Does the Blood True Ancestor have a Holy Emblem?

As his thoughts spread, Duke Yoroc couldn’t help but co across this question.

He felt as if there was a sigil well known among the Bloodline that he should rember, yet when he tried to recall it in detail, it seed completely absent from his mory.

This sudden realization caused Duke Yoroc’s expression to beco solemn.

The Blood True Ancestor was the source of all Bloodline descendants.

As a mber of the Bloodline, as a Legendary figure, he couldn’t possibly forget whether his Ancestor had a Holy Emblem.

Even though these ancient descendants of the Bloodline had long forsaken their Ancestor, even if they no longer wished to face that terrifying Monarch... they could not possibly have completely forgotten the mark that belonged to the other.

"I... seem to have forgotten sothing, it’s like so force is interfering with my mory of the True Ancestor."

Duke Yoroc said in a deep voice.

"Interference with your mories of the True Ancestor? Could it be you also can’t rember?"

Adast asked.

Duke Yoroc nodded,

"Yes, I... can’t rember either, I just now..."

He suddenly faltered.

The expression of this Legendary Bloodline figure beca sowhat vacant, as if sinking into a delayed state, until he regained clarity monts later:

"Wait... Adast, what were we just talking about?"

"About the origins of the thorny rose."

The Crystal Spirit answered naturally.

"Oh, right... the origins of the thorny rose."

Duke Yoroc paused, then subconsciously nodded.

He thought back carefully, it seed that indeed he had been discussing this issue with Adast, and nothing was amiss.

"So... according to what you said, this is very likely a deity from the Wars of the Gods who fell into slumber early on?"

"Yes, various signs indicate that this Holy Emblem is very likely reforged by an ancient deity who is undergoing a resurgence, more than that, She might even be a deity of Mireya from before the calamity of extinction and the great Elf migration."

"Mireya? Those old Mireya Gods that were swept into the dustbin of history by the Ancestor and other mythical figures?"

"Correct, the events of the resurgence of Evil Gods occasionally occurring on the Mireya Continent nowadays, many are the remnants of these old beings struggling, they were defeated by the Gods and although most perished soul and all, so survived by clinging to their divine powers. So fortunate Mortals even managed by seizing these deities’ positions to rise to Mythical status, such legends are actually not uncommon over the past two thousand years, so this possibility cannot be ruled out."

Adast’s ethereal figure nodded slightly, discussing with Duke Yoroc the various significances symbolized by the thorny rose.

They did not bring up the Holy Emblem of the Blood True Ancestor again, as if they had never discussed such a topic.

Neither Duke Yoroc nor Adast noticed anything amiss.

"Thorns and Roses, huh... it seems I should first understand how this symbol originated and the power that has been quietly spreading it behind the scenes for hundreds of years."

Duke Yoroc’s eyes flickered as he spoke.

"Then you’ll need to send soone to investigate in Coria, the symbol most certainly originated there."

Adast respectfully offered his suggestion.

"That’s not a problem, though Valadet is not likable, I still have a few friends there, I can write them to make inquiries."

Duke Yoroc nodded and said.

This Holy Emblem couldn’t have appeared out of nowhere; he believed that as long as he traced the origin of the Holy Emblem, he could definitely uncover the identity behind the deity!

Of course, before that, Castel’s infiltration plan must be completely halted—he did not wish to antagonize a mysterious deity who might have already been awake for hundreds of years.

"It seems you plan to completely stop infiltrating Castel; you’ll have to explain this well to the Elder Council. The Nais Clan doesn’t have much ti left; the Elder Council might not agree with your approach."

Adast reminded him.

"I will explain the stakes to them. Even with differing stances, we all work for the future of the Nais Clan, for the future of the Descendants of Blood."

Duke Yoroc said with solemnity.

After speaking, he felt another headache coming on.

The Elder Council...

Indeed, very troubleso.

...

The Holy Emblem of the thorny rose only added to the already overwhelming headache of Duke Yoroc.

And at this very mont, new information surfaced in the vision of Charlotte, the instigator behind the scenes—

[The Blood Holy Scripture detected unincorporated identity information—]

[Unsynchronized information: True Ancestor’s Holy Emblem]

[Synchronization Probability: 0.99%]

[Would you like to perform identity synchronization?]

Charlotte: ...

Is there really a need to ask with a 0.99% probability?

"Temporarily do not synchronize."

She answered in her mind.

Following her choice, the information from the Blood Holy Scripture slowly disappeared.

However, Charlotte could sense that the information was rely hidden; she could summon it again from the depths of her consciousness at any ti to decide on synchronization.

Identity... synchronization? True Ancestor’s Holy Emblem? What does this an, could it be synchronizing my Holy Emblem with that of the Blood True Ancestor? Could it be that the previous Blood True Ancestor didn’t have a Holy Emblem?

She furrowed her brows, deep in thought.

The abrupt ssage from the Blood Holy Scripture made it hard for Charlotte not to associate it with the remote eting that just happened.

The Blood Holy Scripture was evidently closely linked to the status of True Ancestor. Clearly, sothing had just occurred, triggering a response from the Blood Holy Scripture in the depths of her own consciousness.

Could it be...a certain chanism was triggered after the Nais Clan treated the thorny rose as a deity’s Holy Emblem?

Charlotte speculated in her mind.

After pondering without answers, Charlotte decided to put aside the issue for the mont.

Even though the Blood Holy Scripture didn’t provide more information, she could almost fully guess the truth through various signs.

By now, she was increasingly convinced that the "Blood Holy Scripture" was really playing a ga of "True Ancestor nurturing."

The remote eting concluded, and Charlotte disengaged the spiritual world of Dark Night Ancient Castle, bringing their consciousnesses back to reality.

The eting wasn’t long, but she had obtained a wealth of information.

Among them was not only the Nais Clan’s investigation plan and change in attitude towards her but also complicated information about her original mother’s family background, which made Charlotte acutely aware of the chaos within the Falling Star Royal Family marriages.

What surprised her most was the attitude of the Nais Bloodline—she had prepared herself for a battle against the nobles supported by the Nais Clan, but it turned out that the Nais Clan had backed down first.

She didn’t know if this had anything to do with the will embodint of Duke Yoroc that she had seen in Lachlan Count’s spiritual world that day.

As Charlotte mulled over these thoughts, she withdrew all her Blood Divine Power, and at that mont, she suddenly felt an eerie atmosphere in the ditation Room.

Charlotte lifted her head and looked towards Agnes and Rahael by the Communication Crystal.

These two hadn’t said a word since the end of the eting, just staring blankly at her. And when her gaze fell upon them, they almost simultaneously bowed their heads, sitting up straight and carefully, the embodint of tension.

They might as well have written "nervous" across their faces.

Charlotte couldn’t help but be amused.

She shifted her position and said,

"What’s with those expressions? I believe I’ve already said that if you submit to and work peacefully, I won’t cause you any more trouble."

Agnes swallowed hard.

She bit her lip, mustering the courage to lift her head and carefully glanced at her. Her eyes revealed unease and fear and seed to be mixed with so hope, as she stuttered,

"You... ah no... Your..."

"Are you... Are you an Evil God?"
