Don’t ntion the Ga Character, even Yang Qizhou had forgotten all about this.
It wasn’t until the reminder in the story text appeared that he rembered it—
The ’Star Color Ancient God’s’ revered na is like a ray of light swimming across the vast subconscious ocean, and the Sect Leader possesses the ability to read others’ thoughts. This was revealed the first ti the Ga Character entered the ancient temple, though it wasn’t given much attention at the ti.
"If no counterasure is taken, won’t all secrets be exposed to this monster?"
"The Golden Law Book..."
"Co on, push it to the limit!"
Yang Qizhou imdiately drafted up a new set of laws. As the words were entered, the ga text began to refresh once again.
...
...
"You are shocked, fearing that the ’Star Color Sect’ Leader might uncover even more secrets. Wasting no ti, you imdiately draft a law: ’In this place, all actions of mind-reading are strictly prohibited.’"
"Golden, strange characters erge in the Void, and new order takes form..."
"The ’Star Color Sect’ Leader clearly felt an eerie aura forming around them, and the more they tried to delve into this mysterious Explorer’s thoughts, the thicker the aura beca. This was none other than the aura of ’disorder.’"
"The ’Star Color Sect’ Leader dared not invite further contamination by ’disorder’ and withdrew their psychic powers,"
"You notice other sect leaders casting sly glances at you, as if scheming sothing in secret."
"You open the [Golden Law Book] and declare that you can draft up to ninety-nine laws in total. If they want to keep playing, the choice is theirs."
"The ’Six-faced Monster’ seems concerned, their little sches becoming much more covert, but they haven’t co to a complete halt."
"You spot this and think, oh, not compliant, huh? Without hesitation, you pull out another [Golden Law Book] and quip in a playful tone... huh? Another one? Yep, yep, not sure if one hundred and ninety-eight laws will be enough."
"You have already hatched your plan—’save and load’ without a care, whitewashing as usual, worry-free of revealing your abilities."
"Possessing even a single quasi-legendary divine artifact aligned to order is enough to stun them,"
"But two?"
"The ’Six-faced Monster’s’ six faces turn crimson with shock, staring with mouth agape in disbelief. At the sa ti, their sneaky intentions fade, fearing that this mysterious Explorer capable of restarting destiny lines might pull out a third, fourth, or even fifth book..."
"The Fire Stealing Sect’s Leader struggles to suppress their rage and demands to know your true purpose here, insisting that if you’ve visited before, there must be so ulterior motive."
"Of course, for the ’Ancient Roots,’"
"You answer without hesitation. This particular Holy Object, after all, is the key to becoming a ’Wizard.’ Only by containing it within oneself can you create a deity in your body, thereby achieving the goals of ’Occupying Symbol,’ ’Manipulating Authority,’ and ’Desecrating Divinity.’"
"You certainly wouldn’t mind having more of such a fine artifact."
"What the ’Six-faced Monster’ says next, however, takes you completely by surprise,"
"The ’Ancient Roots’—this particular Holy Object—vanished mysteriously four or five days ago without leaving a trace, its whereabouts completely unknown and strangely untraceable."
"You then hear the Imperial Destiny Sect’s Leader comnt... Originally, they found it puzzling. The ’Ancient Roots’ were perfectly safe in their possession, without any signs of interference from either divine beings or Hidden presences. Why did it suddenly disappear? Now, it seems most likely that you used despicable ans to steal it, restarting the destiny line afterward."
"The disappearance of the ’Ancient Roots’ is connected to the Dark Crow of Profane Fortune resetting the destiny line?"
"Your first reaction is disbelief; after all, even a quasi-legendary artifact like the [Golden Law Book] remained intact after restarting, allowing you to farm double copies effortlessly,"
"So how could the ’Ancient Roots’ vanish?"
"You suspect that the ’Six-faced Monster’ is lying."
"After so thought, you jot down a new law in the [Golden Law Book]—’All acts of deception are prohibited at this mont.’"
"Then, you repeat your earlier question."
"Your plan is clear: if the ’Six-faced Monster’ displays disorderly aura or refuses to answer, it’s proof of their deceit."
"Yet they neither remain silent nor change their response. There are no traces of disorderly aura on them."
"The ’Ancient Roots’ truly have vanished."
"The power of order does not lie. You are forced to accept this truth and begin analyzing the reasons..."
"Unfortunately, there’s too little information; you can’t reach a clear conclusion. For now, you decide to set this matter aside and focus on more pressing concerns."
"You look toward the ’Six-faced Monster’ and explain that you’re here to gather information about ’Asgard.’"
...
...
Originally, Yang Qizhou felt quite excited, even giving thumbs-ups to the Ga Character’s shaless acts, thinking that if ’Ancient Roots’ could be contained a second ti, wouldn’t they rival the greatest Wizard, on the brink of achieving their ultimate goal?
But upon seeing the following story text,
His hope was crushed.
