"Right, bun?"
The young boy was sowhat stupefied, not knowing what Wen Xiao’ai was up to.
"Sister, you, why did you tell them about ?"
"They might have bad vision and didn’t see you, don’t be angry with them," Wen Xiao’ai didn’t respond to the boy’s question but instead spoke with a soothing tone.
The two n, watching Wen Xiao’ai holding onto the air and speaking to it, couldn’t help but feel stunned.
"Little sister, what kind of joke are you playing? There’s no brother here."
"What joke? What are you talking about? My brother is standing right here. How can you not see such a big person? Don’t you know it’s very impolite to talk like that?"
Wen Xiao’ai was very angry at their impolite behavior.
She huffed and glared at the two of them, then "escorted" the boy to walk around them.

Seeing Wen Xiao’ai trying to leave, one of them quickly ca to his senses and blocked her path again, still staring at the air she was "escorting" as if it was really a person.
He thought to himself how clever the little girl was, probably having learned quite a few anti-wolf techniques, but wasn’t it quite stupid to use these tricks about ghosts to scare people?
What era was it? Who would believe in that stuff?

The sharper man said this, extending his hand towards the non-existent brother beside Wen Xiao’ai with a smile.
He thought the young girl was quite calm, still acting despite the obvious exposure.
As the man thought this, he pretended to shake hands with the air. But the next second, the smile on his face stiffened, and all the hairs on his body stood on end.
He widened his eyes in disbelief and looked down at his hand, which was supposedly shaking with the air.
What he was shaking wasn’t air...
It was really, truly a hand that was shaking his own, devoid of any warmth, as if it belonged to a dead person...
The man’s brain froze for a few seconds, then he chanically lifted his head to look at Wen Xiao’ai who was still holding onto the air and smiling at it, thinking back to when they saw her from far away behind the bus stop sign, chatting as she walked... His brain exploded like a thunderbolt and his complexion instantly turned paper white.
