’How could she accuse of cheating on Sawyer? How shaless!’ Abigail laughed bitterly to herself.

"Serena Philips, why did you accuse like that?" she asked.

Serena smiled with satisfaction when she saw Abigail’s angry expression. The fierce look in Abigail’s eyes made Serena believe she was not a good person.

It was clear to Serena that Abigail was pursuing Sawyer for his wealth. She didn’t genuinely love him, especially now that the police had arrested her father on multiple criminal charges.

"Abigail, don’t pretend you haven’t done sothing foolish," Serena added fuel to the fire, boiling Abigail’s heart. "I saw you having lunch with another man, and you obviously betrayed Sawyer. Why agree to beco his fiancée if you don’t love him?"

Serena was very annoyed when she discovered that Abigail was having lunch with Andy Bennet. It hurt her to believe that Abigail was skilled at seducing rich and powerful n. She knew Sawyer and was engaged to him, yet now this woman was also dining privately with Andy Bennet.

Before Abigail could reply, Serena pressed on, "I understand you need money to help your father, Abigail, but why betray Sawyer and pursue another wealthy man?"

Hearing Serena’s words felt like daggers stabbing her heart. Abigail clenched her hands tightly at her sides. For so reason, talking to Serena reminded her of her half-sister, Vanessa—their attitudes were similar.

Taking a deep breath, Abigail held back her anger. She didn’t want to waste her energy or ti talking to this foolish woman. "Serena, it seems you have misunderstood sothing. I’m not engaged to Sawyer Jones..."

Serena was shocked, but her surprise quickly turned to happiness. She suddenly laughed joyfully, "Bwahaha... I knew it!"

’Oh my god! This is good news. Why have I never heard about Sawyer breaking up with her? Why didn’t Grandpa ever tell about it?’ Serena thought, but she dismissed her worry. ’Ugh, forget it. I’ll talk to Grandpa again and ask him to et Grandpa Jones to arrange a marriage...’

Serena’s smile grew wider. She felt like a spring breeze filled her heart, making her feel joyful at Abigail’s words. She had already guessed that Sawyer would only be montarily attracted to Abigail. She believed Sawyer was coming to his senses after realizing this lowly Abigail Snow was nothing but a gold digger.

Unable to contain her joy, Serena laughed disgustedly, her eyes fixed on Abigail.

A few more seconds passed, and Serena crossed her arms over her chest as she expressed her anger.

"Bitch! I knew it; Sawyer must have realized you were a gold digger and ca from a broken ho. There’s no way a man like Sawyer and his respectable family would accept a woman like you, Abigail Snow!"

Abigail was utterly speechless. She found it amusing to hear this woman foolishly accuse her of things. What impressed her most was how Serena could express so many emotions in such a short amount of ti.

’Wow! It’s no surprise that Serena beca a famous actress. Her acting is truly impressive. If people don’t know well, they might actually believe that Sawyer and his family don’t like ,’ Abigail thought, laughing inwardly.

"It’s fine, Abigail. It’s fine..." Serena patted Abigail’s shoulder before continuing, "Don’t be sad because Sawyer left you. Well, you are still young, Abigail. You can try to seduce another wealthy man. I don’t care if you hook up with Andy Bennet; as long as it’s not Sawyer, I’m fine with that."

’What the hell, this Serena!’ Abigail laughed in her heart as she caught Serena’s hand and brushed it away, which nearly caused Serena to fall to the floor if she hadn’t grabbed the wall beside her.

"Abigail! What the hell are you doing?" Serena snapped, shocked that Abigail had pushed her so hard.

Abigail’s eyes were fixed on Serena. She didn’t rush to continue speaking; watching Serena’s face reddened with anger was amusing. Just as Serena was about to say sothing, Abigail interrupted her.

"Serena Philips, can you stop talking? Your words only reveal how foolish you are..."

"Abigail Snow! How dare you hurt ? Do you know how important my hand is?! Can you pay my dical fees if anything happens to my wrist?" Serena said irritably, clutching her wrist.

’Gosh! Why do I keep eting white lotus-type won in my life?’ Abigail muttered in disbelief. How could this woman try to accuse her like that?

Abigail suddenly feels a headache thinking about how this woman will beco part of her future. She tried to avoid conflicts with her because she didn’t want her Grandma to face problems if Serena ever discovered that her Grandma was Grandpa Philips’ wife.

"Co on, Serena. You know you’re lying, and you’re not hurt..." Abigail responded gently, surprising Serena.

’This woman? Why isn’t she offended even after I cursed at her and accused her like that? Why does she look so calm?’ Serena thought, struggling to control her emotions as she stared intently at Abigail.

She only wished that Abigail would completely vanish from Sawyer and Andy Bennet’s lives. This inferior woman didn’t deserve attractive and wealthy n like them.

"A-Abigail—" Serena’s sentence halted as a man’s voice echoed from the front.

"What’s wrong, Serena?"

A thin smile appeared at the corner of Serena’s lips when she saw her manager, Tommy, approach with an anxious face, walking quickly toward them.

"Tommy, this woman... she hurt my wrist," Serena said, whining while showing him her wrist.

"WHAT?! How dare you?" Tommy strode toward Serena and tried to push Abigail away.

However, before the man could touch her, Abigail dodged, causing the tanned and athletic man’s hand to cut through the air. Looking at his red face, she smiled.

"Bitch!! You’ll be in big trouble for hurting Serena Philips..." Tommy added furiously, learning that the woman had dodged him.

"Tommy, it’s okay. Please don’t be mad at her. I’m fine; I’m just surprised that she suddenly pushed ," Serena said softly, tucking her hair behind her ear and giving Abigail a small smile.
