy had the word 'First' in it, aning that he was the head of all the Elders.
Ninth Envoy and Martha's Master looked at each other and they sighed in their hearts: "Is Grand Envoy deciding to protect this disciple?"
Originally, the Regulations Elder wanted to take Erian down straight away and punish him. However, even if he was the Regulations Elder, he had to give Grand Envoy face.
Erian took this scene in his eyes and he couldn't help but feel lucky that he chose to be Grand Envoy's disciple, even though it was just an outer disciple.
Grand Envoy didn't take many disciples but once she had, he would protect them till the end, even if the student wasn't a true disciple yet.
Grand Envoy didn't want to take Erian as a disciple because he once also had another disciple that trained the Blood Symbiote and died from it.
Grand Envoy might seem cold and uncaring at first, but after obtaining his recognition, the forr would wholeheartedly care for his disciples.
