The runic lines were engraved with great efficiency, the energy patterns flawlessly rging with Fafnir’s scales. Given the massive size of the ice-fire dragon, the process of carving the runes took longer than usual. However, the larger surface area of his body provided Vlad with more space to work, making the process slightly easier in terms of precision. He moved with practiced skill, his legendary runic pen gliding effortlessly over the dragon’s body, each stroke inscribing powerful enchantnts deep into the Depravita’s very essence.

Despite the complexity of the task, Vlad took no more than one and a half hours to complete the rune. Without a mont’s delay, he retrieved the second vial of runic agent, pouring its contents into the legendary runic pen before moving on to the following inscription.

The next rune was called Arcane Fortitude. This rune was to be placed on Fafnir’s shoulders and arms, its purpose to absorb a portion of incoming magical attacks and redirect that energy into strengthening his defenses. This would significantly reduce the damage taken from powerful spells, making the dragon an impenetrable force on the battlefield.

Vlad moved the pen with ticulous precision, ensuring that the magic flowed seamlessly through each etched line. His movents were fluid and confident—after forging three Rank 4 Runic Sets, his skills had reached a level where even advanced engravings no longer exhausted him. Arcane Fortitude was an extensive rune, covering a significant portion of Fafnir’s upper body. However, thanks to Vlad’s refined mastery, the inscription was completed in just under fifty-five minutes.

From that mont on, whenever the Depravita of Envy blocked a magical attack with his arms, part of that energy would be converted into additional protective reinforcent. It was a perfect enhancent for a creature whose battles often involved enduring magical onslaughts from formidable foes.

Without hesitation, Vlad moved on to the next rune—Eternal Ember Core. With his pen glowing faintly, he began etching the complex runic lines higher up along Fafnir’s head and neck. This rune’s purpose was to absorb ambient energy from the environnt, blending it with Fafnir’s innate ice-fire affinity. The result would be a nearly invisible magical cloak surrounding the dragon, serving as the first line of defense against incoming attacks.

The mont Vlad finished the final stroke, the runic lines pulsed with latent power, signifying the rune’s activation. He paused for a mont, observing the way the newly inscribed symbols rged harmoniously with Fafnir’s natural energy. Every rune had a unique signature, and Vlad could feel the energy flowing through them, reinforcing the dragon’s already formidable defenses.

With his confidence unwavering, Vlad proceeded to the fourth rune—Unbreakable Constellation. This rune was to be placed directly over Fafnir’s chest, interwoven with the previous engravings. Unlike the other runes, which focused on external defenses, this one bolstered internal resilience, reinforcing the dragon’s skeletal structure and vital organs. No matter how devastating the blow, Fafnir would now be able to withstand impacts that might otherwise prove fatal.

Once again, Vlad worked with absolute focus, his runic pen flowing across the dragon’s imnse fra with an almost artistic grace. Every symbol, every curve of the rune, was embedded with raw magical energy, ensuring the highest level of effectiveness. By the ti he finished, the entire chest area of the dragon shimred with ethereal power, every single line perfectly aligned with the rest of the Runic Set.

Only one rune remained.

Although Vlad still felt a reservoir of energy within him, he was keenly aware of the importance of precision for the final engraving. He decided to rest for an hour, allowing his mind to clear and his focus to sharpen. Sitting in quiet ditation, he regulated his breathing and centered his thoughts, ensuring that he would execute the final inscription with perfection.

When he felt fully prepared, Vlad rose into the air once more, guiding his legendary runic pen toward Fafnir’s massive wings. The fifth and final rune, Hibernation Rebirth, was the core of the Draconis Adamant Runic Set. This rune allowed its user to enter a regenerative stasis, rapidly nding grievous wounds. In the midst of a battlefield, this ability was invaluable, granting Fafnir the ans to recover from even the most severe injuries.

Without proper healing, even the mightiest warriors risked overexerting their life force. Continuous combat without periods of recovery could lead to irreversible damage. That was why Hibernation Rebirth was essential—it ensured that the power granted by the Runic Set would not co at the cost of Fafnir’s longevity.

With the utmost care, Vlad completed the final engraving. As the last line was etched, a wave of energy coursed through Fafnir’s body, activating the full power of the Draconis Adamant Runic Set. The ice-fire dragon’s eyes glead as he felt the effects take hold.

A wide smile spread across Fafnir’s face as he stretched his wings, testing the newfound resilience that now pulsed through his body. The sensation was exhilarating, like an unstoppable force had been awakened within him.

"It feels as though I could withstand the impact of a teor without a scratch," Fafnir mused, his voice rumbling with satisfaction. Of course, such a statent was an exaggeration, but there was no denying the imnse boost to his defenses and endurance.

"Thank you, Teacher," the massive dragon said, bowing his head slightly in a rare display of reverence.

Vlad simply smiled in response, sensing the success of his work. Without wasting ti, Fafnir left the residence, eager to test his newfound strength. Like Ouroburo, he seed to be heading toward the Howling Chasm—the Sage Tier battlefield for testing limits.

With all of his comrades now wielding their completed Runic Sets, Vlad finally allowed himself a rare mont of relaxation. No longer bound by imdiate obligations, he surrendered to the comforting embrace of deep, untroubled sleep.

By the ti Vlad awoke, a new day had begun.

Now sharp and focused, his mind imdiately turned to the upcoming challenge. A solemn light flickered in his eyes as he calculated the ti left before the entrance to the secret plane.

"Less than a week," he murmured.

A contemplative look settled on his face. Instead of jumping straight into combat training, he decided to ditate, recognizing that true strength ca not just from physical prowess but from internal refinent. Cultivation was the foundation of all power.

Vlad retrieved several high-tier energy crystals, absorbing their essence as he ditated. Each cycle of energy strengthened him, preparing him for what lay ahead.

His trance-like state was interrupted when his communication gem vibrated inside his space ring. Opening his eyes, he reached for it, hearing Aganon’s voice resonate in his mind.

"Brother, it is ti. You and your friends must et at the start of the Narrow Sea."

Vlad imdiately responded. "Understood. We will be there as soon as possible."

Without hesitation, he sent ssages to Jormungandr, Fafnir, and Ouroburo, instructing them to gather. Exiting the Golden Sky Fortress, he soared into the sky, waiting for his allies to arrive.

Within half an hour, three brilliant beams of light converged on his position. The four Sky Seed Depravitas now stood together, their power resonating in the air. And at that mont, the small yellow cat showed a small smile as he waved his tiny paw.
