Jun Wuyang suddenly started playing nice, definitely up to no good.

When Jun Wuyang heard Wen Xiao’ai’s outright refusal, his face couldn’t hide the embarrassnt, but he had anticipated her response.

At that mont, a maid ca out from the dining area with several glasses of juice and placed them on the table.

"Since that’s the case, let’s forget the al. There is a saying, ’A smile can extinguish all past grudges.’ Today, I will use this juice in place of wine and tea to apologize to you," Jun Wuyang said, picking up the glass closest to him.

Then he looked at Wen Xiao’ai and continued, "I hope that even if our future interactions are few, we won’t et like we did today."

After speaking, Jun Wuyang drank the juice.

Seeing that Wen Xiao’ai didn’t react and just watched him, Jun Wuyang said, "Even if you won’t give face, you can’t refuse to give grandfather and Wuchen face, right?"

Wen Xiao’ai thought it over, Jun Wuyang did make so sense. Once she married Jun Moyan, she would definitely need to visit the Jun Family regularly to see grandfather and her second brother. She couldn’t possibly have an argunt with Jun Wuyang every ti she visited, could she?

What if it upset grandfather?

And besides, that juice looked... really delicious.

"Miss Wen, don’t drink it," Xiaocha tugged at Wen Xiao’ai’s clothes, whispering a warning.

But she was frightened by a glare from Jun Wuyang.

"It’s fine." Wen Xiao’ai didn’t care, reached for a glass of juice, and without a second thought, drank it down.

Seeing Wen Xiao’ai drink the juice, a smug smile tugged at the corner of Jun Wuyang’s mouth.

With such naive thoughts, daring to stay by Jun Moyan’s side, she wouldn’t know how she died when her ti ca.

"Alright, I’ve finished my drink. From now on, Jun Moyan has nothing to do with you guys. Even if I visit the Jun Family, it’s only to see Grandfather and Wuchen, and you cannot trouble him," Wen Xiao’ai stated.

"Of course," Jun Wuyang laughed lightly, his eyes maliciously fixed on Wen Xiao’ai.

"Xiaocha, let’s go," Wen Xiao’ai put down the glass and pulled on Xiaocha, ready to leave.

A wave of dizziness struck, and Wen Xiao’ai’s vision blurred, the whole world spinning around her, rendering her unable to stand.

Wen Xiao’ai shook her head, but the intensity of the dizziness was overwhelming and unstoppable.

"Miss Wen, what’s wrong with you?" Xiaocha quickly reached out to support the suddenly unsteady Wen Xiao’ai, asking with concern.

"... Xiaocha, I feel dizzy," Wen Xiao’ai managed to say before collapsing onto Xiaocha.

Xiaocha caught Wen Xiao’ai’s body and together they tumbled back onto the sofa.

"Miss Wen, what’s the matter with you?"

"Miss Wen?"

Seeing that Wen Xiao’ai was unresponsive no matter how much she called, Xiaocha beca frantic, protective over the unconscious Wen Xiao’ai as she glared at Jun Wuyang.

"You actually drugged the juice? If the Third Young Master finds out, he won’t let you off," she exclaid angrily.

"Heh..." Jun Wuyang let out a scornful, disdainful laugh.

"Do you know that what you just said is seeking death?"

"What, what are you going to do?" Xiaocha’s heart skipped a beat.

"Wuyang, what are you going to do?" Mada Jun turned to Jun Wuyang.

"Instead of wasting words with her, we might as well strip her and throw her onto Wuchen’s bed." Jun Wuyang, too, was infuriated by Wen Xiao’ai, his desire for revenge overwhelming his sense of rationality and he beca impetuous and reckless in his actions.

"You can’t do this," Xiaocha clutched Wen Xiao’ai more tightly, fear escalating in her heart.

"Is this really appropriate?" Mada Jun was doubtful about the plan’s feasibility.

Just as Wen Xiao’ai said, in the past, Jun Moyan always put up with them because of Wuchen and his grandfather, but now that he has severed ties with the Jun Family, he didn’t have that many scruples anymore. When she called to tell him about this a few days ago, he had even ntioned taking Wuyang’s life.
