He kept accumulating misfortune upon misfortune as every wound he got made the gap to beco bigger and bigger between his and Yamamoto, as this was his fortune...

Waiting for this Jugram smiled lightly before he let the sword of Yamamoto pierced through his chest avoiding all the vitals and most importantly his heart...
Blood flowed from his mouth as he made a delight expression and started laughing before he spoke...
Jugram: "Hahahahahaha, this was what i was waiting for!!!"
Yamamoto: "What a surprise as well... For you to give yourself like that..."
Jugram was stunned but then a trace of shock started replacing his face as he couldn't activate his abilities at all...
He couldn't feel the scales at all...
Jugram: "What happened?? Why the scales revert back to normal!!"
Yamamoto: "Because i simply never used my Bankai from the start..."
Jugram: "That's impossible i clearly felt..."
Yamamoto: "What you felt is using my Bankai skills in my shikai and using the price for it..."
As he said that, his right hand started crumbling all the way to his shoulder as it had turned to ashes and Jugram watching this finally realised he was tricked...
From the start, Yamamoto was fighting with the intention to sacrifice sothing and that placed his Balance against him...
The first tipping was Yamamoto using his Bankai in Shikai...
The second one was his counter his with his shield until it was no more...
The third one was when wounding each other while fighting with him being on the losing side...
And the fourth one was now that he let himself being pierced...
This would have made Jugram have two scales in the fortune of Yamamoto and two misfortune towards him and by reversing this he would have the upper hand...
But alas now... He lost...
