The phone placed on the side rang, and the Queen of Haotian quickly pressed the answer button. "How’s your investigation going over there?"
"We showed the photos to everyone at the farmstead, but no one recognized Xia Rou and Princess Nancy. However, when we asked their nas instead, everyone imdiately claid to know them. The Queen of Haotian ended the call, her hands trembling uncontrollably. "Luo Wa is my wife, the mother of my children. If my family and I don’t treat her well, who would we treat well?"
Through these words, Tong Airui was clearly asserting his claim. Being perceptive, the Queen of Haotian obviously picked up on his aning, but she didn’t feel offended in the slightest. After all, it was her own fault for losing this daughter for so many years. If it weren’t for Tong Airui, her daughter might still be suffering sowhere unknown.
The Queen of Haotian smiled awkwardly and quickly changed the subject. "Airui, actually, even before you sent those two docunts, I had already started doubting Nancy. I had people take her and Xia Rou’s photos to the farmstead in Beidi. They questioned practically everyone there, and no one recognized Xia Rou or Nancy."
