"Hm!?" Reading the information about the new technique, Erian was stunned. After a mont of silence, he struggled and was finally able to calm himself but his heart was beating so loudly one could faintly hear the pounding from the outside.

Erian read through the technique and how to practise it. The technique has 12 levels to it and contained a breathing technique along with nurous stances and movents. It was oddly complex, but that was what piqued Erian's interest the most. Breathing while performing complex movents and stances at the sa ti, was going to be very difficult. The more complex the technique the more powerful it would be.
Closing his eyes, Erian familiarized himself with the breathing techniques. The pattern of the technique changes along with the change in body movent and stance. In his previous life, multi-tasking wasn't his strongest suit. Even the previous Erian was the sa which was why he decided to first focus on the breathing techniques, familiarize himself with them and then move to the physical aspect, familiarize himself with them before combining them in practice.
Strangely, Erian's breathing began releasing a faint humming sound, his lungs seen to vibrate in the process of his breathing.
His face reddened slightly and he felt really short of breath even then, Erian persevered he didn't have the talent to beco a Titan, therefore, he would make it up with perseverance.
Tis passed, and seconds turned to minutes. By the ti Erian had roughly familiarized himself with the breathing patterns, almost an hour had passed.
Erian opened his eyes and checked through his status. There was no increase in his attribute not energy. 'Hm, I can only practice it together then.'
Another hour passed and Erian perford the last stance of the technique. The art was quite different from his previous ones which depicts one's level according to the number of stances one could perform.
This art had limited movents and stances. While the poses are even weirder, it wasn't too difficult to perform them all, but it was ti-consuming.
Calculating according to his speed, It would take roughly three to four hours to complete the stances and the movent therefore after morizing the entire stances and movents, Erian proceeded to start practising.
Every few minutes, his posture would change and with every change in posture, his breathing pattern would also change along with them. Sensing a stream of warm air entering his body like the air he breathes.
Huh? Nuclear energy is automatically attracted into my body? Upon this discovery, Erian practised even more diligently according to mory.
Thirty minutes later, Erian sensed a crisp crack sound within his body. He was exalted and energetic.
This breakthrough to level one was quite easy. Could it be due to the fact that this was his third ti? Two more hours passed. The night was already dark. The wind was rising and the temperature was dropping.
Erian's body tremble and he imdiately felt refreshed with a warm stream of hear entering into his skin like the wind. He broke through again.
Although slower this ti, Erian continued the technique until he perford the last stance along with the breathing technique. Sighing heavily, he dropped to the ground, sweat dripping off his skin. His body released a kind of heavy stench from his practice.
He didn't check on his status but stood up and perford another set of the technique. Like a mad man, Erian seem to be in a daze. His body switching postures between postures and his chest undulating along with the unique breathing technique.
He was about to perform the last stance when his muscles taunted and his chest shook slightly, breaking through another level, waking him up from his daze. Feeling refreshed and light as a feather, Erian glanced at his body and noticed the sweat on his skin was even thicker and more slimy than previously. He could feel that his strength had increased greatly with his level up.
