Chapter 636: Chapter 22: Flying Sky Governor Chapter 636: Chapter 22: Flying Sky Governor “`

Chen Lang reflexively retorted, “A Feng Shui formation has its own subtle balance of clashes and unions, known only to the one who arranges it. If it conflicts with one’s destiny, even a noble birth is of no use. But as for who the real owner behind the Pearl Tower is, to this day, no one knows. I’ve visited and been turned away at the door. I don’t even know the intricacies of General Removing Armor, so where am I to find the noble person capable of presiding over a Feng Shui formation?”

Wenle smiled faintly, “If you wish to recognize the profound doctrines of All Things, first observe the Emperor’s carryings and divine achievents, when the Earthly and the Heavenly unities correspond, the secret chanism becos clear, and the five elents, whether biased or complete, will determine good or bad fortune. Man wears Heaven and treads on Earth, when the Heavenly Stems are weak, the Earthly Branches birth them, when the Earthly Branches are weak, the Heavenly Stems support them, all are heartless, and if contrary, it is indeed fierce.”

These words were exceedingly cryptic, enough to leave ordinary people dizzy and their heads swelling, but Chen Lang, who was widely read, was imdiately delighted and bowed repeatedly, “I could not imagine that in my lifeti, I would et a successor of the twelve volus of the ‘Heavenly Marrow Life-Continuation Decree.’ Young brother, how may I address you? Please take a seat, please take a seat.”

With that, Chen Lang actually stood up for such a young man in his early twenties and pulled him to sit at the middle of the banquet table.

The other Feng Shui masters were all abuzz.

“Master Qi, with your experience and broad knowledge, what is the ‘Heavenly Marrow Life-Continuation Decree’?”

At the dining table, complinted by soone, the Qi family Feng Shui master pondered for a while before saying, “It’s a Feng Shui school that originated in the Song dynasty, with few descendants, ntioned only in so ancient scrolls and texts. What he just recited should be the synopsis of the ‘Heavenly Marrow Life-Continuation Decree.’ I have also heard that it claims to ‘Alter Fate on Behalf of Heaven,’ and even the ability to leap through the skies and earth by relying on noble person’s fate. It’s quite unorthodox as described in the book.”

“Chairman Chen, please, no need for formalities. I have not studied the ‘Heavenly Marrow Life-Continuation Decree.’ I saw how generously Mr. Chen was acting, with a benevolent heart I wanted to offer you so advice,” replied Wenle.

Chen Lang finally showed a bit of the air of a superior, not rushing to ask for advice but sizing up Wenle carefully before clasping his hands together, “Young brother, may I ask your honored surna?”

“No need for such formalities. My surna is Ding, Ding Jiale,” he said.

Wenle wasn’t in the mood for tangling with Chen Lang, “Indeed, the art of geomancy cannot do without the two words ‘clash’ and ‘union,’ but the so-called knowledge of the Feng Shui formation’s clashes and unions is only known by the arranger themselves, heh, maybe not necessarily so. Forgive my presumption, Chairman Chen, but the ‘All things return to spring’ that you laid out yourself should correspond to the Virtuous Noble, State Seal Noble, and Heavenly Doctor Fiend, and clash with the Moon Virtue Noble, Deceased Spirit Fiend, and Four Wastes Fiend. Am I correct?”

Chen Lang’s face showed complexity, “Absolutely correct.”

Wenle continued, “General Removing Armor is naturally extraordinary, apart from the first noble – Heavenly Yi, who encompasses all unifications, it only aligns with fierce fiends, not with auspicious deities. The fiercer the fiend, the better the match. This is all I will say. Farewell, I shall take my leave now.”

Wenle did not drag his feet, standing up to leave imdiately. Chen Lang was shaken by his words, forgetting to stop him for a mont.

The entire venue was silent for a short while, before it exploded into intense discussion.

The building suddenly shook, and in a mont the sky filled with dark clouds outside the window, with muffled thunder echoing in the depths of the clouds.

Chen Lang’s face turned pale; he took out the golden compass he carried with him, its needle spinning rapidly. The previous two tis the Feng Shui formations were broken, the compass reacted this way, and within an hour or two, ‘All things return to spring’ and ‘Supporting Sun Heavenly Sword’ were declared broken and could no longer be used.

