It’s not that she didn’t want to wear sothing longer, she just didn’t bring any.
She’s always been afraid of the heat, usually wearing short skirts and hot pants in the sumr.
Looking at the clothes in the closet, she pouted a bit and simply grabbed a slightly longer red dress to change into, only slightly longer than the one she just wore.
After changing, she walked out of the room, and Henry Sullivan’s expression was still gloomy.
He glanced at her legs: "Is this the longest?"
"The longest one was what I wore this morning, but it got dirty and hasn’t been washed yet."
Henry Sullivan snorted and headed towards the door.
Ivy Miller trotted to catch up: "Hey, I’m not even mad, why are you mad?
I dressed up ticulously just to make you look good.
Yet I hadn’t even gone in and you made change clothes."

Try to stay seated when we go in, don’t make us look bad."

He stopped and looked at her: "Walk on your own."

Either you kick out, or you take in like this."
She’s seen plenty of soldiers, they’re all over the military compound, and she hasn’t seen anyone who won’t even let you hold their arm.
Henry Sullivan was helpless, this girl was stubborn as a mule.
He moved forward, and she had a triumphant smile on her face.
As soon as they walked in, not a single soldier in the room dared to turn their heads and look recklessly.
Wesley Zenith stood up: "Tonight, Lieutenant Colonel Sullivan brought his wife to introduce to everyone.

A round of applause erupted in the cafeteria, and Henry Sullivan walked to the seat next to Wesley Zenith, with Ivy Miller holding his arm.

Henry Sullivan and Ivy Miller sat down, and Ivy Miller leaned over Henry Sullivan to ask Wesley Zenith: "Commander Zenith, aren’t there any performances?"
"Sister-in-law, what kind of performance do you want to see? We can improvise as needed.
