"You two, enough already! The mont you get together, you start bickering. Aren’t you afraid the kids will laugh at you? ... Nuo’er seems to be losing control of his balance!" Tong Yao anxiously watched her son’s race car. "Stop! If this keeps up, Nuo’er will be in danger!"

As Tong Yao waved her hand, Yi Luowa also noticed sothing odd about Tong Aino’s car. Yi Luowa pursed her lips tightly, adjusted her center of gravity slightly, and brought her car to a halt. Tong Aino only slowed down and stopped his car after seeing her stop. Mi Chenxuan frowned and shouted, "Little girl, you were supposed to win this round. Why did you stop first?"

Tong Yao let out a long sigh of relief. "She was worried your fifth brother might be in danger."

Long Che’s lips curved up slightly. This kid isn’t bad; but Aino really made a big spectacle of himself this ti.

Tong Airui quickly walked to the front of the car, opened the door, and helped Yi Luowa out. "Is your leg okay?"

"I’m fine." Yi Luowa shook her head and removed her helt. "I’m never betting with Tong Aino again. He goes all out and risks too much."

Tong Aino sat in the car, stared at the two of them for a mont, then pushed open the door and stepped out. "Fourth Sister-in-law, I admit defeat! I genuinely lost this ti, but I respectfully ask that you let join you when you practice driving in the future."

Yi Luowa walked up to Tong Aino, and with a spirited punch said, "Let’s call it a draw. From now on, we’ll practice driving together, but you can’t keep being so reckless. In competitions, there’s winning and losing—if you lose this ti, you can win next ti. But life is only given once, and if it’s gone, there’ll be no second chances."

Tong Aino awkwardly smiled. "I lost. From now on, I’ll listen to Fourth Sister-in-law."

Tong Airui chuckled. "Rember, you said it yourself. You might stop listening to in the future, but you better not stop listening to your Fourth Sister-in-law."

"From now on, us brothers will both listen to Fourth Sister-in-law."

As soon as Tong Aino finished speaking, everyone watching burst into laughter. Even Long Che curled his lips into an unrestrained smile. "I thought Aino would refuse to admit defeat. If that were the case, he’d have made an even bigger fool of himself."

"Yaoyao’s son is nothing like you!" Ning Mingxi pursed her lips.

Long Che was about to reply when he saw three children walking over. He quickly straightened up and put on a serious expression.

Ning Mingxi grinned and took Yi Luowa’s hand. "Luowa, you should co more often. When you’re here, certain people behave exceptionally well!"

Long Che cast her a sideways glance and sternly said, "Dinner ti!"

Everyone returned to the courtyard. After the little commotion just now, Yi Luowa felt a bit damp below. She wanted to go upstairs to grab her bag and change her nstrual pad. Little Raindrop seed to sense her thoughts and said, "Your leg hasn’t fully healed yet; don’t climb the stairs. I’ve got so in my room."

Yi Luowa tidied herself up in Little Raindrop’s bedroom and followed her to the dining room.

After dinner, Yi Luowa stayed and chatted with everyone for a while but soon got up to bid them goodbye, wanting to return to the hospital.

Tong Yao, sowhat reluctant, held her hand. "It’s rare for the whole family to gather like this. Why don’t you stay over for one night? I’ll call your Second Uncle."

"I..." Yi Luowa looked to Tong Airui for help.

"Mom, I’ll take her back instead. If you miss her, I’ll bring her over again tomorrow." Tong Airui stood up. With so many family mbers here, and her fear of his father, even if she stayed, she’d feel entirely uncomfortable. Besides, he cherished the ti they spent alone together more.

Seeing Tong Yao still trying to persuade Yi Luowa to stay, Long Che gently patted her hand. He addressed his son, "Take Luowa back, but don’t bother coming back tonight. Co back together for breakfast tomorrow morning."

"Alright." Tong Airui nodded with a smile. His dad clearly didn’t want his mom to discover the injuries on his body while he was at ho.

"I’ll get your bag for you," Teng Ai Ni volunteered as she stood up.

Shi Qing quickly held her back. "Let the servant go fetch it," she said, raising her hand to summon her maid.

The maid briskly headed upstairs, but monts later, the sound of footsteps echoed from above. Yi Luowa raised her gaze, only to see the maid rushing down the stairs. Just three or four steps away from the ground, she slipped, falling down the staircase. The bag she was holding went flying, scattering its contents everywhere.

Everyone turned to look. Tong Airui’s expression instantly darkened as he stared at the things that had spilled onto the ground.

Long Che narrowed his eyes dangerously as he looked at the ss.

Tong Yao’s face didn’t change much, but her gaze grew icy.

Tong Aino stared at his watch, now lying on the ground, and looked at Yi Luowa in astonishnt.

Teng Ai Ni was similarly shocked, her jaw dropping as she saw her jewelry box roll out of Yi Luowa’s bag.

"My trophy..." Mi Chenxuan glanced at the equally stunned Yi Luowa but swallowed back the rest of his words.

"Why can’t you do anything right!" Shi Qing chided the maid irritably, then bent down to pick up Yi Luowa’s bag. Just as she was about to put the scattered items back inside, Yi Luowa snapped sharply, "Stop! So of those things aren’t mine, so don’t touch them."

"What isn’t yours?" Shi Qing questioned her.

"The watch, the jewelry box, and that trophy," Yi Luowa replied firmly, staring her down.

Tong Airui suppressed his anger and handed a stack of tissues from the coffee table to Tong Aino. "Don’t let any of those things get your fingerprints on them!"
