The last Oracle?

Sofia was slightly startled.

Looking at the solemn and resolute expression of the Great Prophet Margo, her heart stirred, and she couldn't help but ask,

"Great Prophet, is it... related to the future of our clan?"

The Great Prophet Margo withdrew her gaze, noncommittal:

"You will know in three days, now... prepare yourself."

"Furthermore, continue to close the pathways to and from the Holy Land. Without my command, they shall not be opened for the ti being."

Sofia hesitated to speak.

Her hesitant expression caught the eye of the Great Prophet.

"Sofia, do you have any doubts?"

Great Prophet Margo sighed lightly and asked.

Sofia hesitated a mont, then candidly replied:

"Yes... I do have so doubts."

"Great Prophet, after awakening, I... heard so rumors, which seed to stem from those clan mbers and Blood Servants who were fortunate enough to escape the disaster..."

"There are rumors that the one who saved us... that Your Majesty..."

"It wasn't anyone else, but the very one who brought a curse to our clan, who brought destruction to the Bloodline..."

"Other rumors say that you have decided to abandon the past faith and are considering leading our clan to follow Him again."

"Previously I didn't quite believe it, but after communicating with you, I... I..."

"Great Prophet, may I ask if these rumors... are they true?"

The Great Prophet Margo looked at her intently:

"If they were true, how would you react?"

Sofia fell silent.

Her expression shifted, and finally, she sighed:

"Frankly, though all clans are imnsely wary of that Majesty's na, even viewing that individual as the source of all disasters..."

"But... but after all, that is our Ancestor, the mother of all Bloodline."

"The Queen has not denied the sins committed by that one, but at the sa ti, She has never denied that one's greatness either."

"If... if it really were the Oracle of the Queen... I would be willing..."

The Great Prophet shook her head:

"Sofia, I know what you're worried about."

"Indeed, that great being created the Bloodline, but also brought a terrible disaster to the Bloodline and eventually led to the united rebellion of the Princes, vanishing after the God War..."

"But don't worry."

At this point, the Great Prophet's gaze beca sowhat nostalgic:

"You are all very young, you haven't witnessed that era when the Bloodline True Ancestor swept across the continent in the Golden Age..."

"But I have lived through it."

"If the corruption and division after a millennium of chaos is a terrible disaster, then... that period filled with Mythical and Legendary tales was a magnificent epic belonging to our Bloodline."

"It was a grand era, during which all of the Bloodline felt pride in their identity, a pride that persists to this day, even as everyone fears them, the Bloodline are still the most elegant Night Nobles..."

"Yesterday, when that individual stood forward to stem the tide, the figure I saw was not the dreaded figure from the depths of mory that all the Bloodline feared."

"Conversely, it was more like the figure who led us to our pri during the ti of our Bloodline's rise..."

"Strange, isn't it? Even though it's the sa True Ancestor Majesty, they impart utterly different feelings, as if... as if there were really two True Ancestors."

"But one thing is for certain, as you have guessed, it is indeed the Ancestor of the Bloodline, the Bloodline True Ancestor, the supre True Ancestor!"

"No..."

"Or perhaps, it is not the True Ancestor Majesty, who in later years beca lost in power, that Fallen and mad individual, who is returning."

"But rather, it is likely... the True Ancestor Majesty who has succeeded in breaking free from confusion and has regained sanity!"

"The True Ancestor Majesty regaining sanity, huh..."

After hearing the words of the Great Prophet Margo, Sofia's eyes widened with realization.

Taking a deep breath, she bowed to the Great Prophet:

"Great Prophet, I understand."

Having finished her report, Sofia respectfully took her leave.

The Great Prophet Margo let out a long sigh of relief, her stiff expression seemingly relaxing after successfully persuading the other party.

Taking a deep breath, she straightened out her garnts, stepped out of the side hall, and walked toward the castle that appeared heavily guarded, with Demons standing post...

...

"How did it go? It looks like your persuasion efforts went fairly smoothly?"

Inside the castle, Charlotte played with a crimson-colored book while smilingly looking at the Harcos Clan's Great Prophet who had co for an audience.

She had returned to her original form.

However, for the Great Prophet who had witnessed the transformation of the True Ancestor, it made little difference.

Hearing Charlotte's playful remark, the Great Prophet Margo felt sowhat sheepish.

She respectfully bowed to Charlotte, then said with a wry smile:

"Indeed, nothing... escapes Your Majesty's sight."

"Respected True Ancestor Majesty, please understand, many of the Bloodline still harbor shadowed mories of the events a millennium ago... so... I had no choice but to use such thods to indirectly persuade everyone."

"But please be assured! Unlike the other clans who participated in enclosing Kilari, those of our clan who held psychological shadows have mostly lost their mories, and with the Queen's Oracle, persuading everyone to submit... is no problem!"
