Inside the Half-Plane.

A bucket of water, a bucket of li, and a bucket of sand floated beside Shawn, carried by the Invisible Hand. In front of him was a simple, repaired muddy road. Not far away was a row of crudely styled mud houses, with earth excavated from beside a lake, molded into shape and stacked, resembling the old adobe houses from the fifties and sixties. Yvonne Tanner and others selected so skilled artisans from among the Ring City refugees, allowing them half a day to repair a mud road, while the remaining labor force was used to stack mud houses.

The work was very simple. You just needed to shape the mud into mud bricks, stack them into a house’s outline, and do so final touch-ups. The adhesive nature of the mud caused it to automatically bond when it ca into contact with water.

— Mud into Stone [Spell Ascension Ring]!

Shawn’s figure floated half a ter above the ground. As the casting materials behind him were consud, the muddy road in front of him gradually transford into solid sandstone. The casting materials for this spell were sand, li, and water. The stone created was a soft stone, which could be transford into a harder stone through additional spell casting. However, there was no need to do so now, as Shawn was only building a temporary place for them; the future layout of the Half-Plane would definitely need to be replanned.

A hard rock pavent erged, and as the magical energy expanded, the nearby mud houses also transford one after another into relatively simple bungalows.

— "Mud into Stone (5th-level Spell): This spell can permanently transform mud or quicksand into soft stone material, affecting a cubic area about three ters in length per casting level."

Shawn’s current casting level was 19, allowing him to cover an area of nearly sixty ters with a single casting.

Only less than one-fifth of his primitive magic power was consud, and rows and rows of clay bungalows were already completed. This was due to the lack of sand within the Half-Plane. If houses were directly built using sand and then the Mud into Stone spell was cast, the construction efficiency could be greatly increased.

Shawn took only a day to build a shelter for these refugees. It must be said that the construction capability of a Mage is truly powerful.

"Master."

Succubus - Veronica transford into a beautiful girl and quickly approached Shawn, handing over a list and saying: "The list of these refugees has been completed."

"Including their ages, genders, previous occupations, skills, education, and so on."

"Yvonne Tanner and the others have developed quite a few followers."

Under the solitary peak of the Half-Plane, the priests of the Divine Terra Church had already built a simple altar, with only a shrine on it. Belief in Divine Terra required no alignnt, not even piety, as a re verbal declaration of faith was sufficient.

Once these refugees joined the Divine Terra Church, they would receive a set of church-sponsored living supplies and later be assigned simple tasks according to their abilities.

The Terra priests would conscientiously assess each believer, ultimately selecting those with talent to cultivate as potential Transcendents.

Shawn nodded slightly and said: "I understand."

"Temporarily, you will assist in managing this area. Properly settle those willing to stay, and for those unwilling, after a while, send them back to Dagon."

His Half-Plane temporarily couldn’t accommodate a population of more than ten thousand, keeping half of them would be enough.

Having survived the catastrophe, many might be reluctant to return to Dagon. Shawn’s Half-Plane was undoubtedly safer, but if they stayed, they would also be temporarily isolated from the outside world and beco Shawn’s followers.

— Creation Skill (9th-Level Spell)!

After handling the affairs in the Half-Plane and arranging personnel to resettle the refugees, Shawn went to the edge of the Half-Plane. Along with countless condensed gravel, the 9th-level Creation Skill of the Spiritual Path accelerated the expansion progress of the entire Half-Plane.

Welcoming such a large population requires more than just a place for them to stay; a positive ecological cycle must also be ford within the Half-Plane.

Food wouldn’t be a problem for Shawn, as the Lake Fairy sisters had access to the Druid spell list, and the ’Fertility’ domain was laid out in the initial planning of the Half-Plane. It only required one or two thousand farrs to maintain food self-sufficiency. However, these people also needed to be engaged in work. It was okay to rely temporarily on grains, but for the long term, the Half-Plane needed to develop animal husbandry, as a certain amount of at was necessary. Moreover, Transcendents on the Warrior Path had high nutritional needs.

Shawn planned to select a thousand people from among them to promote to Transcendents on the Warrior, Ranger, and Thief paths.

Ring City.

Upon returning to Ring City, Shawn imdiately felt a breath of natural energy. Among the ruins of crumbling walls, he saw the presence of Druids, indicating that Dele had finally sent people over. Led by a Forest Sage, more than ten Transcendents on the Druid Path were setting up a Holy Residence Ceremony, purifying the plague pollution of Ring City. This once-thriving city had now turned into a haunted place, with broken ruins all around and wandering ghosts appearing at night.

Haunted.

A region shrouded in Negative Energy almost inevitably becos haunted.

"It seems that in at most a week or two, this land will be completely purified."