Wenle, with his back turned and leaving the scene, curled his mouth downward,

“A rabble.”

The dark clouds outside the floor-to-ceiling windows cast half of Wenle’s face in a greenish, dark shadow, making it look especially terrible.

————————————————

The dazzling golden halo scattered the gloomy clouds and mist. Cheers, the sound of strings and the cadence of readings were unending, as Cha Xiaodao descended like a golden statue, with two black tail flas spiraling behind him, plunging straight down from the building into a field of black armor that stretched as far as the eye could see. The black flas of Gluttonous Rage erupted into a giant air mass. Under the trendous force of the flas, countless black armors fluttered helplessly in the air like paper.

Atop the building, Mo and Yang Zheng bowed their heads to gaze at the egg-shaped black fla air mass below them, each holding a cup of milk tea.

“Will he be okay?”

“`

Yang Zheng’s eyes rippled with black. He could observe the true nature of the “General Removing Armor” Feng Shui formation through “A Fleeting Glimpse,” but he could not intervene unless he also had an Illusion Realm to support him.

“I think it’s doable.”

After blatantly slacking off since shattering the “Supporting Sun Heavenly Sword,” Mo gave Cha Xiaodao a thumbs-up, “With this array, this style, can’t we settle a re ‘General Removing Armor’? That would be unlikely.”

In their eyes, the surrounding area was a haphazardly arranged semi-old complex, a complex weave of highways, and billboards and shops filled with various traditional characters. Yet, right in the middle of these buildings stood a huge, blood-dripping Dragon Head, along with two broken military sabres, as well as solemn banners and armor, creating a sense of magic that was out of ti.

Amidst the black armored ranks, high temperatures stead. Behind Cha Xiaodao, a black tail fla tens of ters long intertwined and danced, blasting a huge fissure through the black armored army as if it were decaying wood.

Within the flas, Cha Xiaodao raised his head. In front of him were five large cowhide tents. Countless black armored figures, seemingly corporeal, continuously poured out of the tents into mid-air, rushing straight at Cha Xiaodao.

He swung the Owl Kiss Twin Blades, setting off a series of massive explosions in the black armored formation, piercing through them like stringing candied haws, making a beeline for the five large cowhide tents. Black flas leapt up dozens of feet high. Underneath heaps of debris, Swordsman Cha, with eyes sharp as blades, appeared divine.

But the mont the cowhide tents were burned to ashes, Cha Xiaodao’s hair stood on end. He leapt high on instinct. As he surveyed the ground from above, his original position had been replaced by an enormous clenched hand. Following the hand upwards, there was a huge arm sheathed with a tiger head guard, and in place of the original Yongji Building stood a decaying skeleton wearing an iron helt. The Pearl Tower apartnt building was in fact the five fingers of this skeletal general, now drawing its broken saber, furiously cleaving toward Cha Xiaodao.

“This doesn’t seem right.”

Frowning, Yang Zheng said, “Does the ‘General Removing Armor’ Feng Shui formation also have this trick up its sleeve?”

Cha Xiaodao took a deep breath as a dense golden light concentrated on his blade—the tiless secret move that consud all of its fa, “Invincible Hand.” Unfortunately, it had lost much of its power due to the excessive consumption by Li Yan during the last incident.

Boom!!

After the violent impact, the golden light of the tiless secrets collapsed and shattered, ultimately vanishing without a trace, and the sound of Liu Jingting’s reading abruptly ceased.

“The tiless secrets have exhausted all their fa. Current fa: Obscure.”

Cha Xiaodao landed back on the building, his face sowhat pale, stumbling back several large steps.

“Are you alright?”

Cha Xiaodao waved his hand to signal that he was fine.

Stroking his chin, Yang Zheng said, “Chen Lang seems to have gotten a clue about us. The ‘General Removing Armor’ alone shouldn’t have this much power.”

Returning to his senses, he added, “Don’t worry, I keep my promises. As for solving the ‘General Removing Armor’ Feng Shui formation, I’ll find soone else to help.”

Cha Xiaodao shook his head, “No need, I still have a way.”

“Oh?”

Yang Zheng’s eyebrow lifted with curiosity.

Cha Xiaodao’s eyes flicked, “Aside from the Dual Blades Martial Saint, the tiless secrets also include the ‘Flying Sky Governor,’ right?”
