Faye Townsend did not wait for Hunter Warren’s response; she hung up right after speaking.

Hunter Warren sat in his office, his brows tightly knit. This woman actually asked him out? Didn’t she say she never wanted to see him again?

It was sothing important... It seed necessary for him to go and hear just how important this matter was.

At 7:30 in the evening, Hunter Warren arrived on ti at Mysto Club.

The waiter escorted him into the private room that Faye Townsend had reserved in advance.

When he entered, he found that Faye Townsend was already there.

She looked exceptionally beautiful this evening.

She wore light makeup, and her bright yellow form-fitting long dress suited her temperant well.

Upon seeing him, she did not rush into his arms with enthusiasm as usual.

She just sat there quietly, saying in a calm tone, "Second Master Warren, did you co early? Please take a seat."

Hunter Warren sat down not far from her: "I’m quite surprised you asked out today. Didn’t you not want to see ?"

"Indeed I did not want to, but there are so things that must be ended.

It’s better to et sooner rather than entangling each other later.

I’m sure, Second Master Warren, that you’re also tired of such entanglents."

Hunter Warren scrutinized her, his gaze as if it could penetrate her skin and see into her heart.

Faye Townsend felt a bit nervous; she straightened up and took out a docunt from her bag and placed it on the table.

"This is the newly drafted divorce agreent.

I hope Second Master Warren can sign it quickly."

Hunter Warren sneered coldly: "I’ve said it before, don’t even think about it.

If you want to remarry, wait until I’m dead and gone."

"Second Master Warren, if I rember correctly, it was you who wanted to marry another, thus you were the first to propose divorce, right?

I am thinking of remarrying, but that’s definitely only after the divorce.

I think there’s really no need for you, Second Master Warren, to be so angry.

Could it be that after the divorce you suddenly realized that Faye Townsend is still quite a good woman and decided to have second thoughts?"

Hunter Warren turned his head and sneered coldly, with a hint of sarcasm in his eyes.

Faye Townsend forced a smile and raised her eyebrows: "Clearly not, then what is the reason that Second Master Warren keeps dragging his feet and not signing?

I’m not splitting your assets, nor do I want your car or house.

This should be a good thing for you."

"Whether it’s a good thing or not isn’t for you to judge."

Faye Townsend sneered coldly: "Fine, I won’t judge. Let’s get straight to the point.

Please be sure to sign this new divorce agreent today.

I don’t want to hear any more from Zenia Yates asking to let you go.

The whole world knows I love you, but you do not love .

Your current actions are making Zenia Yates believe that I’m the one who’s holding you back."

Hunter Warren looked at her, displeasure in his eyes: "Zenia Yates approached you?"

Faye Townsend opened her iPad, found the hotspot video from the afternoon online and placed it in front of him.

Hunter Warren watched the video that a passerby uploaded online, his brows deeply furrowed.

His voice was low: "I will handle this matter."

"What will you handle? This video, or your fiancée?

Hunter Warren, it’s completely over between us.

I am the victim here from your affair.

Considering my eight years of loving you, can you and Zenia Yates stop bothering ?

This marriage that couldn’t reach the end, I really tried my best.

I have never regretted loving you in the past.

I hope you won’t make regret it in the future."

Faye Townsend spoke and helped him open the divorce agreent: "Sign it, I am about to go abroad.

If we end it, let it be clean and complete; that would be the best closure for this marriage."

Hunter Warren looked intently at Faye Townsend, his hands picking up the docunt on the table.

Faye Townsend thought he was about to sign and quickly handed him a pen.

But Hunter Warren stood up and tore the divorce agreent into shreds in front of her, throwing it at her face: "Closure? There’s no such closure in our marriage.

Don’t call out for such matters in the future.

Since you were the one who said to start this marriage, naturally I should dictate how it ends; that’s only fair."

After saying this, he decisively walked away.

Faye Townsend watched his retreating figure and sneered coldly, Fair?

She loved him, but he despised her.

This was never a fair marriage in the first place.

How could "fair" asure the outco?

He just wants to drag this out, right?

Fine, let’s see who will win in the end.

If she could wait eight years for love, she can equally spend eight years forgetting this romance.
