Ariel thought that Aiden would drop his act as they entered his elevator, but when he dragged her into the elevator and maintained an angry face, Ariel started to see that he was angry about what she did.
"Aiden, co on, I'm -"
"Quiet," He scolded coldly, not looking at her.
Ariel bit her lips and shifted to the corner of the elevator.
Soon, they reached their office floor, and the elevator opened.
Aiden once again grabbed her wrist and dragged her out of the elevator.
She hurried her steps to keep up with his fast strides.
Aiden reached his office and pushed his door open, dragging her in with him.
The mont the door closed, Ariel felt her back collide against it.
She gasped and looked up at Aiden, who was staring down at her with unreadable eyes.
Ariel was confused. Was he angry about the stain on his suit?
"Okay, I was wrong. Just take it off, and I'll take it to the laundry," She slowly raised her hand to his chest and started to unbutton his suit.
Aiden was quiet. He watched her beautiful, slim fingers slowly unbutton his suit. He didn't stop her. He wanted to see her cute reaction.
Ariel finished and pulled the suit off each shoulder; Aiden was complaint, he easily removed his hands from the suit,
Ariel held the suit in her hand and smiled up at him, "If you'd just step back a little, I'd like to leave and get your suit cleaned," She raised the suit for him to see.
Aiden slowly raised his hand, took the suit from her, and threw it on the sofa.
Ariel frowned, "What... don't you want it cleaned anymore?" She questioned.
Aiden didn't respond. He closed the space between them and moved his face close to hers.
"Ms. Dew, you know you've wronged , right?" He asked huskily beside her ear.
Ariel shivered at the tone of his voice. She was very familiar with that tone, and she knew what ca next whenever he sounded that way.
Wasn't he angry? Or was he doing all this to get her alone because he realized she was avoiding him?
"I asked you a question, Ms. Dew..." He raised his hand to her face and made her look at him.
Ariel decided to play along and see where he was headed.
"And I've apologized for what I did. It's you who's not letting get your suit cleaned," She shrugged.
"Who gives a fuck about a suit?" He narrowed his eyes at her and placed his other hand beside her head.
"Oh? I don't know what else you're -"
"You fucking left , Ariel, abandoned ; how's that evening fair? You left alone to the cold night knowing I love to cuddle you every night, and the next morning, you disappeared before I woke up, leaving in the empty house. Tell , Ariel, how's that fair to ?" He didn't miss a beat as he locked his eyes challengingly at her when he listed how she had wronged him.
Ariel was initially angry at him for pretending as if he didn't recall what Moon did the other night, but seeing him like this, her heart lted instantly, she couldn't keep staying angry at him.
She searched his hurting eyes and sighed.
She gently cupped his face in her hands and said, "You're such a big baby. Making a fuss because soone didn't cuddle you last night," She teased him.
Aiden shook his head in her hands. He put a hand around her waist and drew her closer, "It's not just soone," he said.
Ariel raised a playful brow at him, "Then, who's it?"
He placed his forehead on hers and replied, "It's the woman I love."
Ariel blushed, she still hadn't gotten used to this side of Aiden. It always made her flustered.
"So, how can I make it up to you, Darling?" She asked in a soft whisper.
Aiden smirked, he moved his face so his lips were just a whisper away from hers, "How about making up for what we didn't do last night?" He caressed her waist and placed an open kiss on the side of her neck.
Ariel closed her eyes and moved, covering the remaining space between them by hooking her arms around his neck.
"Tabel or sofa?" She whispered in his ear.
Aiden chuckled sexily and stepped away from her.
Ariel was staring at him with a frown on her face.
"Return to your office, Ms. Dew; I have a lot of work to do, and so do you. We have a eting in the evening; make sure you're prepared for that," Aiden inford and walked over to his chair.
Ariel's frown hardened, what did he an?
"Aiden, are you asking to leave?" She narrowed her eyes at him.
Aiden was already sitting on his chair as Ariel spoke, he lifted his face and stared at her. "Yes, Ms. Dew. This is an official hour; I don't entertain pleasure while working, please leave," He nodded at her.
Ariel stared at him for a long ti before she suddenly smiled. "Of course, Mr. Chaz, I'll take my leave and let you focus on your work." She said, slowly turned and opened the door.