The ’Ancient Roots’ had vanished mysteriously, perfectly tid with the Ga Character’s previous visit to ’Dark Mist Town,’ making it hard to believe this was pure coincidence.
"If, due to the previous storyline, the Ga Character already obtained the ’Ancient Roots,’ leading to its mysterious disappearance in this destiny line..."
"Then that would an..."
"The ’Ancient Roots’ possess a unique characteristic."
"Even the Dark Crow of Profane Fortune’s save-and-load capability cannot duplicate them."
This remains speculative, and Yang Qizhou isn’t entirely sure. Only by collecting more evidence can any definite conclusion be reached.
The ga goes on, the ga goes on.
Pale words continue to refresh across the screen.
...
...
"Although you feel regret, you aren’t too disappointed; your main goal in ’Dark Mist Town’ was to investigate information about ’Asgard.’"
"Your question prompts peculiar expressions from the ’Six-faced Monster.’ Among them, the ’Star Color Sect’ Leader suppresses their rage, stating that you didn’t co here for the ’Ancient Roots’? Why are you now asking about ’Asgard?’"
"You remain calm, unflappable, and respond without a hint of sha... Oh, my apologies. I was deceiving you earlier. I was actually here to inquire about ’Asgard.’ See? There’s no disorderly aura on , so that proves I’m telling the truth this ti."
"The ’Six Great Cults’ leaders are shocked by your shalessness and audacity, completely floored by your ’Look-how-smart-I-am’ deanor, entirely unashad and completely unapologetic."
"The Judgent Sect’s Leader then remarks that they do indeed have so knowledge about the God’s Fortress known as ’Asgard.’ However, what will you offer us in exchange?"
"The Imperial Destiny Sect Leader chis in as well, saying there are no unearned favors in this world. If you wish to gain sothing, you must offer an equal price."
"This bunch of sly old foxes—what quick reactions—you grumble inwardly, annoyed."
"After pondering for a mont, you offer your reply... After you share the information about ’Asgard’ with , I promise to fulfill any condition you ask."
"Of course, your plan is this: as soon as the ’Six-faced Monster’ discloses details about ’Asgard,’ you’ll imdiately activate the Dark Crow’s ability to revert to a previous save point, restarting the destiny line from the last choice."
"The reason for this is simple,"
"Just restart the destiny line before they manage to na their price, and you won’t have to fulfill any promise."
"You ntally pat yourself on the back for your ingenuity and make sure to emphasize... Look, no disorderly aura on , proof I’ve said no lies."
"Your proposal clearly intrigues the ’Six-faced Monster.’ Having suffered unimaginable horrors, their flesh and spirits stitched together, enduring brutal tornt for ages on the brink of insanity—they’re desperate to escape their tragic fate."
"You spot so of the Six Great Cults’ leaders who seem ready to speak."
"Co on, co on... you murmur under your breath, wide-eyed with anticipation."
"But right at that mont, the ’Star Color Sect’ Leader suddenly shouts, as though realizing sothing... Don’t trust this cunning, duplicitous, wretched Explorer! They possess the power to ’restart world lines,’ capable of evading their promise!"
"With the warning given, the remaining Sect Leaders of the ’Six-faced Monster’ wake up to their senses, glaring at you with fury, tightly sealing their lips."
"Such ddling..."
"You shoot the ’Star Color Sect’ Leader a deadly glare and produce a gemstone, addressing the ’Six-faced Monster,’ stating that it could’ve just been a peaceful discussion. But no, they had to ruin it, so now, don’t bla you for playing dirty."
"You unleash the effect of the [Stone of Truth],"
"For the next five minutes, any question you pose to the targeted figures will compel them to answer truthfully, unable to engage in deception."
"Hierarchic alignnt check,"
"Check successful..."
"The [Stone of Truth]’s power hierarchy surpasses that of the ’Six-faced Monster,’ ensuring the effect will fully apply."
"Your actions have not caused harm to the ’Six-faced Monster,’ nor violated the local laws, thus avoiding contamination from disorderly aura."
"You despicable shaless fiend—what have you done to us?"
"You see fury and brutality flash across their faces, their voices dripping with malice. They have sensed the eerie force imposed upon them, a force hierarchically superior to them, and—despite knowing any hostile action in this place would result in disorderly contamination—they want to kill you regardless."
"Without hesitation, you activate the [Golden Law Book]’s power,"
"Targeting ’disorder,’"
"A punishnt stemming from ’order’ descends upon the ’Six-faced Monster.’ The leaders of the Six Great Cults howl in pain, as if enduring unbearable tornt."
"Why can’t everyone just be kind and cooperative?"
"You chuckle internally, completely unbothered, and, knowing the [Stone of Truth]’s effect only lasts five minutes, you seize the mont to reiterate your question about ’Asgard’ without delay."
"Tell everything you know about ’Asgard.’"
