All the Captains tensed up when they heard this including Unohana who was providing treatnt for Hitsugaya...
Sora: "At that ti we may face, hit and run tactics before the war or."
Shunsui: "An imdiate war!!!"
Sora: "Correct, but that for the future. We still have ti for that, and for this problem, i'll do sothing about it. I'll try my best not to drag this in Soul Society."
As he said that Sora and Senna left from there leaving them behind as they watched walk away so carefree...
Yamamoto: "Sigh.... Mmnnn..... Captain Unohana take him to your Division for healing."
Unohana: "Yes..."
Unohana took Hitsugaya before vanishing from the room leaving behind all the others waiting for Yamamoto to speak as he was about to give orders for the 10th Division.
Yamamoto: "Vice Captain Rangiku Matsumoto, you are done here, return to your division upon further notice."
Matsumoto: "Yes...."
Matsumoto backed off without a second thought as her Captain was found and Yamamoto started explaining the History which was secret to most of them...
Yamamoto: "Kusaka Sojiro, he was in the sa class as Tōshirō Hitsugaya and the two of them quickly beca friends."
Yamamoto: "He had regarded Hitsugaya as a genius and strove to be better than him. He also swore his allegiance to Soul Society and worked hard to beco a successful Shinigami, devoting his life to them."
Ukitake: "Oh, that boy??"
Shunsui: "It was recorded he died in their graduation exam..."
Yamamoto: "The reason he was deed dead was that of his Zanpakuto, and not through an exam as he had co back alive then but in secret."
Yamamoto: "When Kusaka t his Zanpakutō's spirit in a cave, he t Hitsugaya there who had also t the sa spirit. They were overjoyed to know that both of them had exactly the sa power and their friendship deepened as a result."
Mayuri: "2 shinigami with the sa spirit fascinating... It shows you, how much-hidden power waiting to research must be contained inside..."
Soi Fon: "Or they were gonna be incredibly weak for sharing the sa spirit."
Komamura: "It would be unknown at this point if they would be weaker or stronger..."
Yamamoto: "However, the Central 46 mbers ruled that two Shinigami cannot possess the sa Zanpakutō. By the ancient laws of the Shinigami, such a situation was not permissible."
Yamamoto: "Although neither Kusaka or Hitsugaya had intended to violate the law. Hitsugaya offered to abandon Hyōrinmaru instead of fighting Kusaka, but the council forced Kusaka and Hitsugaya to fight for the honour of bearing Hyōrinmaru."
Byakuya: "That's why Sora said it was the orders of the 4 Families."
Yamamoto: "It was ultimately Kusaka who drew his sword and charged at Hitsugaya, shouting that he wanted Hyōrinmaru for himself."
Yamamoto: "But that cost him, as it was never ant to be a duel to the death, but a test to see who would raise their blade first."

Yamamoto: "Just before the battle was concluded, the Central 46 mbers ruled that Hyōrinmaru belonged to Hitsugaya and Kusaka was sentenced to be killed imdiately."
Yamamoto: "Though no one had won at the ti of the decision, Hitsugaya appeared uninjured, while Kusaka was covered in ice. Nurous Onmitsukidō mbers appeared and restrained Hitsugaya while surrounding Kusaka."
Yamamoto: "Several of them stabbed Kusaka and then dealt the fatal blow by slicing open the right half of his face."
Yamamoto: "Then his execution was kept secret and his academy records were destroyed afterwards. Almost no one in Soul Society knew of his existence."
Ukitake: "To think that he survived..."
Shunsui: "So when the Ōin vanished a few months ago was that it could give him new life in Hueco Mundo, since he appeared with 2 Arrancar."
