On Sōkyoku Hill, as the lightning around Kusaka dissipates, Hitsugaya recognizes their location. Revealing they are at Sōkyoku Hill.

Yumichika: "Apparently so."
Renji: "Captain Hitsugaya what are you trying to prove??"
Ikkaku: "It makes no difference, for we have an executive order from Commander to arrest Hitsugaya and Kusaka."
Kusaka: "Hoh, soone with imnse physical power and expert swordsmanships, you must be quite valuable to the Gotei 13."
Ikkaku: "Flattery will not save you."

Soi Fon, Komamura, and Byakuya approached. And at the sa ti, hundreds of Shinigami and Onmitsukidō mbers appear on Sōkyoku Hill.
Soi Fon: "This is far enough throw down your weapons."
Kusaka: "This is ridiculous."
Komamura: "You are under arrest."
Kusaka: "Hitsugaya haven't you endured enough??"
Kusaka: "This is my revenge for all of the sufferings i have endured."
Kusaka: "Hitsugaya cut the Ōin!!!"
Soi Fon ordered the Shinigami to seize them imdiately. But at that mont A black fla appeared and stopped them in their tracks.
When all of them looked they saw Yin and Yang beat up with slight burns, Senna dancing at her victory for killings so many hollows and Sora looking at them before he turned to Hitsugaya and Kusaka.
Sora: "Hitsugaya, i've set the stage for and Kusaka, this is the fight of your feelings of pride over your swords and your mories, anyone who interrupted you two...."
Sora released his maximum amount of Reiatsu and made all of them see him as a monster as they couldn't move a finger, the Captains that had appeared were shocked.
Everything was calculated by this guy??
Soi Fon: "You are wasting your ti, and if you continue to resist, you will have to die as well."
As she said that the Shinigami and Onmitsukidō mbers draw their blades, but then they heard Yamamoto commanding them to halt.
They all saw, Yamamoto and Rangiku approach. As the Shinigami bow, Yamamoto saw Kusaka as he grinned. As he approached with Rangiku and Nanao, who is supporting Shunsui, Ukitake noted to them Shunsui is back on his feet.
As Yamamoto looked at Kusaka that turns out to really be alive, he then turned to Hitsugaya and pondered over with closed eyes.
Yamamoto: "So the Ōin brought you back to life and gave you a second chance in Hueco Mundo."
Kusaka: "Right and i will use the Ōin to take his place as the king of Soul Society."
Yamamoto: "Arrogant, wanting such a thing."
Kusaka: "You of all people would know about arrogance."
As he said that he raised the Ōin above his head, he tells them to take this as a lesson as the Ōin glows.
