Scalding heat and air, centered around Li Chengyi, surged outward in all directions.
Dust whirled up from the streets, and billboards wobbled from the hot wind’s caresses.
Kristin’s face gradually began to show signs of change.
This heatwave, even before it got close, was already at nearly eighty degrees—if that was the source temperature, how high could it possibly be...? It was unimaginable.
Is this heat really produced by a living being??!
His body quickly tensed up, and he faintly felt that coming here in person might not have been a good idea.
"Not a bad virus," Li Chengyi finally spoke.
He lifted his hand, feeling his body heat up and swell like a balloon being inflated, yet upon closer inspection, his form remained unchanged, without any alteration.

In an instant, the ground beneath his feet exploded, and with a great reactive force, Li Chengyi vanished from his spot, appearing next to Kristin as if by Instantaneous Movent.
He reached out a hand.
His arm, like a blade, collided at high speed with Kristin’s neck.

With a loud crash, his whole body was driven downward and smashed into the ground, creating a large crater in the rock.
Fragnts of rock scattered like shrapnel.

Enduring the agony, he lifted his right leg and slamd it with full force into Li Chengyi’s abdon.
Driven by a trendous force exceeding thirty tons, the kick was enough to make any opponent retreat.
But, not Li Chengyi.

As the toe struck his abdominal muscles, Kristin’s right leg twisted, fractured, and bent instantly. He opened his mouth to scream in agony.
But a large foot t his face squarely.

The crater in the ground sank further, a circular shockwave blasting outward.
All went quiet.

Li Chengyi exhaled deeply, his skin growing hotter and hotter as his cells combated the internal pressure, generating imnse heat.
By now his body temperature had exceeded ninety degrees.
The hot breath he exhaled could easily scald a person.

Not far away, Canglu and Hong Lian arrived together but kept their distance due to the high temperature, looking over from afar.
The Ta Suqing Group’s marksn, along with the newly arrived personnel from the Martial Art Alliance, were also taking heavy hits and being killed off.
"Since Ta Suqing can no longer hold back, there’s no need for us to wait. Let’s act on their rhythm," Hong Lian said gravely.
"They’ve sent people to attack us with heat weapons directly... It’s too late, let’s take action ahead of schedule," Canglu nodded.
He felt drained. Ever since embracing Squirrel Grey, things had accelerated, and the ticulously planned situation had suddenly been sped up by the Squirrel People, catching everyone off guard.
As the surrounding gunn were taken out, Canglu moved closer and inquired of Li Chengyi.
"You good?!"
"I’m fine," Li Chengyi hopped out of the crater and stood to one side.

Canglu’s expression changed slightly, "What are you planning to do? You better not act recklessly! Ta Suqing is a top-tier monster capable of withstanding over a dozen nuclear bombs! We must wait for the plan."
But before he could finish speaking, the figure of Squirrel Grey was already gone from his sight.
The streets rushed backward past Li Chengyi’s eyes.

Sniper rifles and rocket launchers took aim toward the direction of Li Chengyi’s approach.
Terrorman and Demon, one a tall Bald Head with black tattoos all over his body, the other a striking woman with six fingers on one hand, floating long hair, wearing a short skirt and a blouse.
Realizing sothing was amiss, the two quickly descended the building.
"Where’s the boss?!"
Demon asked sharply.
"As usual, he went for his training! Yalong and the other three are with him and not at headquarters right now!" Terrorman quickly responded.
"Damn, it’s too late!" Demon’s complexion changed as she stood high up, already feeling the vibrations from the rapidly advancing footsteps in the distance.
"Get ready!"
She shouted loudly.
The sniper rifles made small adjustnts.
"Fire!"
Bang bang bang bang!!
All the guns fired in unison, a fan-shaped volley of bullets impacting straight onto Li Chengyi’s body.
In that instant, the trendous kinetic energy slightly slowed him down, and his skin sparked with a dozen points of light.
And that was the full effect of all the sniper rifles...

The loud stomping sounds were growing even closer.
"Still not dead?! What kind of monster is this?!" Demon’s forehead was sweaty as she signaled for the rocket launchers to get ready.
"Fire!"
Whoo!!!
Accompanied by a piercing scream, a volley of rockets was launched at Li Chengyi before he could fully close in.
The densely packed rockets hit the ground and exploded.
Boom boom boom boom!!!
A line of flas burst, instantly covering the large area in front of Li Chengyi’s path.
Buildings collapsed, the ground exploded, and innocent bystanders caught in the blast couldn’t even whimper before they were swallowed by the shockwaves and flas.
