With the formalities complete, Vlad finally allowed himself a mont to breathe. Terra was now part of the Graecia Empire, protected by its vast strength and status.

Of course, Vlad had no intention of relying solely on others for the safety of his world—he had long since put plans into motion to make Terra self-sufficient. But when it ca to deterrence, the more layers of defense, the better.

He had barely settled into this mont of satisfaction when rody, the ogre councilor, spoke again, his voice sharp and clear.

"Of course—be advised. If, by the ti the Imperial Censor arrives on Terra, there is not a unified and peaceful response to their inspection, you two will be considered guilty of perjury. The penalties for such a cri are... not light."

A cold chill crept down Vlad’s spine, and even Konstantine’s expression tightened for a brief mont. The warning was not an empty threat. rody had expedited the process, perhaps even bent a few protocols in the na of efficiency—but if Vlad and Konstantine had lied, they would both face severe consequences.

Luckily, there was no falsehood. Terra was indeed unified under Vlad’s absolute authority. There would be no resistance.

Both n waited patiently as the final steps concluded. Monts later, a strange eagle-shaped construct arrived, dissolving into a stream of glowing energy, leaving behind three boxes that floated before Vlad. Without hesitation, he opened them.

The first contained his Duke Emblem—a magnificent artifact, radiant and humming with spatial energy. It shimred before transforming into a space ring that integrated seamlessly into Vlad’s being.

The second box held a sword—Stormrazor Fang—a majestic, deadly blade pulsing with the power of Lightning and Space. The third held an ancient to—Heaven-Cleaving Void Scripture—bound in scales and glowing with a faint, otherworldly light.

Vlad carefully stored the sword and the book in his new Duke ring, a wide smile spreading across his face. Everything was ready. Not only had he secured Terra’s position within the Empire, but he had also acquired powerful tools that would make his upcoming journey into Valhalla far more manageable.

rody nodded once, his voice as clipped as ever. "Everything is complete. Once the Imperial Censor verifies Terra’s state and capabilities, you will receive the full rewards for annexing a new world into the Empire."

Vlad and Konstantine offered a small bow of respect before turning and leaving, allowing the ogre to return to his endless paperwork and responsibilities.

As they left the Senate building, Konstantine glanced at Vlad with a thoughtful expression. "Since ti is of the essence, do you wish to return to Terra imdiately?"

Vlad gave a small smile but shook his head. "Not yet. I have to secure a passage to another realm first."

Konstantine’s eyes narrowed slightly at this. "If it’s a realm in conflict with the Graecia Empire, that could complicate things."

"It’s not," Vlad replied calmly. "It’s actually a business partner of the Empire."

That answer seed to satisfy the Kylon King. He didn’t pry further—after all, as long as Vlad wasn’t heading into territories currently at war or under dispute, no one could accuse him of espionage or disloyalty.

"Very well," Konstantine said, rising into the air once more. "Since you are doing this journey as an individual and as an envoy of the empire, we must use the Travel Agency."

The two ascended swiftly, their figures slicing through the sky toward a colossal structure that dominated the skyline. The building was forged from flawless, almost tallic stone, adhering to the aesthetic principles of Graecia while radiating a sense of tiless grandeur.

At the front was a wide reception area where several stunning won in imperial uniforms stood behind an elegant desk. The rest of the massive space was filled entirely with teleportation formations—so small, clearly ant for individual use, while others were vast, radiating imnse spatial energy, powerful enough to transport entire caravans or warships across the stars.

There was a long line of people waiting for their turn, but the mont Vlad and Konstantine entered and the Duke rings on their hands beca visible, the crowd instinctively parted. While it might have seed unfair to the average citizen, this was the nature of the world—status commanded deference. Vlad wasn’t the kind to abuse his position, but he wasn’t about to waste ti on false humility either.

The duo strode straight to the front, and one of the won stepped forward with a professional smile. "How may I assist you today?"

"I need a booked teleportation for four individuals to another realm," Vlad said, his tone calm yet firm.

The woman nodded gracefully and handed him a small crystal. "Please use this to record your destination. The information will be securely encrypted—anonymous even to us."

Vlad appreciated the efficiency. Taking the crystal, he focused his intent and entered the precise coordinates for Valhalla. As he did so, his eyes twitched slightly at the sum of credits displayed alongside the destination.

"If I didn’t have the wealth from the Superior Legend Angel," Vlad thought grimly, "I’d have had to sell sothing important just to pay for this trip."

After finalizing the location, Vlad handed the crystal back to the woman along with a small spatial ring containing the required paynt. In return, she handed him a shimring sphere—a compact, powerful artifact.

"Place this sphere into one of our Interstellar Teleportation Formations when you’re ready to travel," she explained smoothly. "There’s no ti limit on its use, but if it’s lost or destroyed, it cannot be refunded or replaced."

Vlad nodded, storing the sphere carefully in his Duke’s space ring. His preparations were now complete.

"I’m ready," he declared, his voice laced with iron determination. A fierce light burned in the eyes of the True Depravita of Wrath. The pieces were falling into place. His weapons were secured. His cultivation path was set. Terra was safe under the Empire’s banner. Now, it was ti to gather his fellow Depravita and march on Valhalla.

Yet, just as Vlad and Konstantine exited the building, a new presence awaited them outside.
