Chapter 1071: I’m Here
The scenery in front of Chi Jiao changed in the blink of an eye. The beautiful scene turned into smoke and dissipated completely, and the world was covered in dark clouds for a mont. A cold wind howled, and the sound of horse hooves and fighting ca from afar.

Chi Jiao turned and t Quan Jue’s eyes.
“Jiaojiao, what’s wrong?” Quan Jue’s eyes were filled with concern. He seed to have been here for a while. At this mont, his large hand was tightly holding Chi Jiao’s hand, unwilling to let go.
Chi Jiao took deep breaths and hugged him tightly. “Brother Quan, I had a nightmare. I dread that Bai Wanxi died to protect . I am so scared…”
Chi Jiao’s voice was soft and sounded extrely agitated.
Quan Jue hugged her tightly as well. He patted her back gently and comforted her softly. “It’s alright. I’m here.”

Chi Jiao composed herself and lay in Quan Jue’s arms. Suppressing the uneasiness in her heart and calming her emotions, her face turned slightly red as she asked, “Brother, when did you arrive?”
