"I feel like I’m a warrior again now." Youyou laughed and swung her fist.

Yi Luowa smiled as she pulled down her hand, "I haven’t spent enough ti with you. Now that I’m back, I won’t leave. I’ll stay ho and take good care of you and Joyina."

"No need, it’s good enough that you’re back to focus on your pregnancy. There are so many others in this family to take care of us. Besides, Joyina and I can look out for each other. After you and Mi Chenxuan left, that guy treated really well."

Yi Luowa smiled warmly, "You rest a bit; I’ll go check on Joyina."

"Sis, I’ll go with you." Youyou grinned as she got out of bed.

The two walked into Joyina’s bedroom. Joyina sat up with a smile, "Luowa, you’re finally back! How’s Danton doing?"

"Danton is doing well. How about you?"

Joyina pulled both of them onto the bed with a grin, "My mom says I’m like a lively donkey. She’s planning to head back in another day or two."

"What? Auntie’s leaving so soon?"

"My brother’s going on a blind date, and she’s a little anxious to get back and check on things."

Hearing this, Yi Luowa chuckled, "So the senior finally has his heart set on soone!"

Joyina whispered, "He set his heart on soone a long ti ago. I know my brother likes soone, but for whatever reason, he never married her."

Yi Luowa stared at Joyina in surprise, "Huh? Who is she?"

"No clue. If I knew, I’d go snatch her up for my brother." Joyina pouted, "Sotis I feel bad for him. He just sits there staring at the moon and counting stars."

Yi Luowa furrowed her brow slightly, "I hope it works out this ti. Who’s the girl?"

"The daughter of the Duke from Wasi in North Di."

"Soone from North Di? That’s not bad, at least they’re from a reputable family." Youyou sighed as she lay down, "Tell your brother, no matter how urgent it is, he has to wait until we’ve finished our postnatal confinent before getting married. I still want to visit North Di for a couple of days."

"Relax. They haven’t even made it halfway down the road yet. Whether my brother likes her is still uncertain. This was my dad’s idea." Joyina sighed and glanced at Yi Luowa, "Luowa, my brother gets along well with you and Huo Li. If things don’t work out, can you help convince him?"

"So it wasn’t the senior’s idea! In that case, if he doesn’t feel a connection, even if I talk to him with Huo Li, it won’t make a difference. Couples have to get along; if they’re bickering all the ti, it’s no good."

Joyina nodded in agreent, "You’re right. I really need to talk to my dad and mom and tell them not to pressure my brother."

Yi Luowa laughed, "You two have really matured since becoming moms."

"What kind of statent is that? We’re not kids anymore." Youyou grumbled discontentedly, "Sis, when will Danton be discharged? I miss him already."

Yi Luowa paused and replied with a smile, "You both take good care during confinent. Once you’re done with the month, he should be able to leave the hospital."

Suddenly, Youyou sat up and stared at her intently, "Sis, are you hiding sothing from ?"

"What am I hiding from you?" Yi Luowa chuckled as she gently pushed her back down, "I haven’t even seen the kids yet after coming back to visit you two. Let go check them out."

"Don’t change the subject!" Youyou grabbed her hand.

"How am I changing the subject?" Yi Luowa laughed as she glanced at her, "Stop fussing. Let go check on the kids."

After Yi Luowa left, Youyou tugged on Joyina’s arm, "Did you notice? My sister seems a bit upset. Every ti I bring up Danton, she dodges."

Joyina frowned, "Logically, Danton woke up, so they ca back—it should be fine... Shanshan also returned. Should we ask her?"

"Give your phone." Pouting, Youyou said, "I feel like sothing’s up. My sister must be hiding it from us because she’s afraid we’d worry during our confinent."

Youyou and Joyina called Jimo Shanshan and indirectly asked about Danton’s situation. After hearing that Jimo Shanshan’s explanation matched what Yi Luowa had said, they relaxed.

Jimo Shanshan glanced at Yi Luowa and burst into laughter, "You were spot on with those two—I swear your predictions about them are always on the nose."

"Those two act scatterbrained, but when push cos to shove, they’re sharper than both of us."

"No kidding! I’m afraid of getting tangled up in their questions and haven’t dared to visit them."

"Then just steer clear of them." Yi Luowa joked as she playfully pinched Yu Lin’s cheek, "These two little ones have grown so much in the few days we’ve been gone."

"Kids change quickly." Jimo Shanshan laughed, "These two kids are starting to look more alike. If you told people they were twins, they’d believe it."

"Hmm, looking at them now, they resemble my fourth and fifth brothers more."

Yi Luowa chuckled, "Honestly, I forgot they were twins until you pointed it out..."

"Stop muttering in the nursery and co downstairs for dinner." Teng Ai Ni entered through the door.

"They’re triplets, actually. Haha..." Jimo Shanshan grabbed Yi Luowa’s arm and laughed, "You’ve been so busy that your brain isn’t functioning properly."

Teng Ai Ni grinned and asked, "What’s wrong—did my sister-in-law go a bit crazy?"

"Not much better than a fool—pregnancy brain lasts three years, and hers hasn’t even run its course before getting pregnant again." Jimo Shanshan continued, but her smile faded, "Our fourth sister worries too much! I’d rather her be a bit silly, so she wouldn’t have to stress over anything."

Teng Ai Ni nodded approvingly, "Shanshan, do you have any dicine that makes people dumber?"

Yi Luowa teased, "You’ll need to approach our seventh aunt for poisons."

"Seventh aunt is just downstairs. I’ll ask her about it later." Teng Ai Ni chuckled as she opened the door, "Co on, don’t keep everyone waiting."

"Why does seventh aunt have so much free ti today?" Yi Luowa followed Teng Ai Ni out.

"It’s because your family’s uncle and aunt sent her so many gifts. When she heard you were back, she ca over to return so of them." Teng Ai Ni laughed, "Seventh aunt said that ever since those gifts arrived, she hasn’t had a single restful night. She’s tried returning them several tis without success and claid that if your uncle doesn’t take them back, she might develop a nervous breakdown."

Jimo Shanshan muttered, "Forget seventh aunt—I haven’t been able to sleep well either. Old Seven said there’s no way to return them, so once your little one’s born, we’ll give all the stuff from his grandparents to that baby."

Yi Luowa shot her a cold look, "It’s one thing for seventh aunt to show off, but you’re acting the sa way now? You’re all Danton’s lifesavers; it’s only right that my parents want to thank you."

"Exactly, so let’s stop with the nonsense." Teng Ai Ni said, grabbing the two of them by the arm and pulling them downstairs, "Shanshan, let my sister-in-law have so peace of mind for a change. She’s been fretting every single day."

Jimo Shanshan pouted, "Fine, let’s talk about it later."

"No later discussions either. You’ll need to help convince seventh aunt."

Yi Luowa sneakily pinched Teng Ai Ni’s arm.

Teng Ai Ni winked and grinned, "Don’t feel sorry for her—it’s her own fault for being so careless."

Jimo Shanshan glanced at the two of them, "Always ganging up on !"

"Who else should we tease but you? You’re the easygoing one. Haha..." Teng Ai Ni laughed as she dragged both of them downstairs.

The matter of Jian Daing returning the gifts turned out to be sothing Jimo Shanshan had helped approach her about. When asked how she managed it, she wouldn’t tell anyone. Later, Jian Daing confessed herself.

Jian Daing’s exact words: "In my next life, I wouldn’t speak to Old Seven’s wife. She had so tongue-tied I couldn’t get a word out for hours. Pouring a glass of water took nearly ten minutes—who can deal with that kind of pressure?"

That had everyone laughing uncontrollably after hearing it.
