Shawn contemplated the Divine Spirit’s information in front of him for a long ti, thinking to himself: "Teacher wants to establish the Magic Net, it’s likely that she plans to follow the path of the Goddess of Magic and Death."

Countless ti grains of sand danced and swirled in the void, resembling a magnificent supergalactic nebula. A translucent bubble enveloped Shawn, and a dragon scale of a Ti Dragon in his palm emitted weak Spiritual Light, seemingly summoning sothing, as a massive dragon head appeared from the void. It was a Mature Ti Dragon.
"Greetings. Star Realm Wanderer - Shawn."
This Ti Dragon spiraled into Shawn’s presence, exhaling the Power of Ti as it slowly spoke: "I have awaited you for a long ti."

The Ti Dragon pondered seriously for a mont and replied: "Counting the hatchlings that broke out of their shells in the last decade, our tribe has a total of one hundred and sixty-seven Ti Dragons."

Shawn asked in confusion, "With such powerful strength, why don’t you directly solve the troubles of the Distant Universe?"
The Ti Dragon slowly replied: "The troubles we face are far beyond just the Distant Universe, and Ti Dragons rarely interfere with reality. Our duties are mostly to monitor tilines, preventing them from being altered by others."
"The real ones responsible for handling the current tiline in the Space-Ti Hub are the Guardians."

Shawn fell silent upon hearing this and spoke: "Let’s talk about what help you can provide ."

"One of you Space-Ti Guardians said that as long as I master Ti Spell and enter the River of Space-Ti, I could receive help from you?"
The Ti Dragon nodded: "Indeed."
"The Space-Ti Hub is actually a loose organization, each Space-Ti Guardian has their own charge over specific Crystal Wall Systems. We only collaborate when faced with a crisis affecting the entire Multiverse."
"Since this is the Distant Universe and doesn’t fall under the oversight of any Space-Ti Guardian, you have no corresponding superior, so you can develop freely here."