Aiden kept a straight face until Ariel left the office.
"Damn, what have I done?" He muttered as he rubbed his hand over his face.
He looked down between his legs and adjusted himself. He was hard, so why did he send her away after riling her up?
He had wanted to get her back for what she did to him last night, but it turns out he was punishing himself instead.
What the fuck was he thinking?
He sighed and slumped back on his chair; he'd try and apologize for his stupidity later. He would give her so space to occupy herself with other things, if he went to her now, she wouldn't listen to him.

Eva was running out of the company with her face lowered in sha, she needed to go ho and quickly have a shower before she returned for the eting with Aiden.
Why did that stupid Jewel have to do this to her today of all days? He was an enemy of progress, but she would show him that nothing was going to stop her from eting Adien privately.
He mocked her make-up right? She was going to co back with sothing better than the last makeup she did, and she would make sure he saw her in her new clothes and makeup.
She hated humiliation, and she was going to give it back to him in multiple folds.
She was angrily trying to fix her key into the lock beside her car door but it just kept going in the wrong way.
"Oh, co on now you fucking car. We need to put that dumb Ariel to sha!" She huffed angrily.
Moon had just gotten out of her car that she parked beside Eva's at the sa mont Eva was complaining to herself.
She stood in front of her car and observed Eva. An idea suddenly popped into her head.
She'd just found another person who hated Ariel, and this person looked dumb and gullible. Maybe she can convince her to work with her; since it was too risky to do the dirty work herself, she needed to find a sidekick.
Looking at the girl, there could only be one reason why she hated Ariel, too: Aiden.
They shared a common enemy. The girl looked like soone who'd be desperate to do whatever it took to get Aiden, and she would make sure to use her in the best way she could.
Moon was aware that Aiden was already becoming suspicious of her, so doing more chaos by herself would be a dangerous ga.
With her mind made up, she confidently walked up to the frustrated girl.
"Hello, having trouble? Let help," Moon placed a gentle hand on Eva's shoulder.
Eva was startled for a second as she didn't hear soone walking over to her.
She looked behind her and saw a beautiful woman smiling at her.
She moved back and took a cautious look at her.
"Oh, I'm sorry, my bad. My na is Moon Chaz, Aiden's only sister. I just want to help you since you're finding it difficult to get into your car," Moon smiled kindly at her.
Eva's ears perked up the mont she heard the lady introduce herself. Was this a dream? Aiden's sister was speaking to her!
She was already imagining what she would achieve if she beca friends with Moon.
She imdiately wore a smile on her face. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't an to be rude, I'm just having a bad day," Eva felt a little awkward as she was aware of the way she looked with her ruined clothes and makeup.
"It's okay, we all do sotis," Moon gently took the key from Eva and unlocked the door of her car for her.
"Here, why not go ho and get so rest, I can speak to my brother for you," Moon suggested.
Eva slowly shook her head, "I appreciate it, but I can still return to work; I have an appointnt with Mr. Chaz," She explained.
Moon's face changed for a split second before she masked it with a smile.
"Oh, I see, then I wouldn't stop you, but, if I may ask, do you have a boyfriend?" Moon asked in a lowered voice.
She wasn't going to wait before she started her ball rolling, she needed to end things quickly.
Eva blushed and shook her head. "No."
"Aweso, maybe I'd introduce you to my brother; I like you already; it would be good to have a pretty girl as my sister-in-law, don't you think so?" Moon asked with a smile.
Eva's heart hamred loudly in her chest.
This had to be a dream, it was like a sure ticket to heaven.
"Well, I... I would like that, Ms. Chaz," She replied shyly.
"Oh, please, call Moon," Moon patted her arm.
"Co on, hurry and get changed, here's my card, call and I'll fix a date for us to talk, okay?" Moon gave Eva her card and stepped back from her.
Eva nodded, "Thank you, Moon. I'll call you," She waved at her before she entered her car and drove off.
Moon was smiling evilly as she saw the car drive off. This was easier than she thought.
She knew Aiden and Ariel's relationship was still publicly private, so it was ti she used it to her advantage.
"I'm sorry, Aiden. I can't sit back and watch you slip away from after all my years of patience beside you," She muttered to herself and matched into the building.
