"How often does the Nais Clan hold remote etings? Is there any pattern to them?"

Charlotte disregarded Agnes’s astonished expression, idly fiddling with the Communication Crystal as she continued to inquire.

Agnes was silent for a mont before responding,

"Remote etings are only convened on the 1st, 11th, and 21st of each month, as the crystals controlled by the Nais Clan leaders seem to need recharging."

"However, etings are not necessarily held every ten days. Generally, the Crystal Ball will emit a signal and its glow turns red three days in advance."

The 1st, 11th, and 21st...

Charlotte pondered thoughtfully.

Today is July 22nd, which ans that just yesterday, Agnes and the others likely communicated with the vampires behind the scenes. The next communication should be on August 1st.

"Did you have a eting yesterday?"

"Yes."

"What did the Bloodline mbers of the Nais Clan say at the eting?"

"They asked about each other’s progress and ntioned the Mining Workshop, saying sothing happened there."

"The Mining Workshop..."

Charlotte nodded slightly.

That must refer to the Castel Mining Workshop.

Clearly, Charlotte’s actions had already alerted the vampires in the background, perhaps even affecting their plans.

"Hey! I’ve told you everything I know, and you still haven’t told who you are."

"Victor or vanquished, I concede defeat, but at least let die with clarity!"

Agnes said through clenched teeth.

Charlotte looked at her, chuckling lightly,

"When did I say I was going to kill you?"

Agnes was taken aback.

However, Charlotte didn’t elaborate any further but instead got up and left the interrogation room.

As for Agnes’s shock and suspicion, Charlotte left it unanswered, leaving her alone to fret.

anwhile, Sebastian stepped out from another interrogation room.

Upon seeing Charlotte, he approached the young lady naturally, and respectfully said:

"Master, the interrogation of Rahael is over."

"Oh? How did it go?"

"Quite smoothly. At first he was reluctant to talk, but after using Agnes’s situation as leverage, he told everything he knew, in great detail."

Sebastian offered a faint smile as his hands presented the middle-aged knight’s confession.

Charlotte took the confession and shot Sebastian a wry look, thinking that master and servant were truly alike, even using the sa reason for extracting confessions.

Of course, she and Sebastian weren’t much different, having chosen the sa tactic instinctively.

Having read through Rahael’s confession and compared it to Agnes’s responses, there were no discrepancies.

Clearly, to save their own knight, neither Agnes nor Rahael had deceived her.

"Master, we have asked everything we could. How shall we dispose of them?"

Sebastian inquired respectfully.

Charlotte pondered for a mont, saying,

"Keep them confined for now; they might still be useful."

To be honest, although Agnes and the other person had summoned undead to attack her caravan, and perhaps because they hadn’t caused significant damage, she didn’t harbor such hatred for them and lacked the impulse for ruthless revenge.

Now that she understood the reason behind Agnes’s loathing for Castel, she felt even less animosity.

Even though it was clear that they despised her intensely.

After learning the thod by which Agnes and her associates participated in the vampires’ remote etings, Charlotte indeed planned to infiltrate and observe.

However, she did not intend to participate personally.

For a simple reason, although she had succeeded in activating the Nais Clan’s Communication Crystal, it was not as calm as it appeared. At the ti of activation, she felt the crystal tremble.

This Communication Crystal from the Nais Clan... seed to have a particularly strong reaction to her bloodline.

Agnes had ntioned that bloodlines were the criteria for activating the crystal.

Clearly, possessing the Blood Holy Scripture, and having undergone extensive physical modifications by the Holy Scripture, Charlotte’s bloodline strength had long surpassed that of an ordinary vampire.

Charlotte did not know whether her current bloodline strength was at the level of a True Ancestor, but it was certainly much stronger than Count Hall, a third-generation vampire whom Agnes could overpower.

In such a situation, Charlotte wasn’t quite sure what might happen if she infiltrated the eting herself.

According to descriptions, she guessed that this kind of remote communication might be the advanced use of a dreamworld. If that was the case, her Position was indeed too high, and she might assimilate the entire eting into the Dark Night Ancient Castle the mont she entered.

That would be too conspicuous. Her powers were still limited, she had ti restrictions on her external aids, and she needed to keep her identity hidden.

Charlotte pondered that she might need to make use of these two individuals after all.

If she entered the eting directly, she might cause anomalies, but if she infiltrated the Nais Clan’s eting through Rahael’s spirit world, in a manner similar to the Blood Favored’s possession, it might be a better choice.

But this would require Rahael’s cooperation.

He did not need to beco one of Charlotte’s Blood Favored, just to open up his spirit world, much like when Charlotte infiltrated Lotti’s spirit world.

However, there was no rush, for there were still eight or nine days left.

Now, Charlotte was more curious about the banquet at the Count Mansion the day after tomorrow and what the local nobles and the vampires infiltrating behind the scenes would do.
