Ivy Miller smirked at him: "You have a house in Anchester? Uncle, could it be your secret base when you were dating Isla Linton?"
Henry Sullivan crossed his arms: "It’s not."
"Then why did you buy a house?"
"When I was young, I made so money with Hunter Warren through stock trading.
That money wasn’t enough for anything big, so I bought a small apartnt.
Sotis when I had a fight with my family, I would move out and live there for a while.
Later... I let a girl live there for so ti, and it’s been empty ever since."
"A girl? You seem to have quite a few girls."
Henry Sullivan gave her a sidelong glance: "I only have that one sister, she’s now Hunter Warren’s wife, stop talking nonsense."
Ivy Miller pouted: "Who’s talking nonsense? I was just asking casually."
"Being all sarcastic, is that casual asking?"
"Of course, otherwise, do you think I was asking formally?" The car stopped at the housing complex Henry Sullivan had specified.
He led her upstairs, and as soon as Ivy Miller entered, she felt a surge of comfort: "This house really feels nice."
Henry Sullivan looked at her: "What’s up?"
"It has a very cozy feel to it.

Henry Sullivan understood what she ant. He walked silently to the window and looked out.
Seeing his gloomy expression, she shrugged and turned to explore the house. After inspecting each room, she was about to say she really liked the house and planned to move in a few days later.

Ivy Miller stood still in shock: "Uncle, what did you say?"
Henry Sullivan turned to look at her: "You heard it clearly, why make repeat it."

"I’ve thought carefully about what you said, and I think you have a point.

Ivy Miller looked at him in amazent, he was actually willing to give up his beloved career for their marriage.
She wondered if she was dreaming.

"Don’t worry, I’m not that bored," he laughed, ruffling her hair: "Co on, let’s go ho for dinner."
"Mm," Ivy Miller thought this really was good news, once married, things should be like this, right?
By the ti they reached the Sullivan family villa, it was almost half-past twelve.
As soon as they entered, Henry’s mother ca up to tightly hug him: "Son, you’re finally back, you have no idea how much I’ve missed you."
Henry Sullivan slowly pushed her away, and Ivy Miller once again saw the subtle detachnt he had with his mother, a feeling she noticed the first ti their two families had dinner together.
