At the sa ti, he ntions that Nozomi was a soul mod and nothing more and simply waited for her to tell her story...

She was created during Project Spearhead, the project that created the modified souls.
She was the first Mod-Soul created during the project. Initially, she was a different being but sohow split in two, the other half becoming Kagerōza Inaba.
As Nozomi drifted through the Dangai wearing a large cloth for an unknown duration, Eventually she exits the Dangai above Karakura Town and fell to the ground.
It was then that she was found unconscious by Yuzu and Karin in a car park, before they brought her to the Kurosaki Clinic and places her in Ichigo's bed, where she remains asleep for a considerable ti.
Nozomi: "That's pretty much it..."
Nozomi: "The rest you know it... I woke up, you gave clothes and then led to eat until he barged in..."
Sora: "And what are you going to do?? Coming along??"
Sora: "I can guarantee no one will touch a strand of your hair..."
Sora: "Furthermore you can train to beco a shinigami as i feel you have a weak soul waiting for you to unleash it..."
Sora didn't bullshit her without reason as she did had a partial Zanpakuto waiting to be awakened as she did in the Original when everyone needed help...
Yuzu: "Ni... I think i will pass as i haven't finished my training with Hana-chan..."
Karin: "Neither did i with Kazan..."
Sora: "Well, coming for sightseeing then?? You might be able to learn a few things..."
Both: "Hai!!!"
Sora: "The get ready as we will leave imdiately..."
Sora: "I will be going to fetch a few others and then we will leave..."
Sora: "As for you Nozomi, what is that you desire?? Think well until i get back..."
Sora then waved goodbye as he left through his doors and rush towards the hideout of the Visards which wasn't so hidden anymore as it was getting rebuild in a proper state...
When he reached there he was first greeted by an annoying Hiyori...
Hiyori: "Huh??? What are you doing here dickhead!!! Piss off!!"
Sora: "Oh?? Since when you gained the guts to talk back to ??"
Sora: "Seems like you need another round of training with my clone..."
Hiyori paled when she heard that and fortunately for her, her saviour ca and pulled her out of the punishnt...
Lisa: "Sora, what are you doing here?? Weren't you with the others??"
Sora: "Change of plans... Call everyone and et at Urahara's Shop..."
