A thunderous shockwave erupted as Komamura Sajin's Reiatsu surged, more overwhelming than before. The air thickened with pressure, and from behind him erged a colossal black-armored warrior—towering at nearly one hundred ters. It held an enormous cleaver-like blade, its crimson-veiled face obscured beneath layers of dark armor, its back bound in thick, heavy ropes—the unmistakable form of Kokujō Tengen Myō'ō, Komamura's Bankai.

With its arrival, the very earth trembled.

"This is the old man's Bankai!" Komamura roared. "Kokujō Tengen Myō'ō—the Black Rope Heaven's Scourge!"

He swung his Zanpakutō forward. The titan behind him echoed the movent with perfect synchronicity. Its massive blade hurtled toward the three violet crescent-shaped slashes launched by Shiraha.

When steel and Reiatsu collided, a roar split the sky. Though the armored giant blocked the assault with its blade, the shockwave was imnse. It staggered backward dozens of ters, each step shattering the stone ground beneath its feet. One of the violet slashes struck its chest directly, creating a deep gash in the armor—and at that mont, a parallel wound appeared across Komamura's own chest, though it quickly cauterized under the force of his spiritual pressure.

"So that's Captain Komamura's Bankai..." one Seventh Division mber whispered in awe. "I've never seen it before."

"It's enormous...!"

"There's no way Third Seat Kuchiki can win now—unless he also has a Bankai."

"Don't be ridiculous. Even if he's a prodigy, Shiraha just graduated. No Academy student could've mastered Bankai already."

A mix of awe and doubt stirred within the crowd.

anwhile, Vice-Captain Iba Tetsuzaemon's expression hardened. "Everyone, retreat now! Komamura-taichō's Bankai covers a massive radius. You won't survive if you're too close."

He knew better than anyone how destructive the Bankai's range could be.

Led by Iba, the Seventh Division mbers retreated hundreds of ters away using Shunpo, clearing a wide periter around the battleground.

"Well now," Ichimaru Gin drawled with his trademark grin. "Let's see if Third Seat Kuchiki can survive this."

Komamura's spiritual pressure continued to rise. Towering above the battlefield, the black-armored avatar lood like a god of war. But Shiraha remained composed.

"Captain Komamura," Shiraha said softly, eyes narrowing, "your Bankai certainly applies pressure."

He acknowledged its destructive force. But he also saw through its flaw—poor mobility. For a warrior like him, whose Shunpo exceeded most captains, it was far from a fatal threat. Moreover, every blow that damaged the giant would directly affect Komamura himself.

Komamura didn't hesitate. "If you want my position, prove you're worthy of it!"

He rushed forward, and the giant shadow followed. Kokujō Tengen Myō'ō's massive blade cleaved downward toward Shiraha with seismic force.

"Forty-five tis gravity," Shiraha murmured.

Instantly, crushing weight enveloped both Komamura and his Bankai. The armored colossus staggered, its movents dulled to a crawl.

Shiraha vanished from sight.

A flash of black appeared atop the titan's head. Shiraha reappeared mid-air, his staff blade wreathed in Armant Haki and augnted by forty-five tis gravity. He brought it down without hesitation.

A thunderous impact followed.

The blade struck the top of Kokujō Tengen Myō'ō's helt, and the giant collapsed. A shockwave rippled through the battlefield, carving a crater nearly a thousand ters wide. The titanic figure buckled beneath the augnted gravity, unable to rise.

The ground shattered like glass beneath Komamura. Even his enhanced Reiatsu, which had managed to neutralize thirty tis gravity earlier, now strained under the amplified force.

He grunted, muscles locking under invisible weight as he fought to remain standing. Cracks snaked out beneath his feet, then ruptured inwards. A massive sinkhole ford and swallowed him whole.

At the sa ti, the black-armored warrior's entire fra trembled under Shiraha's weight-infused assault. Every fracture it sustained mirrored itself on Komamura's body.

Up above, Shiraha remained motionless, sensing the battlefield with precise Observation Haki. "It's over, Captain Komamura," he whispered.

While Komamura's Bankai boasted unparalleled offensive force, it was ill-suited against soone like Shiraha. His ability to manipulate gravity rendered it all but useless, turning the avatar's size into a liability.

Besides, from what Shiraha had seen in previous battles, Komamura's Bankai lacked the sheer ferocity of Zaraki Kenpachi—even when the latter refrained from using his full power.

"Hell Brigade."

He intensified the gravitational field beneath Komamura, pushing the effect to its very threshold. The ground groaned and then shattered as Shiraha sheathed his blade.

Cracks spiraled across the earth like spiderwebs, and with a final resounding boom, the pit beneath Komamura collapsed into a yawning chasm. A crater more than one hundred ters wide and several hundred ters deep ford beneath his feet. The Bankai's towering fra in the distance disintegrated, spiritual particles floating upward like ash.

Shiraha's eyes narrowed as he focused on Komamura's spiritual presence below. He felt the mont the Zanpakutō shattered in the captain's grasp.

He released the gravity field.

A mont later, Komamura's battered body crawled from the pit. His mask cracked with a sharp snap, fragnts falling away to reveal the face hidden beneath—a wolf's head, weathered and weary. His fur was matted with blood, his haori torn, his Zanpakutō reduced to half a blade.

He staggered, barely able to remain upright.

"Head Captain Yamamoto," Komamura rasped, voice raw, "I admit defeat..."

Blood spilled from his lips as he turned toward Shiraha. "Kuchiki Shiraha... the fight is yours."

And then, without another word, Komamura's body collapsed.
