Jun Moyan glanced at Wen Xiao’ai, a faint glimr in his eyes, "That dicine, did you hide it?"
"ow..."
Jun Moyan hit the nail on the head.
Wen Xiao’ai felt a bit guilty, but still shook her head.
I don’t want to take that dicine.
"Disobedient?" Jun Moyan’s expression darkened slightly.
"ow..." Wen Xiao’ai sat down on her butt, no longer caring about her al.
She hugged her head with her two little paws, tried to pinch her own ears but found she couldn’t hold them, so she covered them instead.
There were no walls to be punished by standing against.
I’ll just cover my ears as a self-imposed punishnt.
Seeing Wen Xiao’ai self-penalizing yet brimming with grievance, Jun Moyan felt sowhat helpless.
"Deworming is for your health; you can’t be willful."
Wen Xiao’ai, still covering her ears, shook her head again, "ow, ow, ow..."
"The dicine is not for eating, it’s applied behind the neck."
"ow?"
Really?
Wen Xiao’ai blinked her eyes.
Seeing her like this, Jun Moyan knew that Xiaoguai must have thought the dicine was for ingestion and therefore hid it.
Never seen a cat so smart and yet so mischievous.
"Find the dicine later; you’ve just been vaccinated and can’t bathe. Wait a few days until you’re clean to do the deworming, and don’t be naughty anymore."
"ow~"
Oh, I get it now...
Jun Moyan had initially been worried that Xiaoguai, having been vaccinated, might lose her appetite or even develop a fever in the next few days.
But that didn’t happen.
She was still as spirited as ever, every day.
The female veterinarian from the pet hospital hadn’t seen any of the symptoms she described occur in her.
Jun Moyan simply took it that Xiaoguai had a good constitution and strong resistance and didn’t think too much of it.
A few days later, after Jun Moyan gave Wen Xiao’ai a bath and applied the Deworming dicine behind her neck, he couldn’t help but doubt whether he was using it incorrectly as he waited in vain for any worms to be expelled.
But he had followed the thod Qing Yi told him about, and it was the sa as the instructions said.
The drunk, looking utterly listless, stood at the bathroom doorway with the dical kit at his feet, leaning against the doorfra watching Jun Moyan, who was frowning and puzzled at the sink.
"Big brother, are you done yet? I’m leaving, too sleepy to stand."
The drunk began to complain.
Damn it, it’s just deworming a cat, not so major surgery, and yet he’d been dragged back from the bar specifically to watch over her, in case of any accident.
Really didn’t know what to say about him.
He treated the cat like a treasure.
He never cared about his own body this much.
"Co and see if I’m doing it wrong," Jun Moyan stepped aside.
"Tsk... Hey, I’m at your service," the drunk entered the bathroom and looked over the Deworming dicine and the instructions.
Afterward, he checked the spot behind Wen Xiao’ai’s neck where the dicine had been applied.
"The thod is correct, deworming is deworming, if no worms co out, it ans she doesn’t have any inside her," the drunk smirked.
"ow ow!" Wen Xiao’ai nodded vigorously upon hearing this.
Then she looked at Jun Moyan, still frowning beside her, "ow ow."
I told you, there are no worms inside this princess, now you believe .
"I’ve looked it up; cats indeed have worms inside them, it’s impossible not to have them, the thod must be wrong," Jun Moyan was very concerned about Wen Xiao’ai’s health issues.
"Can this little fellow be the sa as other cats? She ca back to life after a brush with death, as smart as a human, it’s not strange that she has no worms inside her."
"ow ow ow..." Wen Xiao’ai, who originally had so prejudice against the drunk, suddenly liked him a lot after hearing his words.
Seeing Wen Xiao’ai nodding in agreent, Jun Moyan beside her didn’t quite know what to say.
After a while, he directly sent the drunk off.
The drunk was only too happy to oblige and scampered out of the bathroom.
