Gremmy, The Visionary, needed no incantation or setup to unleash his powers. Because of that, Nanatsuki couldn’t stop the Sun Gate from being destroyed in ti.
But he reacted imdiately—reassigning one of his shadow clones (freed after killing the rookie Sternritter) to join the one already battling Pepe, The Love, effectively pinning the Sternritter down.
In the midst of their entanglent, the two shadows suddenly wrapped around Pepe’s limbs.
Shadow Bind.
A streak of light flashed across Pepe’s throat.
In the next instant, his vision twisted.
His head hit the ground—only then realizing he’d been beheaded.
"You... actually hit from that far..."
An expression of disbelief froze on Pepe’s lifeless face.
"What a terrifying Shinigami. You free up one hand for just a mont, and another knight dies,"
Gremmy smiled.
"Your ability’s just as absurd. Instantaneous effects," Nanatsuki replied calmly.
His gaze shifted to the distant battlefield—Shinigami and Quincy reinforcents had begun to clash.
And then he saw sothing... strange:
Three Genryūsai Yamamotos were fighting.
To be exact—two Yamamotos were attacking one.
"Loyd and Royd...?" Nanatsuki’s eyes narrowed.
The Y-twins, Loyd and Royd, shared the Schrift ’Y’. Their ability allowed them to perfectly imitate others, gaining their appearance, parts of their abilities, and even fragnts of mory and personality.
"I need to finish Gremmy fast."
With the passage destroyed, there would be no reinforcents. The Quincies now had more captain-level combatants on the field than the Shinigami.
And then the sky darkened.
A massive teor—hundreds of ters in diater—was plumting toward the Shinigami army.
"Try this, Shinigami! A product of double the imagination!"
Two Gremmys spoke in unison.
Using The Visionary, he had imagined another self into existence—amplifying his imaginative power exponentially.
The Shinigami below looked up at the incoming doom in shock and horror.
"What the hell is that...?"
"A... a teor?!"
And it wasn’t just them—even the Quincy were stunned.
"Gremmy, what the hell are you doing?!"
"Are you trying to kill us too?!"
"This is the Invisible Empire, you lunatic!"
Yamamoto’s eyes narrowed. He prepared to strike down the teor.
But then—
Reishi beams erupted from his body, forming a glowing U-shaped lock. It clamped around his throat and torso, halting his movent.
"Loyd, Royd... thanks to your distraction, I found a crack in this old man’s spiritual pressure."
Schrift ’W’ — Nianzol Weizol, stepped into view beside Yamamoto.
"Your body will now be completely paralyzed. You won’t be able to move."
Nianzol had been lying in wait—observing Yamamoto for just this opportunity.
All he needed was one vulnerability. Once found, his ability would lock the opponent in place.
"You think... that sothing like this... can restrain ?"
Yamamoto spoke slowly.
"What?!"
Nianzol’s eyes widened.
An overwhelming spiritual pressure surged from Yamamoto’s body.
It was suffocating. Standing nearby, Nianzol felt as if he were drowning in Yamamoto’s Reiatsu.
Suddenly, a roaring heatwave swept through the air.
Sand and stone rolled skyward, lting and then reforming—
A colossal giant, clad in golden fla armor, erged from the vortex of heat.
Many on both sides—Shinigami and Quincy alike—had never witnessed this before. Their eyes were wide with awe and dread.
"This Reiatsu..."
Yamamoto looked up at the giant, eyes filled with satisfaction... and a flicker of confusion.
"Why... is there Hollow Reiatsu mixed in?"
High above, Nanatsuki had activated his Hollowfication.
Before the war, he had already elevated his Hollowfication to Level 90.
Upon transforming, his Reiatsu instantly soared to Level 100.
And with that power—he no longer cared who knew.
In all of Seireitei, only Yamamoto himself could stand toe-to-toe with him now.
Besides, most captains were his forr students. As long as Yamamoto retained his reason, there was no way he would oppose Nanatsuki just for tapping into Hollow powers.
"That’s... Captain Katori’s Reiatsu?"
Kyōraku Shunsui, Kuchiki Sōjun, and others turned skyward.
"Incredible... in just a few decades, he’s left even in the dust..."
Kyōraku muttered.
"Hollow Reiatsu... let’s hope no idiots cause trouble after this..."
Kuchiki Sōjun frowned deeply.
As the current head of the Kuchiki Clan, he understood the arrogance of the old nobles. So rotten factions would likely covet Nanatsuki’s power—or accuse him of using forbidden Reiatsu tech to enhance himself, especially now that he reeked of Hollow energy.
"Don’t worry so much. Look at those guys—they’re as loyal as ever."
Kyōraku tilted his chin toward several directions.
Yoruichi, Kensei, Isshin, and Lisa—none of them flinched when Nanatsuki revealed his Hollow nature.
—
In the sky, the teor descended—now within hundreds of ters.
A golden-fla-clad giant hand burst through the dust clouds, surging with violent heat, and smashed into the teor.
BOOM!!
The massive rock shattered under the blow, breaking into countless fragnts.
A teor shower rained across the sky.
"What... what kind of divine power is this...?"
Soldiers on both sides, stunned into stillness, forgot they were on a battlefield as they stared skyward.
The giant raised its hand—and the flaming teor fragnts flowed upward, drawn into its palm.
The golden fire’s terrifying heat lted the stones, broke them down into raw Reishi—and reshaped them.
The next mont—a massive golden sword burned in the titan’s grip.
"You monster!"
Gremmy scread. His ultimate imagined creation had been obliterated. His composure snapped.
More Gremmys appeared beside him.
He needed more imagination!
Suddenly—a vast crack tore open beside the golden titan.
Within it—a star-speckled void.
Gremmy had summoned a direct rift into the vacuum of space.
The rift swallowed the golden titan.
"In space, your bodily fluids will boil, your blood will vaporize, your tissues will collapse—you’ll die, slowly and horribly."
Gremmy smiled, believing he’d won.
Then—
A black-and-gold crescent slash erupted from the rift, slicing through the Gremmys.
Their bodies shredded into pieces, then turned to ash under the crescent’s searing heat.
The flaming crescent was massive—and left a trench over a hundred ters long in the earth.
"Who told you... that a rising sun would burn out in space?"
The golden-fla giant calmly stepped back out from the cosmic void.
